We (a business) placed a large order of desk calendars with Printed.com - upon first impression the calendars seemed good, however three weeks in the pages are curling at the edges. We have sent these calendars out to our clients, and to think they are now set on our clients desk curling (just three weeks into January) is embarrassing. I contacted Printed.com to let them know as soon as the curling began, providing several photos. They initially said we needed to raise it within two weeks of the order - I said how could I when they began curling 3 weeks in. I referenced the Consumer Rights Act in that 3 weeks is not a reasonable amount of time for a calendar to last before deteriorating (for a calendar, you'd expect 12 months, right?). When I raised this, Printed.com used the loophole in the Consumer Rights Act to avoid providing a refund as the items are personalised. I argued the fact they are personalised has nothing to do with the quality of the product and the fact the pages are curling. They refuse to offer any form of refund, only a 25% discount on our next order, however why would I want to order again? We will never use this company again and I would recommend it to no one. They simply put profits ahead of customer service and we are now left with several hundred unusable calendars and money down the drain.

I'm currently using this company investment platform i was able to invest up to 178,000 dollars  in total from my life savings 10k initial investment. when i applied for a small withdrawal I was surprised by a tax payment fee of 20% because i surpased 35K dollars, but i was charged at 20% at 38k this fee also cannot be paid using money in the account. once i decided to pay this tax fee payment I was told that my ($550,174.32 ), will take up to 24hrs to process (it took 30hrs) after that, the withdrawal would go through in 2-3 hours. now that the tax payment was made and 3 hours had passed i inquired again about my withdrawal, only to be hit yet again they suspend my account. and hit me with a suspension fee. Then I knew it was a scam I contacted the FTC's Bureau of Consumer Protection, I was referred by alexivictimhelps @ mail . com who was able to unlock my account and make withdrawals to me on my local bank account all thanks to them

Hi, I am complaining about some scammers, I was scammed $230,000 which is my life future saving that i invested it to this company, I was told to mail their support because I have a pending withdrawal which I did , along the line there Freeze my account and there didn't offer me the help which I ask for after sending them all there want and then I was so worried and depressed, I couldn't bear it with myself anymore because I don't want to die of inner pain, so I decided to share it online, and that was how I came across a company which is called recovery investment lost funds, so I decide to take a try to see if there can help me, by then I feel so worried again because of the intrusion there gave no me, because I never wanted to fall into any activities that has to do with scam, so I said let me give it a try and I do what there requested, and everything goes well for me, All thanks to Mrs. Morris Meihua. for helping me recover all the money that I invested and I was so courageous and happy. A company manager from this website called me, claiming to be an analyst recruiting people to trade and earn money. All the money I deposited was the minimum amount, $125,000 A few days later, they praised my ‘success’ and said I needed to increase my deposit fivefold to maximize efficiency. I added more money and started trading. I reached out for assistance several times, only to find out it wasn’t free either! When I had a significant amount ready for withdrawal, they said I had to pay taxes and fees. Expecting my profits, I didn’t question it. After another transfer, my account was blocked. No one contacts me anymore, and as you might guess, the scammers kept my money without allowing me make my withdrawals i contacted a recovery agent called alexi victim with the email address alexivictimhelps @ mail . com who was able to recover my funds if not I would have been in tears with this company

This company is completely fraudulent. It's designed to benefit the account manager and platform at the expense of your funds, and there is absolutely no customer support. The trade is also bad and unclear, and there is no way to know where your money is at any given time. Despite setting a stop loss and a take profit, the platform still wouldn't close my trade or process my profit withdrawal. The whole thing ended badly. I sent four support tickets and got no response. Finally, after a lot of searching, I found MᴀᴅᴀᴄoᴠI, who took over my case and helped me recover my funds lawfully. If you want to keep your money safe, stay away from this company. I learned a lot.

