I've never experienced such bad quality product. Binned it immediately. This company is an absolute disgrace.

Don't buy from this website !!! This company selling clothes what look completely different as they look in the photos. Sizes too small or too big. When you send then all back you have to pay postage. Postage from UK to US cost fortune. This is customer fraud !!! Stay fat from them then you never lost the money.

Material very cheap. Wanted to return the dress I ordered and it was impossible due to website problems and no customer service help.

Not sure what the material is made out of All four outfits are are made out of the same material, small is huge on me and I wear small. I have to pay in order to return it!!! Very unhappy, if you want poor material and do not that care that you have to pay for to return unwanted items be my guess.

I ordered items 6 weeks ago and they have failed yo arrive they have been giving me the run around saying to contact Australia post but no real tracking number Just a joke

3 dresses ordered and received. I could cry. Nothing at all like the pictures. Material is cheap nasty nylon and all diabolical fitting garments. Yet again lesson learned with these fraudulent companies

I placed an order with this company and my credit card was immediately charged. More than 3 weeks later I do not have the product and the company can provide no update on when the item will be shipped. If you value your dollar use a company in the US as the repeated responses to my emails say the same thing "we appreciate your patience" but still no updates based on the tracking number. Of course they cannot cancel and refund my money because they say the shipping is in process but the shipping tracking number hasn't been updated in over 3 weeks. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY on a company that cannot provide the items they have been for to deliver. If I could give less than 1 star I would. This is the worst customer service.

Got 3 dresses they were a disgrace.. They were so cheaply made also nothing like the photos and the material was awful.. Came from China but had to post back to America.. AT MY EXPENSE.. shocking will never use them again..

Item recieved was OK but didn't fit. Getting a return address from their website not easy. Turns out you can only send returns to America. The cost to me was not worth returning, 1 item £16 by airmail, that's without tracking which is required to get a refund! Will sell item myself. Cannot risk recommending in case you have to return.

Do not buy from this company. Just try returning anything, they just send you around in circles. I'd walk barefoot over hot coals before using this rip off company. The clothes are rubbish as well. You will never get a reply from them. Chinese!!!! Says it all!!!!

Ordered a dress for a wedding. It arrived and after being on my body for 2 minutes and 14 seconds, I took it off, folded it nicely and packed it up for return. The material was cheap. It was too big. Very unflattering. Just a BIG NOPE. 6 weeks later, SIX WEEKS I received a partial refund. I had it in for 2 minutes and waited a month and a half to not get almost $20 of my refund. And whenever I attempt to sign on to the website to inquire, it never logs in. I have tried about 30 times in a 3 week period . This site is such a SCAM. Rotita sucks. Don't do it!

It was ove5 weeks before I got a mixed up order of items that were switched out for items I did not order. I got stuff that looked like that it come from a chop shop. Very poor quality and threads hanging off some the items. One was pictured as being "bedazzled with rhinestones" and when it came, the so called rhinestones where painted on dots. Never again.

Don't buy anything from here! Would give no stars if I could! Terrible quality. Ordered a small dress size looks and fits as a medium or large. Zipper did not close all the way at the top. Cheaply made! Returned the same day they were delivered. Now struggling to get my refund! Shop elsewhere!

I ordered 3 tops in size M, based on their size chart. The items were several inches too small to wear. The fabric on one was completely see-through - not at all like the photo. I told them I was returning and they said I couldn't unless they were defective. I returned and submitted a dispute with my credit card company. Save yourself some grief and stay away from these companies.

Bought two garments which were nice and I was happy with them until I tried them on, although certainly not worth the price paid. The sleeves were way too small for the size of the garment. Beware if you are a larger size. They are made in China and the China manufacturers use a different sizing chart to what is available in Australia, hence they do not fit. Tried to return them - it is an absolute nightmare just to get the appropriate return numbers and return address which apparently is a secret (there must be a reason they keep it secret - they don't like to give it away) After some to and fro-ing through Messenger, eventually got what I was looking for to return the garments. Only return address is in America - they confirmed they do not have any return address in Australia. Went to post it and the postage costs from Australia were almost the cost of the refund. So I will not now return. My advice is don't even bother with them. Wasted my money - lesson learnt.

Took 1 month for delivery cannot contact Rotita their email is down and your email is incorrect so you cant log on (they send you 4 sales adds a day ) garments are RUBBISH QUALITY XLsize actual small size wont accept returns unless notified but no contact available for return address unless you live chat to an "AGENT " who forwards you message also returns is USA $ 20 POSTAGE AT LEAST NOT WORTH IT $50 DOWN THE DRAIN

I would give them less than one star if possible. The items online look cute and the reviews on their own website are positive (surprise!?). Anyway, I tried to proceed with my order and every time I tried to enter information their site said there was an error. I do know my own phone number. I want to use a credit card, not pay pay. I gave up and it looks like it was a good thing I did.
