“LOST AN £800 PARCEL - NO COME BACK!
sent an expensive parcel on the 30th of December valued at £850 on a 24h tracked and signed for service to an eBay customer...
Today's date 11th January. After trying to chase royal mail for days I finally get through on the helpline to be told simply and abruptly they have my parcel at the local parcel center but will not make any effort whatsoever to locate my parcel and I need to make a claim to the maximum value of £100 pounds.
I WILL NEVER USE ROYAL MAIL AGAIN!”
“AGAIN… I am waiting for medication, I payed for 24hr tracked to ensure this would be here today. It took 13hrs for it to move from the NW superhub to Preston which isn’t far. Now it’s been sat In Preston all day waiting to be moved to my local depot. You’re an effing disgrace of a company and should be ashamed and appalled at the service you bring to this country.”
“Took months to assemble donee, keeper, witness signatures for P of A. Posted tracked signed for to OPG ( just short £8.00)postage. Royal mail lost the package, starting again- have to pay OPG again, and wait up to two months for OPG to refund £162 on advance payment for lost original P of As. If RM cannot do medical & legal material, what is it for?”
“Disgusted. Had important post so went for international track and trace with a promised arrival time period of 3-5 days. Was posted on 19th December, still hasn’t left the uk on the 5th January. Livid, if they’d been honest I would have used dhl, yes it costs more but it’s here within 24/48 hours and they don’t lie”
“The shop confirmed that the package was delivered on 9 Dec 2022 and provided a tracking no. The package never arrived as of today (3 Jan 2022). A slow and unreliable company!”

“I mailed 1st Class, Signed for a parcel in early November this year. it was never received I checked their tracking system which advises it was delivered the next day but to the wrong address, they have denied receiving said parcel. Since then I have had 3 useless telephone conversations (after waiting nearly 90 minutes for calls to be answered) to be fobbed off with promised phone calls the next day which never happened. After 2 blistering emails finally customer services emailed me back and confirmed yes it was delivered to the wrong location but they had sent their operative back in to retrieve and it had been redelivered to the correct address. All lies it never happened! where is my parcel Royal Mail who has it?”
“I have sent a Christmas present to London and when I track the package it says that it has been delivered and the people I have sent the package to have not received anything🤷 what kind of company is this?😔 Does anyone know what I need to do to get the package to delivered??😔😔”
“Posted cards in good time for Christmas delivery (12 Dec) none have arrived at their destination, neither have I received many that I know have been sent. Dreadful service, time for a viable alternative to Royal Mail.”

I did receive NOTHING for a several months because postmen lazy to push the correspondence inside a flat through the letter box! They leave all private letters in half in a letter box that everyone can steal them. That is what happened...all my private letter were stolen due to neglected, irresponsible actions of Royal Mail staff.
They either leave all parcels outside of the flat for everyone to steal them. I DON'T WANT to have my parcel to be irresponsibly delivered near my door flat! I prefer to have it safed to pick it up by myself!!

strike action like the 24th November but i believer that postal works a deliberately delaying post to annoy the public i posted 1 item 48hr postage on the 24th Nov. which turn up on the 19th Dec. and another item in which the tracking gets updated every 2 weeks as it slowly works its way through the system .i will no long use retailers which use royal mail.”
“I paid for some medication to be delivered days before strikes as advised, it got sent via tracked 24. It’s still sat in Preston not even made it to my local depot before tomorrow’s strikes.
