I put in four different book orders before the 'arrival by Christmas' deadline. Only 1/4 arrived before Christmas and those books had their pages poorly cut, with the print run information showing on the edges. I contacted the company about the problem and provided the requested pictures and then never heard back. The other three orders that I was told would arrive before Christmas didn't show up until after New Year's. Of those orders, two were in fine shape but one had book pages fused together. Again, I reached out to the company and provided the requested pictures of the book that arrived damaged and have not heard back. It's understandable that sometimes issues may come up with an order, but the lack of response to address problems and the total lack of communication when orders would arrive significantly after the promised date are very poor business practices.

I placed an order Nov 16, 2024 using a Groupon for ten 11x16 calendars. The order form had number of packs and I put one. Then it asked for the number of items. I may have errored here but I also put one because I wanted one pack of ten (not 10 packs). I was billed $39.99 for shipping. They had to rerun due to a quality issue, which I appreciated and it finally arrived at my home Dec 21 but only one calendar. I am pleased with the one I received. In checking the website the charge for shipping one calendar was $13.99. I sent the email request for resolution and was told I ordered one and that was what I got. I replied $60 for one calendar was ridiculous and I would like to receive my other nine gifts. I have heard nothing further. I have used Printerpix several times, but this is my last.

Shipping is Outrageous! First I am an amateur Astrophotographer and we had calendars made for Christmas gifts. The calendars themselves came out great. I purchased 3 vouchers for 10 calendars during their BF sale. 1st issue: you can not use more then one voucher per order. I therefore had to place 3 separate orders, not ideal. Now for the real Kicker: Shipping was $70 per order!! That's correct $7 per calendar! All 3 orders were shipped on the same day. One came one day, another the next, and I'm still waiting for the third. How was the packaging? One would think at $70 it would be packaged very very damage proof. But no it was just a basic cardboard box, no padding, no plastic wrap... In fact you can actually see the calendars on each end.

I haven't received the cards yet, hopefully they look good. But just be aware that the company must make a big profit on shipping--there's no way it costs $27 to ship a small box of cards. So don't be fooled by the great sale prices on cards--they'll make up the difference in the inflated shipping charges.

I ordered a blanket for my grandfather surprise 80th Birthday, and in one of the pictures my niece whole head was missing and in another some of the top of the heads. I emailed many times and they have yet to help me resolve this issue. I will not be ordering from them anymore.

First, the order arrived on time and in good shape, and I am extremely pleased with it. My problem is with the customer service, which is practically nonexistent! When I had finished around 15 hours of making my photobook, I went to place my order. On the basket page it said 'Today Only,' in red letters,'Order an extra copy for £1'. I had been debating whether to get an extra copy so I excitedly added a copy. However it simply doubled the price. I thought it must take it off at checkout, so proceeded. It didn't. And as it was a Sunday at about 9pm I couldn't ring anyone to sort it out. But I thought if I don't place the order today I won't get the deal. So I paid the full amount and immediately sent an email explaining the situation, stupidly thinking that such a big company would happily sort out what was obviously a problem on their end. I was very wrong!!! I got a response to my email that didn't at all address the issue. I replied, just to be ignored. I sent another email 2 days later asking why I had not had a response. I got an email from the original operative telling me to go and place another order to get today's offer! I replied, just to be ignored again. Then I tried calling. A man told me he would have to look into it and would ring me back, he didn't. I called again and there was no record to show that I had even called the first time! I spoke to a lady who kept telling me that there was nothing they could do. I explained that if they didn't honour the offer then it was a con. She promised me that a manager would ring me back that day. Apparently there was no manager on the floor, and there is no complaints department. I asked for the contact details of the GM, or CEO, as it's a 'family firm' according to the website, but she wasn't allowed to give me that! Anyway, we are now at gone 3pm the next day and guess what? I haven't had a call. I'm seriously considering emailing Trading Standards. How can they have offers on their website, then don't honour them when their computer messes up? It's not on. I was seriously looking at the next thing to order from them, but I think I should go elsewhere!

I can't comment on the finished blanket because I haven't gotten it. I've had several back and forths with the company about the delay in my product getting to me. Not worth the hassle. I needed it 2 days ago and was "assured" I'd get it. Customer service is "so nice" and just says what you want to hear. Still haven't seen it. Won't order from here again as they promise delivery in 10-15 business days but it doesn't happen.

