Said addressed wrong so couldn't deliver. Address was correct on order. Emailed customer service. Finally delievered but not on date promised. Delivery date was important because I was expecting package before I left on a trip and didn't want it delivered while I was gone. Product as expected; not pleased with customer service.

You never communicate regarding out of stock products. I get random partial orders that I have to do forensics on to see how much of my order is pending or if I am even getting the correct products. There has to be better software to do this for you. It really stinks compared to many other supplement vendors I work with. At least twice I have demanded refunds for products not sent after waiting months. Super unimpressed.

Liver peptides, did not know when ordering that they would be sent from overseas. Did not see anything mention it. Over a month later and still being held be customs.

I placed an order for suppositories on Sept 16th-ish, but didn't get the order until a month later - and then only part of the order came. I was never given notice that the order would be delayed or that the two items would not come together. By the time the second half of the order came, it went to an address 200 miles away from where I then was living bc it never occurred to me that it would take a month to get an order from CA to ID. I moved the date for my subscription from Oct. 16 to Nov. 1 bc all of the first order hadn't come by the 10th of Oct. When can I expect the Nov. 1 order to ARRIVE? Customer service has been patient with me and helpful when I tried to follow up on the order, but I had to initiate the contact. I can deal with backorders or delays IF I AM INFORMED of them, but to be left wondering what's happening is unacceptable. CAN YOU TELL ME WHEN I CAN EXPECT THE NOV. 1 ORDER TO ARRIVE IN WA?

Honestly, I was not happy with the service I received. My order hadn't shipped after a week of placing it so I reached out to inquire and they let me know my order would be shipping soon. A few days later when nothing had changed, I reached out again to get an update. They finally let me know there was a warehouse issue, and again it would be shipping soon. Even still I had to reach out a few days after that to find out what was going on. My order finally shipped more than 2 weeks after I ordered, and I received it finally after 3 weeks. I felt very uninformed about my order and there was no transparency about what was happening. I realize issues can happen and I don't fault the company for things out of their control, however, there was no apology, no real information given, no plan or resolution offered while all of this was happening. I had signed up for a subscription but canceled it before I even received my order because I got so frustrated with my experience. This was my very first order, I'm not impressed at all, and will likely not order again. I have used this product before (ordered from another company) and it is great, no issues and have seen major benefits actually. But the order support and customer service (although the staff was friendly) was not acceptable or very helpful. I give 2 stars simply because I did receive the product well-packed and in good condition, and when I reached out to customer service multiple times they were responsive.

Products not in stock are not marked 'out of stock' on the website so they are ordered yet nothing comes and I have to go to chat on the site and find out product was not in ...yet you charge my credit card even though the product was not in. This has happened many times. Also slow shipping on orders where product is in stock. The only good thing is that you do carry unique products which is why I continue to do business with you.

I have placed multiple orders with Qi Supplements because I wanted a more convenient, US-based supplier of peptide products. At least a 3rd of my orders arrive literally months after, or not at all. The customer service says they'll follow up, but never do. They asked me to substitute a product for an equivalent (their brand) after months of not receiving what I ordered, and the substitute still hasn't even come. The worst part is that the products all say "In stock, ready to ship" and that is a blatant and direct lie. I told them to update their product status, but they never have. DO NOT TRUST THESE GUYS. They don't have the product in stock. They will take your money and not ship anything to you.

I appreciate the honest review, we are a small business, managed by 2 people. AS of now we are 60% in stock. Looking to be 80% by end of this week. We are also looking to incorporate an inventory tracking system in the next few weeks so that we can show exactly what is in stock, but it is a huge shift for our small company

Do not buy from this company!! They are a scram!!! I purchased $95 product and it came in half empty. I reached out to customer service and all they offered me was 10% discount. I told them i was not happy with that and that im a returning loyal customer. They escalated it to a management within a few minutes customer service came back and said all they can do is give me $25 refund. I asked for a new bottle of the product to replace what came in almost empty and they denied me. What terrible service this company has. I will never purchase here again and will make sure I spread the word. Very disappointed!

Product works fine but I paid for overnight shipping and it was sent first class mail. When I called and asked about the mistake they assured me it was coming priority express even though my USPS informed delivery told me otherwise. I called back again twice and was promised a call back same day regardless of what they found out and never got one. They eventually made it right be refunding me for shipping but I think the customer service unit can be tightened up.

I was looking for bioregulators. First store I looked at everything was was more affordable but out of stock. I found Qi and it was more expensive but everything I was looking for was said it was in stock so I paid for the extra amount to get them sooner. However after a week of waiting I still had received nothing. I emailed them to ask where my products were and they said they were out of stock and waiting for a shipment and it would be 1-2 more weeks. All they offered was a 10% discount in my next order. First off, I found a coupon code for 15% off and second, why would I want to order again when the first order went terribly? It’s been 2.5 weeks now and still don’t have what I paid for and ordered. I’m not giving 1 star because they do have responsive customers service but the way they reconcile for their mistake is terrible. If I end up liking the bioregulators I’ll most likely buy the same brand from the first company I found if they’re in stock.

The product doesn’t have Thimalon or Epitalon in it as advertised. It only has Oxytocin. They charge to same price as when it had all ingredients.
