Customer service is non existent and sends you into an email chain that will end with no satisfaction. I made the fatal mistake of purchasing one of their Groupons. I would call it borderline bait and switch. If you plan on ordering Holiday cards, make sure to place your order in September if you want them in time. Terrible experience. Buyer beware.

I have the same story as the others with shipping. I was told that my order would arrive before Christmas. They have the most unprofessional method of communication. It has vague “tracking” information that my package was passed to currier. RED FLAG! What currier? Where is it? My expectations are low as far as the quality of the order. I should have stuck with the companies that I have dealt with in the past. Lesson learned. I’m grateful that my order was a small extra gift for my son and husband instead of a big gift like some of the other customers. I feel bad for them because they went to the extra effort to do a thoughtful customized gift we’ll in advance and were ripped off.

I ordered weeks in advance with express shipping. Received a email two days before Christmas saying it won’t be delivered. You advertise and promise shipping times, but clearly lie! Horrible experience! I want my money back!!! SCAMMERS ruin my Christmas gift to my husband.

These guys are a scam. Ordered metal prints - received 0.015 metal foil with creases and scratches, bad color and completely reflective. Totally worthless! Customer service did not bother to respond. $200 down the drain. Printerpix are thieves.

Hello - This is now the 5th time I’ve tried to contact you guys!!!! I ordered weeks in advance with express shipping, but the tracking information now says it will get delivered after Christmas. You advertise and promise shipping times, but clearly lie! Horrible experience! I want my money back!!!

Not only did they print my image WRONG, but they did it TWICE: Portrait, NOT landscape. Hard to contact, difficult to deal with. RUINED my Christmas gift idea!!

I write for a newspaper. I was going to give a photo on metal to customers that gave info I could use. When sent a photo in July, Printerpix developed it poorly. They agreed to redo it. Again and again, they agreed. Finally, I asked for my money back. I'm looking for a Christmas present of my $20 back. Do not use them. Customer service in England is a joke.

bad experiencce, received the project damaged and contact customer service they told me to do the project again leave it in the cart and they will take care of it and after that they won't answer the emails and the project still in the cart. Very dissapointed!

All i can say is 3 business days still no reply on the ticket i paid rush + skip the line fee for a photobook for christmas said it would be delivered by 18th when i checked out. Been on hold for over an hour now after being hung up as soon as it picked up after 1.5 hours of waiting on hold the service agent sounded like they were beating the phone on the table and hung up. i called again over an hour now still waiting. Photo book never delivered. They took my money on Saturday december 14th with rush + skip the line about $180 extra charge plus the cost of the photo book which i spent 1 week on slowly finding the best pics for my families christmas present. I spent my entire christmas budget for my family gift on this. No response to ticket for 3 business days 73 hours so far. Just an AI generated response that says to check the order tracking which says it's processing still. 5 days processing still with rush and skip this insane cost extra. I'm so sad I will have nothing to give my family for christmas now. I'm not rich this was an extreme cost for me and these people have hurt my families christmas. The photobook at checkout said delivery by December 18th Today is december 19th still not shipped update 12/19 got through to customer agent indian call center. They just read the website to me about that the item is still shipping within 24 hours and will have 2 day fedex tracking on it. I asked for them to refund the rush order and skip the line because their own policy shows the skip the line fee will process your order within 2 business days she said "i will try to do that but it should arrive before or on christmas I think" I said I'm confused ups does not deliver here on christmas in fact they aknowledged that our local ups distribution is closed on christmas day and Fedex is the same. Just upsetting. It puts me in a predicaement should i wait or should i call my bank report that they breached the contractual sale agreement and have a local photo company do this for me for a bit more and just put it on my credit card. This company is built to destroy your faith in online printing use shutterfly next time. I should have just paid extra but once they get you in on that website software and you spend sometime you don't want to quick and redo it on another site because you have so much time invested. As of right now 75 hours still not reply to a ticket though Order number 64539735 (because they try to get these removed stating not a real customer)

100% a horrible company - for some reason they sent out a draft version of my blanket and saved the correct version (had heads missing on the one that they sent out) the service person Andrew basically said it’s my fault and they will only offer me a discount to buy it again. Their 24/7 customer service is shocking waiting over half an hour to get someone and then to be told sorry I’m not empowered to help you but you can buy it again, and to be finally told well my supervisor said that’s all I can do. They will only reply with a generic reply, and have zero interest in actually helping - they will not honour their policy of 100% guarantee money back! Stay will clear of these charlatans!

