“I have been expecting a parcel for 6 days which has failed to materialise, its at Chelmsford MC according to tracking but not been sent on to Ipswich depot for delivery - Cant get them on phone, sent several E Mails and finally got reply giving no information on where that parcel is. In fact I have read reply twice and get the impression that they are apologising for a delay in delivery and that parcel had now been delivered - NOT SO I STILL DONT HAVE MY PARCEL!!!!!!!! “RM Track and trace hardly ever works and when it does it rarely provides you with any helpful detail.
customer service is of no use, unhelpful and even worse as a recipient.
RM need to improve 200% in many many areas if they are to compete with other courier services such as DPD.
RM should stick to delivering small parcels and letters unless they are prepared to invest properly and actually be helpful.”

1. do not send a text giving a delivery slot that you cannot manage to fulfil.
2. Do not follow up that initial text with silence as to the whereabouts of the parcel, and useless tracking that is not updated.
3. Stop loosing my parcels.
