“ Close coupled toilet ordered. Only pan delivered. After 4 days of being ignored delivery of seat and cistern promised for delivery. Only seat arrived. They wouldn’t put cistern on next day delivery and said only asap. Who knows when or even what will be delivered. It sounds like they bow to whatever the warehouse dictates even though they are the incompetent members of staff. ”
