This bed is very impressive and actually surpassed our expectations, not having actually seen one before ordering on line. The bed is very sturdy and the design of the cupboard space is fantastic. Took our time building it but the instructions were very easy to follow. Our grandson is thrilled.

ordered on line easily but delivery took quite a while and we had to chase them a number of times. However they always picked up phone quickly.

Customer service from room to grow was very good. I had issues with my delivery that they were quick to rectify and send out spare fittings very quickly. I would highly recommend having a word with the logistics company who turned up late with my boxes in a state of disrepair and as a result half the fixtures and fittings missing for the bed! Having said that Room To Grow were very apologetic, helpful and refunded the delivery cost. I wouldn't let this experience put me off ordering from this company again.

Ordered 11/01/16 with a 28 day delivery promise still not recieved goods.

I'm very disappointed with a waldrobe that I purchase as for the price the quality of it was shocking . But was very pleased when rooms to grow got me a full refund as this item was damaged

We like this bed, really sturdy and for our 3 year old it is perfect. We bought one for him in January but had a terrible time with the delivery company as they refused to communicate with us to arrange a time and date, so it ended up being late, and we did a lot of chasing on the telephone. We liked the bed so ordered another for our daughter(should have known better!). After we chased the delivery again, a serious lack of communication/professionalism from the delivery company again, I cancelled our order and got a refund as I was bored of chasing a delivery. Room to grow is a good company, the bad rating is because if they don't change their delivery company(who don't work weekends!!!) they will get more and more complaints like this. Real shame.

Room to Grow were professional throughout. The delivery company rang to arrange the delivery slot as promised and the delivery went smoothly too.

Sad to say that the customer service doesn't meet the standard you would expect from a retailer. We have basically been left with a bed for our son that is defective and the only solution given is to take it apart ourselves and refit with parts that are not defective. Meaning we have had organise both original assembly and re assembly without any offer of support apart from "your fitter should have noticed!" We gave this retailer numerous opportunities to sort this problem out before adding this comment but they chose not to help which is sad and short sighted.

We're sorry again for the disappointing experience you?ve had recently and that a mistake was made in the warehouse when picking your order - we do expect better care to be taken. As soon as we were alerted we did arrange for the correct parts to be sent to you. The bed itself is very good but organisation of the delivery was poor, as was the customer services experience and level of information available when I tried to find out what was going on. When it did finally arrive the two delivery drivers themselves were helpful and pleasant. It's just the back office who apparently couldn't organise a you-know-what in a brewery.
