Delivery arrived 8.30pm (having waited in all day) so very dark and taken straight into our garage. Son in law picked up today and when boxes lifted up we see that the bottom of the packaging is ripped, stuck together with a sharps sand bag - goodness knows what state the actual bed is in. Dreadful service and probably dreadful quality of product due to damage. Would definitely not recommend.?

Nice bed, good quality so no complaints on that score, and I'm pretty good at putting these things up......but on the bed design, which genius decided to use a screw cam system? What a pain especially if you have to assemble on your own, why not just use conventional cams?

We are every so sorry for the inconvenience. I can see that an email was sent to you on the 19th January to explain that there is unfortunately a further delay on your order. Unfortunately, stock delays are out of our control but we do sincerely apologise for this. After our bunk bed order failed to be delivered before Christmas, we were more than happy with the customer service we received to try and rectify this. They did everything they could to ensure we had it first thing in the new year. We dealt with the same person several times over the phone and she was amazing. The bed is fantastically robust for two boys, we will be recommending this company to others in the future.

i ordered the bed and my money was taken it said delivery would be between 5-7 days what they don't say is you basically have to wait until someone else buys something in you area I paid £35 for delivery so why don't you get a dedicated delivery ? The shop even made out it was my fault saying the delivery company had called me on numerous occasions and id been offered lots of slots - this simply wasn't true I'm still waiting for my bed 13 days after placing and paying for the order and my son is currently sleeping on a mattress on the floor I hope the bed is better than the service

Bed is in good condition though marks on steps. Also a couple of issues with delivery which I thought was quite bad considering the expensive delivery charge.

Overall a good experience and very happy with the furniture. Was disappointed to have my original appointment cancelled very late in the day, having stayed at home for it, but they did come the following day (which luckily was a Saturday and I could be at home) and fit the furniture then. The fitting was very well done, by a very friendly chap.

We ordered 2 solitaire mid sleepers, which were delivered within the time we'd been specified 3-7 working days (arrived on day 4). The customer service by the online chat facility, email and telephone was all excellent, all very friendly, professional and helpful. The beds themselves are fantastic, and appear very well made, both our girls love them! They do take a while to put together, but the instructions are clear and easy to follow. I'd recommend both the beds we purchased (solitaire mid sleepers), and also Room to Grow. Both excellent.

Excellent service from ordering to delivery. Placed an order on 30th December. I received a phone call on 5th Jan to say delivery would be the next day. Bed arrived on time.

Product not as strong or as solid as I thought it would be however delivery was quick and the delivery men were lovely polite and helpful The bunk beds take up much more space than expected visually. Does look nice enough however

When assembled correctly it meets all European/UK safety testing requirements. Delivery was disappointing. I had to postpone the first date given as I was away but then I had to chase up a second date as they appeared to have forgotten. I was offered a date the instant I contacted them though so that was good.
