Sorry, we were unable to deliver this item at 02-06-2023 as the address was inaccessible. We will attempt to deliver your item again on the next working day Livingston rubbish

My parcel has been stuck at LANGLEY HWDC for 21 days, it is supposed to get to its destination from posting in 5-7 days! Disgraceful, royal mail customer service told me to contact Langley although gave me no contact details at all! Why should I when I used Royal mail to provide my service not Langley!! Terrible customer service no updates for track and trace and an important document is floating about somewhere in Langley U.K when it should now be in Australia with its rightful owner!!! Not providing the service they are paid for, why are they getting away with this?

New device to redeliver the next day isn’t great as most people work 5 days week, so asked to re delivery , picked the post office , and date eve, oh what a surprise it’s not there, no idea now where my parcel is now ☹️

I had a parcel to return through Amazon to be collected by you. Printed the label and packed parcel and was informed by email from you to say you would collect parcel today 26-5-2023 at 9.50 to 11.50 but didn’t turn up until 12.45 and postman said they should not have given me a time

If it ain't broke don't fix it! What a stupid system this is.. total faff. Instead of being able to simply collect my parcel from my lovely local post office, I now have to go online to arrange a redelivery when it could all be done & dusted by now. & the kind lady in the post office agreed how rubbish this new system is, as I may end up having to drive half an hour into my neighbouring town to sorting office! My local post office is a 5 minute walk from my house!!! Haha & all this when apparently we're supposed to be helping with this climate issue (even tho we all know that's a load of rubbish but there you go).. Whatta set of clowns.

From Royal Mail to "Rubble Mail" I would have rated Royal Mail lower than 1 star, but you have nothing less here. What a load of rubbish service they are running... "undelivering" and "redelivering" with this new system of theirs. They need DELIVERANCE from their ineptitude. Must be a bunch of airheads managing their operations, yet they have the audacity to brag about being a "green business entity". Please tell me how do you attempt redelivery on a working day over and over when evidently people are at work? To make matters worse, the courier arrives at irregular times contrary to advise given to customers who try to look out for the next redelivery. Even the postmen themselves are fed up of inexplicable answers to complaining customers and appear embarrassed to be wearing the uniform when accosted with queries. Well here's a solution; AUCTION THE ORGANISATION TO THE HIGHEST BIDDER IN THE BUSINESS. What a shame!

I don't know what kind of work Royal Mail doing, but 3 or 4 days waiting tracked 24 multiple parcels, one re-delivery and no service at all 😂😆 what a joke 🤣 no one make a delivery, not even tried that.

Royal Mail has let me down once again. Their t&cs and policies seem to be used a lot to get out of situations. A recent one is where I've sent a parcel to a buyer, tracked 48 service. The buyer contacted me to say where is my item, checked the tracking and no update on it so I thought it was lost. However it turns out the item was being held at a sorting office which no update or note had been given. Now I hear its being sent back to me and they are not willing to refund the postage. Seems very silly and for Royal Mail to say it what not their fault makes them look silly. Carol Elmes who I have been dealing with is now saying shes not going to reply to any of my messages regarding this issue. Very poor service.

My International Track + sign package has been at Heathrow Distribution for 9 days (arrived there 6th June 2023)without any movement. I’ve been told by Royal Mail Customer Service that if it hasn’t moved by 3rd June 2023 I will have to make a claim for its loss. What kind of terrible service is this ?

Yet another package gone i sent gone AWOL and there has been quite a few lately. A lot of thieving going on at Royal Mail now as there is no way so many items and i mean thousands of packages go missing every week. Where are they all?. This company are not fit for purpose anymore and are accountable to no-one. Do not compensate you anymore just send you a book of stamps if you are lucky. No wonder British companies are going down the pan and cannot compete when they are employing illiterates to run them and work in them

Even though I paid for a first class service, which stated that my parcel would be delivered within two working days and signed for, my parcel did not arrive at my daughters house until six days later. She had to go and buy another wedding dress. When I tried to complain, they said there was no guarantee attached to these two days delivery, so I can't even get the money back. Such a rubbish service. Will try not to use them again.

Disgusting customer service. You wait a very long time for them to answer the phone. Only for them to then put the phone down on you whilst you are explaining your problem. If these people do not like doing their job? Then they should not be working for royal mail.

Basically they are a fraudulant company. They are contracted to collect our mail (Business relies upon it) but every month they stop collecting. They consistently state that they have not been paid, yet they raid our bank acc taking the same payment 3 times. The business is now on its knees and people will lose jobs. Nothing ever gets resolved and they just do not care. DO NOT USE THEM, they will screw you over.

Working for a company relies heavily on delivery services. From a 4 day delivery time, to a 3 week delivery time. This is UK to UK delivery. Overseas can take almost 2 months at this point. The website shows no way to actually contact the company, and no way to log a formal complain on how much of a joke the company has become. Post is often lost, damaged or completely abandoned with no hope of hearing anything about. Tracked deliveries are a waste of money, with the tracking not showing information for weeks.

Stamps are now £1.10 for first class and 75p for second class despite their service being utterly terrible. We are constantly having our mail delivered to the wrong address and having other people's mail delivered to us. There is no such thing as next day delivery despite the rip-off price of stamps. And don't get me started on parcels, EVERY SINGLE TIME I'm expecting a parcel I see the postman walk around with the 'sorry I missed you' slips pre-written. They just put them through your letterbox and you KNOW he's not carrying any parcels. They make no attempt to ring or knock, they just sneak around putting 'missed you' slips through the door as it saves them loads if time. Pathetic service, I hope they go out of business.

My wife’s Christmas card from her daughter in Hampshire never arrived. Again her birthday card posted two weeks ago is yet to arrive. Royal Mail should be forced to pay compensation.