J'ai passé beaucoup de temps a élaborer un album qui a été supprimé au bout de 30 jours comme précisé sur le site, il aurait été souhaitable de recevoir un mail pour prévenir avant. D'autre part, j'avais un coupon pour un livre de 40 pages qui a pu être utilisé pour un album de 22 pages

The manufacturing time was never advertised from the start of the design to the check out stage & as a result would have missed the occasion by weeks. Only reason I have given even 2 stars was because Roger in customer service was very helpful and refunded my order immediately.

I had a groupon voucher for a photo book . I made the book,then lost it and had to start again. I then tried to pay for it but was being charged £39 ish for the book . I tried several times then entered a live chat .The first person said it was solved and cut off ..it wasnt . The second person went through the steps again .I couldn't find the book anymore and wanted to preview it .She said she could see it her end . She didnt help me see it my end. Another half an hour and I managed to check out but still couldn't see the book and the adviser had cut the call. The book has arrived and my favourite photo isnt in it and I have duplicate photos back to back. They say there s nothing they can do .Please dont use.

Les albums sont arrivés endommagés. J'ai envoyé un mail sans réponse. Puis j'ai appelé. La personne au bout du fil ne parlait pas français mais espagnole. Elle m'a assuré que quelqu'un allait me rappeler. Pas de rappel. J'ai heureusement réussi après de nombreuses recherches dans le site à avoir quelqu'un par le chat. J'attends que mes albums soient réimprimés et renvoyés

Excellent products on the website and great prices initially BUT I was immediately PUT OFF by the shipping cost. Over £30 to deliver 6 pictures in 7 working days. I live near to their office and could collect them in person, the shipping costs are almost as much as the pictures.

The product guarantee is false. I received my order week after one month. It was SUPER dark. I emailed customer service. Only received a scripted response. Pre-COVID. Thought I would give it another try. Received tracking but no movement this far. It's been two weeks after receiving tracking. Order made the beginning of July. I contact online chat multiple times. Scripted responses every chat. Every chat says it's being escalated. Emails not answered. Quality if product and customer service has drastically declined.

I purchased two sale coupons for 11"x14" metal prints. I have used them in the past and was happy with quality. After downloading the first print, I learned that the shipping charge was $27. I requested that both prints be shipped together, but was told on the chat line after a 30 minute wait that they had to be shipped separately for $27 each which made the total cost for 2 prints at $84. I won't be using them again.

I ordered a 16” X 20” photo on metal, it was delivered, but I was disappointed that it had a matte finish instead of glossy. I couldn’t find anywhere where they gave you an option. I assumed that it would be glossy because everyone of the metal photos I’ve seen are glossy and vibrant, this one is far from it.

Used company a few times and books are good value / quality for the money - always offers for the company on Groupon but I experienced a problem with one order, paid / ordered 3 copies of the same book but only one copy arrived , I did an online chat, lady found error said she could sort it but I needed to pay postage, I showed on my order I had already paid for 3 books to be sent (more expensive than sending one book) so she said she’s send me an e.mail confirming the outcome, she had resolved, I then received a request to give their service a 5 star review (?) I said I’d wait to get the confirmation e.mail, resolving my issue, prior to doing review, this e.mail never arrived, 2 further copies never arrived, have chased the company 6/7 times via e.mail since March 2020 and it’s now end of June 2020, no response other than one standard response saying they had my e.mail - I have called once but found out, it is x as premium charging line, call was automatically answered and I was left holding on for 15 mins - no one came on the line so hung up Very frustrated at the very poor after service

As you can see from the pictures attached, I found the following not right First picture / page attached to the hardcover is almost broken. Is very badly glued Hardcovers do not match, one is further than the other. When the book is closed does not look nice One of the pictures has a white line Same as the first picture, the last page attached to the hardcover is also badly glued, its almost broken I have made a complaint to PrinterPix 10 days a go, but never heated from them

I had a couple of metal prints that turned out great. Then I ordered 5 calendars and they only sent one which wasn't made correctly. They finally refunded me $5 like 4 months later, and never refunded the rest. Won't use them again
