What a useless tracking system , I have spent over an hour trying to track my parcel " it is bloody hopeless ". I suggest you get off your backsides and sort the problem, and yes I do know my password, email address and everything else it throws to the wind . My parcel should have arrived yesterday but then along came an email full of the usual excuses saying it would arrive today and yet again nothing . GET YOUR ACT TOGETHER FOR GODSAKE.

Large letter posted in Glasgow on the 21st September. Sent "signed for" now 1st October. snail mail say it is "in transit". We are in Stoke on Trent, not the north face of the Eiger. Last time I managed to speak to someone about poor delivery, 3 missing items turned. They should stick to normal non important letters, all they are suitable for. VERY DISGRUNTALED......

I ordered something. They said it will come on a specific date and time. I took the day off work because it was an important package. It didn't come and they didn't update me. Very unhappy and the redelivery is 3 days after they 'ATTEMPTED' to deliver it. Will not be using yhis service again, absolutely terrible.

Avoid Royal Mail costs a fortune and fails to deliver. I have had a signed for parcel that has dissapeared and had failed to be delivered in a week. I now have to wait another 14 days to lodge a complaint for a refund of the service apart from the value of the contents which fortunately is not high.

Sorry but they are useless why people use them is beyond me . Just leave it with a neibour ! 3 times in 1 week taken it back and have to book a deli and wait in all day . Get real use your judgement and leave it with a neibour I live in a road that is clearly neibour friendly. It must cost millions to re deliver . Their are better service out they I never use them to send because of expense and I cringe when I buy some and it going to be royal mail

30%+ of 2nd class undelivered, seems employees going home with cars packed full of other peoples property as usual! Hugely overpriced for an unreliable service, Illegally prevent customers from getting refunds without month of jumping through hoops, will use any scam going to defraud customers, delivery people demanding bribes on doorstep for folk to receive mail

Very poor delivery times, i can hear the cry's of 'covid-19' now but the other couriers are delivering all okay and on time?!?!?!? The tracking does not 'happen' until the parcel has been delivered or attempted......I live in a flat village hardly the north face of the eiger! Took just 4 days to get a small parcel from China to the UK (updates all along the way) but as soon as it got into Royal Mail hands, no updates and the trail goes cold - pathetic.... They should be 'stripped' of the Royal title - perhaps 'Unresponsive Mail' might be more suitable?

I spend ( spent) around £7000 using royal mail to send parcels from the UK all around the world using international tracked and signed. Lately, the parcels are very rarely signed for and only tracked to Heathrow airport where they either disappear forever or miraculously turn up at their destination. Aprroximately 15% of parcels are now going missing leading to a lengthy claim process. Admittedly they do pay out for claims but constantly send me a cheque for a much lower value than the item is insured for ( stating that£50 is the maximum amount convered) and then will only pay the remainder if you complain. They do this little scam so often it obviously isn't a mistake but company policy. Another parcel had gone missing today and it will be the last parcelforce I send using royal mail.

I dont use this term lightly. EVIL TO THE CORE!!! Changed a code during lockdown for business post. without fuly explaining it but stating to me everything stays te same with how you post 1st LIE RIGHT THERE.... No staff so how can you justify a decent support service, 2 account managers who are both clueless aout anything except how to chase money owed... money owed for making mistakes with codes which they told me were to be used same way as previously ' was just a code change' . result thousands in fines and additionally added cost by revenue protection muppet in gatwick depot. not contated for 3 months... when the bill was due. My question to them is where was your duty of care to your customer = non existent. resut business has had to go bankrupt. These people are evil they do not care about customers, they donot care it was their fault they only care about money money money and i bet used this to make a lot of extra money for themselves at a time people were not using them as much. YOU DISGUSTING GROUP OF EVIL PEOPLE> YOU DO NOT DESERVE THAT ROYAL CROWN. YOU DESERVE TO GO UNDER AND LOSE ALL YOUR CUSTOMERS. lets also not forget that most of the so called services you were charging for WERE NOT FIT FOR INTENDED PURPOSE with many items delayed, lost, stolen etc so you're also ful of thieves and many other scum. Ive never hated an organisation or individual as muc as I hate you. A pox on you all at Royal Snail the legal mafia of the postal world.

To be honest before the pandemic you were ok. Just shows as simple as a small hiccup in the system and a national company like yourselves cant handle anything dont know youre ar*e from your elbow. Hermes have been more reliable by far an thats saying somethin. Even now the UK us pretty much back to normal its still taking near a week for a 24/48hr service to arrive. Its disgusting. Hermes have been very reliable in comparison

I had very poor experience with Royal Mail when sent a piece of jewellery next day delivery, insured for £500. The parcel arrived cut, through the outer envelope and inner packaging, and taped to cover the cut mark on the outside. A piece of jewellery that was inside was removed. When reported it to Royal Mail there was no response for a long time, then I was asked for photographs which I have submitted as well. After all that I was replied back that they cannot see how the piece of jewellery could have been removed through 2 inches cut whole. I have escalated the case again and again and keep being asked to resent the same photos that I have submitted. It is outrageous. They take money for insuring the parcel, ask you what is inside, then remove it, deliver empty packaging and are not taking responsibility!
