I would not recommend this company, i purchased a refurbished grade A/excellent condition iPhone 6s, which arrived with clear scratches on the screen, a faulty power connection and battery issues. This would be bad enough on its own. however, i immediately returned and am still awaiting my refund, even though it has now almost been 3 weeks (well outside of the 14 days, they say it may take). They are effectively now withholding my money and have stopped responding to my emails, even though i've had confirmation that the returned phone was received on the 12th of June. I state again, i wouldn't recommend this company to anyone. there are many other phone sites out there, so use one of them (as i have since done with no issues). Updated 8th July 2019: received an email stating that they are having payment difficulties. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY - This is how they operate, by delaying payments for as long as possible to ensure the funds stay in their bank account. There are numerous reviews across the internet detailing that this isn't a one off occurrence and is actually systematic and deliberate! Updated 14 July 2019: having received another email assuring me that my refund would be paid on the 12th, no such payment has occurred and i have been forced to raise the issue as a dispute via my bank. I say again, do not use this company, they are a disgrace!

Absolutely awful company took ages to deliver the phone, and the phone didn’t work properly sent back and still haven’t received a refund after 14 working days, joke don’t bother trust me

Ordered a phone on 29th June on promise of 7 day (or sooner) delivery. Was Informed on 3rd July of a new delivery estimate of 17th July, so I cancelled on 3rd July. Was informed by them 2 days later that it takes 3-6 working days to authorise a cancellation and payment is 14 days after that. My credit card company says the merchant can make an electronic cancellation which happens instantly. Alarmed by the numerous complaints from people waiting for money on this website and also Trust Pilot and Moneysavingexpert I have submitted a claim to the Money Claims service for which I have paid a court fee of £35. It will be worth it if I do get my £472 back. The court has notified me that Quick Mobile Fix have rejected my claim and suggested we go to the Mediation service instead. So in summary, I have paid £472, had their acknowledgment of my cancellation cancellation and they have now rejected my claim to the Court for a refund

i placed my order not the first one ive ordered with them but this time i was waiting and waiting for the i phone to be dispatched i had to send numerous emails asking what was taking so long getting fobbed off every time then i finally gave up after a month and still no phone!!! i was thankful i had paid with paypal so i could get my money back!!! as i said wasn't the first time i bought a phone waited about 2 and a half weeks the last time which was fine but this was a complete joke this time over a month and nothing!!! and fobbed off with lies in every email shame i cant upload them if your in a hurry for your phone don't use them!!! definitely cant recommend them!!!!

I usually check out companies reputations prior to ordering, and wish I'd done so for this one, unfortunately I placed an order purely based on price. I ordered a refurbished iPhone 8. I ordered on the Sunday and then as with all orders was told on Monday it would be (up to) 7 working days. On the 6th working day they sent me an email stating that there was a hold up in their quality control department, and the next anticipated date was 16 days time. Oh dear....I immediately cancelled the order. My firm belief is that they are possibly advertising goods that they don't actually own and are awaiting someone selling the necessary model. I do not believe that it takes the best part of a month to obtain and "QA check" a mobile. Quick they are not. (Incidentally, I went to a more well known firm and purchased a refurbished handset, which was only 30 pounds more, "pristine" condition, and came with box and cables" - this came the day after ordering)

Further to earlier comment about total failure to deliver on schedule and the advise a delay of 4 weeks from date of order, note my card was charged on day of sale. Cards should only be charged on date of despatch I asked for cancellation and refund, and advised it takes 3 full working weeks to process refund This outfit is an utter disgrace: no product, no customer service Avoid, and spread word of mouth just how awful it is They should be in jail

Bought a mobile for my daughter, paying for if though their associates DivideBuy. The mobile did not arrive within the time adviced and I kept getting excuses for more than a week after the date it was supposed to arrive, so I cancelled the order. For that i waited for 45 min on the phone and sent several emails. After several days I got an email saying that the order was cancelled and they would issue a refund within 14 days. 3 weeks later i found out that Divide Buy not only did not send a refund but charged me a second instalment for the mobile that I of course don't have. When I phoned them they said that have not heard anything about a cancellation from Quick Mobile Fix hence kept charging for the cancelled phone. Wrote two emails to Quick Mobile Fix but have not received any response and spent 42 min on the phone without being answered. Worst experience ever.

Delayed delivery to 4 weeks the day after advising it would be fulfilled “momentarily” However charged my card on the day of order. Shambolic, dishonest. Avoid at all costs

Was told up to 7 days to dispatch, on 6th day told there was a quality control problem and order would be shipped within 3 weeks!!! Asked for an immediate refund, still waiting to get it.

We bought a iPad Air & paid for it 4 weeks ago today . It has arrived today ,I am pleased with it. But not the length of time it took ,or the customer service,we phoned twice on hold for 30 mins . So not impressed they said it would be dispatched the following day for delivery on Friday ,but on Friday an email arrived to say not for another week .then delayed a second time . So was not to impressed as I thought it would only be a matter of days,although the product is good ,the service was rubbish.
