I usually don't write reviews but i have to do it this time....so my brother sent from uk to Romania a package containing a limited edition basketball shoes but they never get to me..after 1 month of waiting i ask my brother to call to Royal Mail to ask about them and everytime he called he got a different answer but not that they were lost..but they sugested to claim on site for a lost item so he get a compensation just in case..after 2 days he received a paper from Royal Mail saying that the package its lost and they will refound around 60 pounds..thats not even half of what he paid for shoes(he have bill)and he also paid for premium service..on tracking number it sais last time my item was despatched to heathrow worldwide dc on 25 march..i even called from Romania to ask about what's going on and they hang up in my face after saying they are sorry but can't give me more details than what i see on site..all that after i sit 50 min in que!what i can say is to not trust them!they are the worse mail service ever!i would give them less than 1 star if posible for bad services,bad costumer service,bad attitude!!!!sorry if my english is not great

Trash, trash, trash. I've ordered something off of eBay, with first class delivery. It's been a few days since the expected delivery, and the last update on the tracking is the fact that they've received the parcel from the eBay seller. Royal Mail is a JOKE. You're better off with Hermes.

RM think that internet retailers are all selling on wholesale goods; they do not understand that some people spend time making and crafting things. If they lose something that you have spent hours making, they will only compensate you for the raw materials. Try talking to customer services and they just sneer at you. The very worst courier and they lose and damage so much stuff of mine it is untrue. Would have given them ZERO if I could.

The worst customer service I’ve ever experienced! Took money from me via their app and I never received the stamps I paid for. Called them to resolve it and got hung up on the first time and told they won’t be able to help me the second time. They gave me a different phone number to call which isn’t even a real phone number. Laughable!

I have left my phone number with a purpose , why they NEVER call me ? I don't have a doorbell, that's why i lefted my phone number , for you to can CALL ! Not just to cnock and leave .

We all know that the Covid-19 situation will have an effect on deliveries. Items ordered and delivered by other couriers have ALL arrived. ALL of Royal Mails are very late or have been lost or not turned up at all. Rubbish service...R.M's drivers should be tracked but if that were implemented they would just go on strike!!!

One star is too many by far for this shambles of a company but that’s the lowest you are allowed to give I had two eBay large letters posted to me 1st class signed for on 11th June at Leicester the sender also sent about ten other large envelopes all with same signed for postage to different addresses at the same time. at this point in time 20-30 pm April 27 th not one of the deliveries for all 12 seperate items of post has been delivered and apparently they are now classed as lost tracking info says we’ve got it and tracking number issued 17th April so their website says they’ve got it but when I finally got through to someone on the phone after 70 mins it’s now classed as lost what exactly does lost mean ? Where does all this undelivered stuff go some one must know how can any delivery company in the world let alone these jokers lose 12 large letters from the same sender to destinations all over the uk on the same day do they have any concept of what items posted to people mean probably not they are no more than another privatised company who’s sole aim is to make as much cash as possible everything else especially actually doing the job they are meant is just a hinderance to the overpaid fat cats who are supposed to be running this shambles

Appalling service. If i could offer zero stars then I would. Truly dreadful. The voice recognition service is a joke and completely unhelpful. Being able to speak to an actual human being would be something but that seems to be beyond them. God alone knows where my parcel is. Avoid at all costs.

Wish I could give ZERO because 1 is too high. Delivery people are fine but God knows what is happening between posting and delivery Postman Pat's cat would be better organised.

Another 'Lost' parcel review, terrible services from royal mail yet again. Ordered a parcel that was meant to be delivered within 1-3 days, under the current circumstances with corona virus I expected it to be maybe a couple of days late, but 18 days later and its now 'Lost' hahahahahahahahahahahahahahaha, are you having a laugh mate? where is it lost? poor poor poor services and customer service

if sorting office peterborough have a massive backlog,how come i got two cards come through this morning that were sent on saturday,but yet i cant get packages sent over a month ago . what going on ,somebody sort yourself out .remember how much we pay for this terrible service ,il take my business elsewhere from now on ,as i feel if any company i use ,uses royal mail i will have no choice but not buy from them ,as i cant guarantee getting the goods ,
