“Home Assembly brilliant. Took just under 1.5 hrs. Gentlemen very courteous, shoes off on entry to house, assembled bed in a professional manner, tidied up after them and removed all packaging. Excellent service and well recommended.”

“Ordered a pod bed for my grandson and was delivered within 2 weeks of ordering. Absolutely over the moon with the whole experience. We had paid to have the bed assembled, which was totally worth it and would recommend anyone else to do the same. The assemblers were expert at their job, shoes off at the front door, no mess and all packaging and rubbish removed. We only had one small problem with the LED circuit which has been promptly addressed by Room To Grow. All in all, a professional job, professional people, excellent communication and quality product.”

“Quality of the product was excellent however we ordered this over 12 weeks ago and still waiting for a part to be delivered due to the poor condition it arrived in. 3 pieces of the bed was badly scratched so we are still waiting for the final piece to be replaced 12 weeks later! The package it arrived in was perfect so obviously this was damaged prior to being packed therefore quality control is obviously not to a high standard. The initial delivery was also delayed by weeks which caused all kinds of problems in itself. When one of the parts was replaced we received it twice even though we rang both the company and delivery service to cancel it in a response to a second notification we received about delivery however it still arrived and we were left to dispose of it. Overall the bed is nice however you need to be patient on its full arrival.”

“We ordered the Juliette single bed and paid a substantial amount for delivery. I was kept well informed that the delivery would be late however it caused so much stress with getting rid of my little girls cot too early. I received an email to inform me I would have my delivery fee refunded however that has not happened. It has been at least 2 weeks since the bed was actually delivered.”

“This is a beautiful bed and not as hard to assemble as some of the reviews. However let me give you a MASSIVE HEADS UP. When assembling the bed as seen (the raised version) make sure you work off the instructions in the second box (the one with the ladders etc) not the box with the actual bed part assembly. The bed assembly is if you are just purchasing it as a stand alone bed. When you open the second box there are more instructions on how to assemble the bed. Work off these. I got right to the end and realised the wood to stop the child falling out wasn’t on and the only way to get it on was to dismantle the entire thing. It takes about 3 hours for one person. This should be marked much clearer. I was gutted!!!!! Other than that it’s straightforward to assemble. I had to get a neighbour’ to help flip it upside down as I didn’t want to snap the legs, but that’s the only part you need 2 people for. My 7 year old absolutely loved it and plays under it with all her toys. It created loads more space in her room and looks great. Feels good quality.”

“We were satisfied with the service. Our bed was delayed which can’t be helped and the then the lorry delivering it broke down so it was delayed again. I ended up having to chase the order as then we didn’t hear back for a while. Got it in the end.”

“The experience overall was fine. The delivery team communicated frequently but confused me as they kept referring to the name of the bed "stompa" without the addition of "bed" which took me a while to remember. Sharing "your stompa bed from Room to Grow" would have made things a bit easier. When we got the bed, the headboard had the screw holes incorrectly drilled so the bed doesn't lie flat. I contacted the company and they were very prompt responding. They said they have sent a new part. I look forward to it's arrival. Once the new headboard arrives I am sure I'll have a happy child as the rest of the bed looks great!”
