“Does what it says on the tin. Delivery took a little longer than I'd hoped for but Easter holidays did get in the way. Good prices, I would use this supplier again.”

“The original cartridges were purchased in 2014 as I had hoped to build up a supply, but the replacement cartridges that were also faulty were all supplied by you in March or Feb of this year. But no need to worry. I'll be back, Your service and compatible cartridges have always been good. Although a kind gesture of a free set of compatible cartridges would be appreciated. PM550.”

Thank you for your review. I am sorry to hear that you have these problems with the cartridges supplied by us. I note that the problem cartridges were all purchased in late 2014 and that you have now ordered a new set today from us. “With a printer that costs over £50 each time I have to replace ink, I was pleased to find this company. Several inks each time comes to about £16.00. However, I have found that the ink dries very quickly in the cartridge, if I am not printing every day. It shows that there is plenty of ink left, so I have to end up shaking the cartridge before printing. Also the quality of printing if copied if less than if I print directly from the lap top. Can cause a bit of frustration, but at such cheap prices, can't really complain can I.”

“The first part of my order, ink cartridges, arrived quite quickly and posted through my letter box. The order was split in two... the black cartridges arrived first and the colour ones five days later... I called to query if I had ordered the incorrect items but reassured I hadn't and that the second parcel would arrive seperately. Thank you... It did and now printer is up and running again.”

“I have been using Printer Basics since about 2013 and have had few occasions to complain. It is like everything in life you have to know what you need and understand those requirements and then order YOUR INK according to those needs. I buy the cheapest because it suits me and I would change to a dearer product if I desired to but I am happy with the quality 90% of the time it does me and I am happy and extremely happy with the prices. It really depends on what you are using it for. I am using mine to share with friends and others prayers and the lives the lives of the Saints and it is a good service and suits me.”

“Delivery was quick. As yet not tested the inks (ordered as a cost effective trial for immediate spares) but I have confidence they are as effective as the printer manufacturers.”
