“I ordered from this company, received a tracking number, and my credit card was charged. However, two months after I placed this order, the tracking says “pending delivery date” which is exactly what it said when I first got the email. I’m working now to try and get my money back, but according to other reviews I have now read, that doesn’t seem hopeful.”

Had the WORST experience trying to do a return with Rotita.com. I put in a ticket to return nearly two months ago, and constantly followed up via online chat and tickets for support as customs needed a lot of information I wouldn't have on the product. Rotita kept assuring me they would send a pre-paid return label, promised a manager would contact me within 12 hours, etc etc.....and would never follow up.
The latest update I received was yesterday when they informed me that it's now TOO LATE to return the items, even though I've been working to try and return with them for nearly 2 months. When I expressed my frustration via chat with a representative, they seemed to have blocked my account from using the chat feature.”
“I ordered an item over 2 weeks ago. The site says that the item shipped on 5/7/2020, however, USPS hasn't acknowledged receipt of the package. The info also says it was picked up in Illinois. I now know that the package is coming from China. I wish I could give no stars, however, the site won't let me. Customer service says it will take 1 to 3 days to get shipping info from the shipping company. Shipping info should be able to be given right away. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!!!!”
“It has been over 2 weeks since I ordered a shirt and I can't get an answer to where my package is. It says that the item shipped, however, USPS hasn't acknowledged receipt of the package. If I could give no stars, I would. Customer service says it will take 1 to 3 days for the shipper to get back with them with info on where my package is. It shouldn't take 1 to 3 days to get this info. You should be able to get the tracking info right away. If and when I get the item, I will review again as to the quality of the item that I purchased. According to all of the reviews I have read on getting your money back, it is almost impossible to do. I know I will never order from this site ever again.”

“Don’t ever order from this company. I ordered on April 18, 2020 and have been deceived and lied to ever since. As of today May 12 the label for my package has not even been shipped yet customer service tells me it’s on the way. I was to receive it today but have not. Now they are telling me May 29th. I requested a refund and was told no because it’s in transit which it is not. Buyer beware!”

“Rotita is a scam. They process your payment right away, and then you false tracking information and tell you to be patient because it's coming from china. It's been 4 weeks and now the website is not allowing my to login, and after several attempts, the site is no longer accessible. I too wish I would have read the reviews prior to ordering. “Don't waste your time or money! I ordered three items. One was a tunic top. Ran really small and was long enough to be a knee length dress (Gave it away). One was a Fleece zip front pull-over. When I put it on, there was a hole along the seam of the arm and the chest. The one on the chest I noticed first, and thought; oh that's a simple fix. Then I noticed the arm, as it began at the top of the shoulder and ran all the way toward the back to the arm pit!! Half of the sleeve! The third piece was a dress, that looks NOTHING like the photo, other than the color. The fabric is cheap, the fit is horrible (it looks like a rectangle) and was supposed to be an empire waist and it looks a wrinkled mess. The process to return would have just cost more time and money, with me fronting the cost. I figured I had already lost enough. The photos that they show are SUPER CUTE CLOTHES!! Where do I find those clothes from a reputable retailer, and not these rags that I was sent??”
“Rotita's swimsuits are great and you can't beat the price. The only problem I ran into was when I received a shirt that was too small (obviously their size chart was inaccurate) When I chatted online with one of their sales associates, I was told to send the shirt back to them and then it would be my responsibility to get in touch with them again to initiate a refund or exchange. Something is truly fishy with that process. I don't want to spend money on shipping the item back only to have them tell me they never received it. I'm just going to keep the shirt and chalk this up to experience. BYW, the deliver was really late but it wasn't Rotita's fault. Shipping companies have been bogged down because of the COVID-19 outbreak.”

“I bought a lot of stuff from their website because I wanted to try them on and then return if I didn't like them. They have a 30 days return policy so I thought that would be no problem. The items got a long time to arrive, which was a bit frustrating. I had no idea it came from China. When I finally got the items I decided to return most of them. And then I started getting emails saying there were issues with the returned items. That they didn't match the description, items were used or damaged, all kind of weird stuff. So I went online to find out more about the company and I run into all these reviews complaining about Rotita charging for items never received or never reimbursing returns. I was sure I was going to be one of those cases (which was more than $300 for me). I was about to accept my loss when I get an email saying they had processed my return and reimbursed all my money. They also asked for a good review. Maybe they are trying to change their public image or something. So I wanted to share my experience. Hopefully they continue being honest with their customers as they were with me.”
“I ordered a bathing suit and top on Feb 24, 2020 and still haven't received them. But of course have been charged for them!! Had it not been for all this craziness in the world, we would of gone on vacation March 27 and I'd be even more mad if I didn't have them for our trip. I've contacted them multiple times and they tell me it's on the way! Latest arrival date I was told was April 12!! REALLY? WILL NEVER ORDER FROM THEM AGAIN!”
