I’ve ordered something 4 weeks ago.
The company I’ve ordered from is like 2km away from where I live.
The parcel never arrived.
The company was so helpful and sent second delivery fist class this time to make sure will arrive.
I truck the order and the status was.. we tried to deliver but no one was in.
No card left, nothing. Well they never did come to my door step.
It happened before and it will happen again.
I tried the post office near me and they told me to go to different location. I did tho and my parcel was finally there.
The lady asked me for ID and a proof of address. When I’ve sawed her my flat contact on my emails she said that she want this printed and not in the phone... of course she didn’t give me the Parcel. This is a joke is not a company that the country rely.
It’s a corona virus situation and we should stay at home. Not going back and forth trying to figure where the parcel is.”
“This is a criticism of the website. We posted two packages to Spain in March. One arrived after about 10 days. The other didn't so we made a claim for compensation. Had one of those no reply email confirmations. The parcel then arrived so I tried to cancel the claim via the website. I just went round in circles, nothing I tried let me cancel so I resorted to sending a note to the address for sending more information. Absolutely hopeless.”
“Absolute nonsense from the delivery people just sent me a message saying sorry the address was unaccessible and then they go on to say it didn't seem like there was anyone there. That's rich coming from them considering they can always access the building when dropping letters but parcels all of a sudden are a problem. As 8pm pasted I receive message on Amazon saying item is now running late and will be delivered in next 3 days? Always an issue with RM and never with Amazon delivery. “Why is Amazon using Royal Mail. Their site it hopeless. I ordered hearing aid batteries on 24th March - due to arrive 27th. Still missing. Tracking order is not on RM site either. Fortunately very helpful staff at HAB hearing quickly refunded money. But I need the hearing aids. Have re-ordered, and paid extra £2.95 for tracked speedy delivery. But the RMsite today is showing nothing once again, other than I'll get them by 8pm. Which is what they said about the first order. And that was 9 days ago!!!! Amazon - geT rid of Royal Mail. They don't deserve aven one star.”