This is undoubtedly a scam. I was deceived into investing more than $120,500, believing I was making profits. However, when I tried to withdraw my money, they continually requested more funds before I could take out anything. Fortunately, I discovered A M D A R K L I M I TED * C0M, and their helpful team made sure I got my complete refund.

after overcoming my obstacles and receiving my entire account balance back. After investing a substantial $256,200, I was obviously caught up in a web of fraud, thinking I was headed for financial success. However, they kept requesting additional money before allowing me to see my winnings when I tried to withdraw them. Fortunately, I found R E A C O N I N T E L L I G E N C E *COM, where their amazing staff worked hard to help me.

Placed an order of 250 doubled sided business cards. Sent what I wanted in email stating £60 plus vat for cards then £30 plus vat for colour change and a few word changes. So £108 incl vat for ehole job. After redesign is done and I’m waiting for weeks for our new business cards but no sign of them. Email them to ask where cards are they then say the £90 plus vat is just for colour change and text changes only and if I want the 250 cards I need to pay again for the cards. Wow what a way to run a business agree a price for a printing job and then they say the £108 incl vat was just design of cards. If we as a company did that to one of our customers it would soon circulate that you are a dodgy company and work would dry up and eventually you would go out of business. So I say BEWARE of this company and want you to pay more money before you can have the business cards. This is not a ONE star company it’s a ZERO star but won’t let me leave that. Will take legal action against them to recover money paid to them. These are SHARKS stay away and use a different company and you will receive goods paid for. So give the ZERO out TEN stay clear of this company.

Consistently messing up orders and BLAMING THE CUSTOMER. I order a range of printed materials under a number of printed.com accounts for the business I run, for clients, and for a charity I run. Since they changed their ordering system online a couple of years ago, we consistently get prints delivered that are wrong. eg the back of one design being printed on another product, things at the wrong angle, folds on the wrong side on folded leaflets, etc. Even though I am able to evidence with screenshots taken at the time of placing the order showing their ordering system, and clearly evidencing that we've done everything correctly, we are told by their customer service team that it's "not their fault". I can only equate this to painting a wall pink, having NASA scientists telling you the wall is pink, having experts from Harvard telling you the wall is pink, yet printed.com will still tell you "no, the wall is painted yellow". Utterly infuriating. They do offer a "we'll check your artwork" service for £2.99, but it wouldn't have helped in any of these scenarios. Our artwork is PERFECT. It's that their printing team don't know what they're doing and aren't following their own systems and processes. The other thing they'll do is offer you enough "printed.com points" so that you can effectively have your order re-printed for free, but what they won't do is just simply reprint it for you and when they offer these points they do it on the proviso of not accepting responsibility and still telling you it's your fault, when you can categorically prove it's not. Really terrible customer service which leaves a foul taste in your mouth. Big shout out to Alannah and Emily Millican for terrible service, and commiserations you work for such a terrible employer that doesn't value its customers. AVOID PRINTED.COM TO AVOID FRUSTRATION.

Had trouble getting non-standard sized business cards printed by a local company to a sensible quality. Uploaded the pdf to printed.com and had no problems what so ever. Good quality product, good price, delivered on time.

Do not order a back lit poster, we ordered the first one and it arrived faded… we then got told to order again, so we did… let me description how it looks. It’s a black back ground with a white logo in the centre… you turn the light box on…. And you can actually see how bad the black print is, you can see the faded print as the printed looks like it ran out of ink, the light shines through it… it looks awful. I got back in touch with customer service and they said “this is how it is meant to look” and they can’t make it any better. Do not buy a back lot poster from these guys. Very bad quality. See through. Does not work. Faded, patchy ink. If only I could upload an image so people can see how bad it really is!

This company is so hit-or-miss it's a joke. I ordered some stickers, half of them fine but the other half were completely blank. The leaflets, despite the paper feeling very thin and the print quality quite dull, half of them also had a white stripe at the bottom, so had clearly been incorrectly cut or printed. Absolutely no quality control whatsoever. This isn't the first order they've gotten wrong, I have reached out in the past about incorrect orders and been made to feel like it was my own fault so not using the templates provided. However, when you download said templates half of them are incorrect and don't align with the product. I know how to format a leaflet in Illustrator with a bleed, etc, so please don't blame your laziness on your customers. I will be moving to MOO for all future orders, slightly more pricey but I'm sure the quality is miles better.

