I opened a undamaged box containing a statue of "Porcelain Lux", but the statue had a broken piece, which is according to Reddit users a common issue with this product.
I contacted support but there's nothing they can do because "I was too late".
This is actually the first time I'm dealing with customer service who sell statues having such a terrible and dehumanizing service. They don't do anything to help not even a discount or w/e no nothing.
You spend thousands of dollars/euros and what you get is "too bad".
They require you to break the seal within time or else the "can't help you". MIND YOU THE BOX WAS IN A PRISTINE CONDITION. The damage probably happened during packing at the factory.
You're better off spending your money on legit collectable resellers like Spec Fiction or Archonia. At least these companies have humans with a soul working at customer service.”
“In the past ordered a kayn figure that included an in game icon that had to be selected (it did not automatically select it) and I messaged support to see if I could get the icon because i had proof I bought it but they said they wouldn’t do anything about it since I didn’t select it during checkout. Also, I just purchased a sweatshirt and the website didn’t save my address and automatically put the last address I used for both billing and shipping (I had sent a gift to a friend but didn’t use her address as billing) which made no sense. Then I contacted support and they said they wouldn’t do anything despite the order happening not even 12 hours earlier. Very useless support team and questionable site performance.”

“If I could somehow give 0 stars I would. I paid almost $1,000 for a statue and it came broken and then when offered the replacement piece, it came broken as well because it had no padding to make sure the statue would be ok on its way to me. Now they have said nothing can be done and they can refund me $50 or the full price but I have to take care of the shipping and make sure it gets to them ok even though they did not extend that courtesy to me. Absolutely terrible experience. Never trust them or buy from them if you value your money. I've certainly learned my lesson. In short screw riot games.”
“I used to buy merch often from riot merch, went to order some figures for $45 usd to Canada and now international shipping is suddenly costing $168.50 usd??? in total to get the mini figure set with shipping included would cost probably over $276.47 cad.... $close to $300 for 5 miniature figures under 3 inches tall... I'm sorry but please help it make sense, at this point I feel like they are over charging a crazy amount. I hope to God they change this, I feel extremely sad that I'll be missing out on my mains figure considering I've been consistent on acquiring all merch related to them, hell I've even spent over 6K on league and still think asking this much is going too far.”

The support team does not reply to any inquiries about the order.
The tracking code that they might eventually sent does not work.
I received a tracking number 3 weeks ago and it still hasn't arrived and the code is not working.
Everything feels like a big scam and it's like you get ghosted.
Don't buy from them or risk not receiving anything or waiting for a very long time.”

Ordered something last week on Monday, and their website says only 2-3 days for processing, but I have received zero communication from them on the status of my item.
