“Two items, very clearly labelled in large bold font as "PLEASE DO NOT BEND" were scrunched in half by the postman and forced through the letter box. Real disrespect and ignorant behaviour.
Royal Mail said that they would not compensate me and that I must contact the sender! I was also told that the Royal Mail do not compensate householders! Really!?”
“Had a customs charge of £4.00 , royal mail charged £8.00 handling fee, instead of robbing the public ,h.it would be nice to get my mail before 1.00 pm most days ,I was a post lady for 13 years ,and we had to deliver before a certain time ,now there seems to be no pride in this service”
“My wife sent a small package weight less than 1kg value £30 and was charged £7. The same package with Hermes was £3.42 (£2.85+£0.57 insurance). How can Royal Mail justify this, I guess it is gross incompetence and inefficiencies. Needless to say I won’t be sending any more packages by Royal Mail. Pity we can’t have an alternative letter post for the public, I’m sure that will be cheaper.”
“If I could give a zero I would. Paid for 6 months redirection since move September, half of post still ending up at all address!!! What did I pay for?? Spent over 6 hours this week chasing up a parcel delivery to new address, told can't track, paid extra postage, monies come out of my account, been passed back and forth all week between delivery office and customer services. Still without parcel was delivered, that paid for, and the extra postage....disgusting service all round”
“Last 4 parcel delivery tracking did not work. 3 gave tracking to its on it's way. Then nothing. Last 1 tracking number only. Delivery on each occasion delivery on time or before. Payment of tracking is a waste of money. Other firms are half the price and tracking system works. Come on royal mail, get a grip on.”

Royal mail need to have a look at other companies that charge less, and have a breakdown and show exactly where the parcel is? “Had two attempts to get shipment from Ancestry. First shipped to UK 16 Dec - never arrived. So Ancestry shipped FOC replacement, arrived UK 2 Jan, shipped from South Midlands to Milton Keynes Brinklow 8th Jan. Not arrived today 16th January. After 8 days to go two hour journey can only assume lost again. Just appalling. No wonder they are in trouble.”
“Pulling onto my driveway 08.30 this morning I noticed a Royal mail van outside my house with someone sitting in the drivers seat, on opening my front door I noticed a red Royal mail delivery card on the door mat, with the "special delivery guaranteed" box ticked, this individual MUST have seen me arriving home !! So rather than get out of the van and make the delivery he would obviously rather I to wait 24hrs and drive to my local SO. I'm absolutely livid ! Until people start boycotting RM and using a different courier things will never get any better.”
“Had a item sent half way across Europe untill it got to Royal Mail sat in depo for 24 days only 200 yards from my house then sent back to sender Royal Mail made no attempt to deliver or leave a card at the moment I 150 pounds out of pocket I am taking this further”
“Sent tracked and signed letter on 08/01/20 today is 14th still showing not left uk yet for republic of ireland spent most of today either trying to find a number to speak to a human or on hold what a joke time the regulator shut this joke of a set up down same with deliveries we advise suppliers not to use parcelforce or we will not order from them watched driver drive past our shop on several occasions then it shows up on site as no one in total liars that could f@#%*ng care less about customers”

GARDEN, DRIVEWAY, GARAGE, FRONT DOOR WITH THE ADDED LUXURY OF A LETTERBOX. NO GATE TO OPEN, NO FENCE AROUND GARDEN, WIDE OPEN. AND THEY STILL DENY ANY WRONGDOING.
