Paid for fast delivery took 24 days . Had to chase order on two occasions no tracking details until 4 after delivering. Not impressed will not use again . Think twice before you use this company .

I got a I phone 5s when. Received it the phone didn’t even turn on I sent it back from Ireland got it back again it worked for 2 weeks same thing again had to send it back again,now it keeps turning off by itself the battery life goes up and down,I can’t afford to be sending it back again as I need my phone and it’s costs €11 each time to ship,so I have to make use of the phone that I paid 270 for

Terrible customer service, I ordered an iPhone 7. The product took forever to come and when I contacted customer support they just kept saying 'please allow us another 7 days to investigate this'. 'Please allow us another 4 days to investigate this...' They were not particularly sorry for the inconvenience or helpful. Upon receiving the product I saw that the battery only has a 3-month warranty. This is hidden in their terms and conditions on the website. The one year warranty they advertise all over the website is misleading. The item was not pristine either.

Phone ordered didn't work returned to be told you are now fixing and could be further 5-7 days. You were supposed to have carried out various checks before sending me the phone and this was clearly not the case. Still waiting .........

I know and understand you have a choice whether to except the price they offer or have your equipment back but when they say £52 and you know your phone is in fully working order when you send it and they give you 21 pounds except or have your phone back well to save messing about I just said I will accept but there is nothing that shows what problems they had with my phone to me that is a poor way of doing things but as far as sending it and receiving the money there was no problems just told One price then offered another if you cannot offer the One price from the start then you should not offer any until you've looked at it then you make the offer thanks

Hi Steve, The condition of the phone is different to what you booked in this is why there was a reduced offer. There were details on your account to state why this was the case. if you were unhappy with this you could have rejected the offer, however, you accepted the offer and the funds have now been processed. I ordered a refurbished IPhone on Monday the 11th of june and today is Monday the 18th the day before the end of their delivery time frame. I am livid and scared that I will not receive my order and lose my money but at the same time its insane how some people receive their order just 3 days after ordering and I might NOT even receive my order. This should not be happening and your company is obviously VERY disorganised. FIND MY ORDER AND SEND IT NOW PLEASE.

Incorrect information given when I was told the funds would be 3 days and took 7 days! Refused to be able to speak with a manager on the phone! No call back and no explanation! Very poor customer service

What a shame I have to write a bad review quick service and good communication at the start but when you have a problem not so good. Phone arrived and was like brand new but had photos and other personal info on it . I reset but could not reset cloud settings so when I explained this to service department I was advised to contact email address on phone for password. Ok so now you know I did not get a response so phone keeps popping up with verify message. How frustrating is that what a shame. Then company asked me to write a trust pilot and get a case well I did and just commented on the good points but no case arrived so if you read my review just be aware if your phone is not completely reset do not accept it

The iPhone I purchased is not working as it should. The phone line for QMF is always engaged and my email about the problem has gone unanswered for two days.

Battery does not hold charge for very long. The response to my querying this was inadequate. The screen also broke when I dropped it - yes I realise dropping it is not a good idea but I have never had a screen break in 10 years after being dropped. This leads me to suspect that there was an existing weakness.

I purchased a phone and later found out the speaker didn't work. It was suggested to me to restore the phone (even though I had done this during the phone set up), this didn't work. I then sent it back for a refund. The customer support were very helpful and advised me what to do to get a refund. Unfortunately I had to chase the refund up weeks later. I think it's finally gone into my account. Even so I think I will purchase another phone from the website, this time it's got to be a brand new one. The speaker is a physical part that obviously wear out easily and doesn't seem to get replaced with refubished phones.

The process to replace my phone has taken way too long. As I am writing this review payment has been charged to my credit card however I am yet to receive confirmation that my phone has been dispatched. I am never able to speak to someone when calling the Customer Services line, it's constantly engaged!! This has resulted in sending emails which are never answered by the same person and on a number of occasions I've had to re-explain why I am emailing....very frustrating!! I've never experienced such shocking customer service and will never use this service again......

Our phone lines can get busy at times, however, you can also email and receive a response within 24 hours.
