“Absolute cowboy company DO NOT buy anything from this site!!!!!! They ignore your emails, they don’t refund your money you have to get your bank involved to act on your behalf to get your money back!!! When you do get a response they say delays in quality assurance dept, delays in delivery, delays in finance dept for refunds, and then advise it will take two months to get a refund if not longer!!!!”

“I’m really upset , I bought this phone on Saturday night on my grandads credit card with his permissions as I needed a knee phone badly , after reading these reviews I feel very un easy and I’m scared that this won’t show up and I’ll be scammed I was looking really excited to this as any 11 year old girl would like me and now I’m not very excited I just feel a little bit upset and I need reassuring”

“Awful company to deal with, sent my phone off for repair to fix its cracked screen, no update to say been delivered (had to contact the delivery company for confirmation) then when i do email, contact number listed refers you back to their online chat that does not work, hardly get a decent reply let alone a email back. Its got to the point now that I've gone to the financial ombudsman to investigate them and where my phone is. I feel sorry for people that have parted with 100s of pounds to purchase phones. Stay away from these jokers”

“The service was only just acceptable. There was a long wait for my order to arrive - it arrived 2 weeks after purchase. I had ordered the full package but only a phone arrived - no EarPods which I need for this particular phone. There was no apology or acknowledgment that part of the order was missing so I had to email to ask what had happened to the EarPods. It turned out that they didn't actually have any and were waiting for a delivery. So, well over a month since I ordered the phone I am still waiting for the delivery of the EarPods. Early emails assured me that the ordered would be completed but my last two emails to QMF have gone unanswered. I cannot, therefore, give more than an acceptable rating for the level of service. The phone itself is ok!”

“I attempted to place an order for 2 phones, due to a technical glitch their end the order didn’t go through. I spoke to their support team via email who assured me no money would be taken as the order had failed. The money WAS taken and they are now ignoring all my emails about returning my money”

“All in all, great company to deal with. Products are usually better than expected (which ultimately is what really counts). Delivery could be a little faster. And it wouldn't hurt you guys to add a charging cable with the phones. (even if not a genuine Apple one). But I will gladly deal with you again”

“DO NOT USE!!!!! Did not receive phone after 4 weeks. Complained, and was then offered a refund which I never received. Quick Mobile Fix then became impossible to contact, not replying to any of my emails which is doubly frustrating as they have no phone number you can call them on. Luckily I was able to get my money back through raising a dispute through my bank. Stay well away from these crooks.”

“If it was possible to give zero stars I would because I placed an order for a reconditioned phone on the 17/09/19 this was a present for my daughters birthday which would never arrive! After not hearing anything from them for a good number of days I sent them email after email which eventually was answered with rubbish like they have had to recall goods for testing blah blah blah. After giving in with waiting I decided to ask for a refund which I was then told would take up to 14 working days!!! Well after not receiving my refund in the ridiculous length of time they had set out I informed my bank who dealt with them directly and reimbursed me while the investigation was on going. I have no doubt that this company is fraudulent and would steer we’ll clear of them!!!! 11/11/19”

“To be fair, I've used this company twice. The first time, good service, prompt despatch at fair price. Used the second time - a total disaster zone. Order placed, email acknowledgment received then total silence. After 2 weeks of non receipt of goods, I tried to contact. No response to emails, no way of contact via the phone. I cancelled the order by email. Received a reply stating they were sorry, and would refund me within 14 days. Six weeks later I have still not received my refund, so I am having to take the dispute to my credit card company to get a refund by their chargeback system.”
