“I do not recommend this company. I ordered two t-shirts from them December 10th. Today is the 27th and I still don’t have them. And to add insult to injury, I received an email advertising the same shirts for 65% off. I specifically chose to order because the company was VET owned and in the US - guess that’s how they suck you in.”
“Redline is great at advertising and promoting their business. Horrible at customer service. I went with the company I "knew" when placing orders for my family for Christmas. Brand recognition can only take you so far, eventually the complaints will catch up. If only I had researched before ordering. My orders were placed in November before the delivery by Christmas cut off. $200 in gifts that still have not shipped. Which left me scrambling to buy replacement gifts at the last minute. Still can't get anyone to provide an eta for my orders.”
“I have ordered before and never a problem. It does take awhile to get your product and that’s why I ordered on the their Cyber Monday sale 11/30 Today on 12/23 my order still hadn’t shipped. I am extremely disappointed and will not be ordering again. I advise anyone who orders from this company to order 3-4months in advance. The sad part is nothing I ordered was custom. It was tree stakes and a Christmas tree ornament. The only reason I’m giving 2 stars ⭐️ instead on 1 is because they refunded my order right away when I ordered. So now I have to go find 4 Christmas presents for family on the 23rd of Christmas. I try very hard to always support our military and family owned businesses but I will not order again from this place.”
“Ordered a couple of items on Nov. 30 – Hummingbird Love wall design and Candle wall design. Received delivery on Dec. 20 and the wrong item was sent. Did not get the Hummingbird Love wall design. Have sent emails and called to leave a voice mail message with no response. Horrible customer service. Might be a veteran owned company but they are not veteran run.”
“Ordered on 11/27/2002, quick to show a label created for shipment but today is 12/22 and the item has. KT shipped. Customer service will not answer phone calls, emails text messages nothing. Never deal with this company.”
“Based on the marketing, TV appearance, veteran identification, and the Thanksgiving sales items on their web store, I decided to order a number of this year's Christmas presents from Redline Steel. Their website says non-custom items should ship within 1 to 3 weeks... plenty of time for Christmas gifts.
Now 3 days before Christmas and 4 status requests without any response, I was forced to purchase alternative gifts. I have done ALL of my Christmas shopping for the past 15 years online... And Redline Steel is the worst experience that I have ever had with an online merchant.
Their online catalog items look great, but they are a merchant that all but the most foolish should avoid.”
“I'm having the same problem as all the other current reviewers. Placed the order...confirmed...Paid...Then received email saying pending...I have emailed asking if order is being processed. Response was that they would get back to me. I called got automated system saying they would get back to me. My order is Christmas gifts. I am afraid that I won't have them by Christmas (if ever??) And I am getting emails several times a day asking me to order more stuff at discounted rates. Really???? I chose to order from them because of it being a veteran owned business. I agree this does not make them look good at all.”
“I ordered fron Redline a few years ago and had great service. On Black Friday of this year I ordered Christmas gifts. They of course have been paid, but I have no notice of shipment, auto response customer service, really??!! And they don't answer their phone. Is this a dead business or one that is just trying to die? I am a veteran mom and try to give as much business as possible to veterans, but I don't think telling my peeps on Christmas that I have no idea when their gift will arrive is going to fly.”
“With so many positive reviews on their products we ordered a Christmas present but..... we will never order again. We received a shipping notice email it is now 10 days still has not shipped. We have tried calling but no answer. Sent an email and got a auto response that they would get back to us now over 24 hours and no response yet. “I placed FOUR orders on 11/12/2020, believing I would have the products in time for intended Christmas presents. My PayPal account has already been charged for these orders. Since then, I have received email solicitations/offers from them EVERY. SINGLE. DAY.
I have sent several emails asking about the status of my orders, but have received no communication other than repeated offers and solicitations. This "veteran-owned" "US-based" company is giving veterans and the USA a very bad name. I would at least appreciate the courtesy of an order status update after repeated requests. Very frustrated and disappointed.”

“Communication and the length of time to hear when product is shipping and getting delivery is HORRIBLE. I HAVE ORDERED 3 or 4 TIMES. I am done. This is way to stressful. Never know if you are getting ripped off. The feeling is horrible. Not how I want to ever shop. They take the enjoyment out of it.
NO COMMUNICATION FROM REDLINE STEEL. They grew too fast and are not trying to do the most important part better. CUSTOMER SERVICE will make or break a company.”