Terrible quality and terrible customer service. Do not use this company. This review is based on purchasing a calendar that had white lines running across all of the images when they printed it. I have spent weeks going around in circles with customer services. All they need to do is either re print it. Let me return it for a refund or just refund. I have sent them all the proof they have requested and still haven't got anywhere.

Shipping is Outrageous! First I am an amateur Astrophotographer and we had calendars made for Christmas gifts. The calendars themselves came out great. I purchased 3 vouchers for 10 calendars during their BF sale. 1st issue: you can not use more then one voucher per order. I therefore had to place 3 separate orders, not ideal. Now for the real Kicker: Shipping was $70 per order!! That's correct $7 per calendar! All 3 orders were shipped on the same day. One came one day, another the next, and I'm still waiting for the third. How was the packaging? One would think at $70 it would be packaged very very damage proof. But no it was just a basic cardboard box, no padding, no plastic wrap... In fact you can actually see the calendars on each end.

We ordered a photo from this company for a celebration of life. We paid extra for their expedited service and shipping - and their website said we would have it in a week. Unfortunately - that was not true. We reached out to their customer service. They were terrible. Canned responses. This company’s customer service is definitely a negative. Product quality is average at best. Would not recommend.

BAD BUSINESS PRACTICES I only gave one star because it was not available to give negative stars. I placed an order one evening online, there was a glitch. It kept switching to a different item.NOT WHAT I WANTED. When I finally got it to stay on the page, I wanted it to be on. I hit purchase. When I looked at my receipt, it had switched back to the other item that I DID NOT WANT. The next morning, I called Printerpix and spoke with a gentleman who assured me the issue would be escalated and the order would be canceled, everything would be corrected and he would call me back later that day to confirm. He did not call. The next day I had called again and spoke with a female, she assured me with the same speech. Again, no courtesy call back as promised. Once again, I called and this time asked for a supervisor. There was a lot of double talk, talking over me and blame on me for "not doing it right". He insisted that there was no problem with the website that it was me. I find this sort of behavior, especially on the part of a supervisor more than unacceptable. He informed me that the order was already in production when I had called the first time, and said that I missed my time frame allowed to cancel. I informed him that I had called immediately and waited on hold for no less than 30 minutes, and at that time, the call was disconnected. so this is why I called first thing the next morning. He insisted it was my problem. Every phone call that I had made to Printerpix was no less than a 30+ minute call on hold waiting to speak to someone. This experience has been more than exasperating and frustrating. I have wasted my time, money and my clients time. There is a problem here, it is with Printerpix, their customer service and their website. I paid to have a rush order because it was important that I have these items ASAP. The supervisor informed me that I needed to wait until it arrived and then call to return it for a refund. Now this is a rush order that should've already been in my hands by now. It is not. I have used Printerpix numerous times in the past and been completely satisfied with the quality of work and customer service. NOT ANYMORE!!! I DO NOT RECOMMEND USING PRINTERPIX!!!

First off, their customer service for the US is terrible. Chatting online with each exchange taking anywhere between 15 minutes to 25 minutes per exchange. I created a calendar for Christmas and it arrived but with the months out of order. Ex. December, August, June, October, January...you get the point. After sending photos, I'm told that they print exactly how you create the project. Samuel William emails saying that it was my error and they will not replace. Apparently, he has never created a calendar because he would know, the months are put in order once you begin your project. So no replacement and can't get in touch with anyone else. I would strongly suggest using Shutterfly. Never again will I waste my money on Printerpix. They are terrible. Buyer beware!

Similar to others I am having difficulty using vouchers. The site opens a project that I am expected to buy. Like others my emails go unanswered. I bought many photo books from them in the past without issues but never again. I hope I get the refund I requested but have low expectations.

Still waiting for my photo book! No one answers emails or the phone. Delivery days 5-7 days. It's been over 15 days and still nothing! This so called company is a Scam !!!!!!!!!!