Really poor, ordered a print on 8th Feb and paid almost £5 for delivery via Royal Mail. Total order for one small print was almost £20. Estimated delivery date was 10-12th February and nothing. Tracking number doesn't work and customer service is abysmally rude. Will not be ordering from here ever again. Don't risk it, not worth it.

Wish i could leave a 0 star! Paid nearly £100 for 12 fine art prints, waited a week for them to arrive and when they did 7 out of the 12 were printed incorrectly. 3 were meant to have boarders which i had made in photoshop and sized so the image was A4 ( the size i printed at) and the other 4 were blown up and so the image was just green and black. The cutting quality was also so poor. Looks like they took a handsaw to it! They claim they have checks but obviously not as when i complained they blamed it on me. Said i didnt upload the correct size with bleed ect ( which their website doesnt say i needed to do at all. Only what files they accept) but if it was an incorrect file size then how come the other 5 were perfect?!?!? Asked for a refund and was told as a good will they will give me redeemable points. Well i don't want to touch them with a 10 ft barge pole so ill be in touch with my credit card. AVOID!!!!!!!!!! Also just to add they said ‘ we are a print on demand service’ well if you are churning out rubbish like that then take fine art prints off your services. Stick to the quick things like postcards that are done on cheap paper so doesn’t matter if they look awful! Fine art prints require delicacy and precision.

I rarely leave negative reviews but after having used Printed.com for numerous jobs over the last year for my stationery business, I felt obligated to leave an honest review of the many disappointing, incredibly frustrating and downright amateurish levels of service I have received. First of all, there is clearly NO quality control in operation. I have received prints where there has been clear issues with the printing process/equipment. For example, duplicate printing on the same page. Something this obvious would/should be flagged up as part of a standard QA process but unfortunately I encountered this TWICE. I have also encountered huge discrepancies with delivery dates, where the Printed.com website advises of a specific delivery date (which is normally 2 days) and the ACTUAL delivery date is a number of days after this. Which makes it impossible to plan for an impending delivery accurately. Recently I encountered HUGE issues with the quality of the paper I ordered. I required a decent thickness for a specifc product and the paper they sent me was so poor in terms of quality, the pages were actually rippling. As a stationery company, that depends on reliable printing to provide its service, not only to consumers but also wholesalers, the many issues I experienced with Printed.com had a massive, negative impact on my small business. I was late in delivering my products AS A DIRECT RESULT of the issues I experienced with Printed.com. This company clearly does not consider quality materials, or a high level of printing a priority. I would NOT recommend Printed.com if you require an acceptable standard of printing, particularly if you are a business. I will NEVER use Printed.com again.

When I first started using Printed.com for my print work 4 or 5 years ago, the quality was great. Over the last couple of years the quality has just taken a MASSIVE dive. The print quality is beyond terrible, and I've had countless issues with jobs they've printed over the last year or two. On top of the printing being terrible, they obviously have no quality control at all, and just send jobs out without even checking them. It's embarrassing how bad this company and their service has become really - to the point that I genuinely think I could do a better job myself at home. Just avoid them.

Do not use printed.com. They're happy to take your money for printing - but do not check your prints before leaving the warehouse. They do not deliver goods on time even when you pay extra. The staff are rude and thick as mince (no other explanation for their service). I have stopped using them and will never go back after years of being a loyal customer. I know 2 other small businesses who have also stopped using them this year.

I have paid an extra £9.99 to get the fast track delivery option all for my poster to not turn up AT ALL. I sent and email and didn't get a reply, I hope refunds are available. This company is a scam

If I could could zero stars, I would. There were basic mistakes made with every single one of my past 3 orders. One order took 3 times to get correct. Appalling.
