Sent an expensive birthday present to my Grandson and it didn't arrive. I paid to send it tracked. The tracker says it was delivered on the correct day and gave a time and a squiggle for a signature. the signature is not recognised. The house has high definition CCTV and there was no Royal Mail delivery at all on that day.
Impossible to speak to anyone on their contact number and the website gives various options to select for a complaint and finishes up back at page 1 where I started without registering any complaint.
A terrible company with no human voice to speak to or assist. This looks like theft by whoever was supposed to deliver it and forged a signature.”

“It was horrible I’ve sent a parcel from UK to Egypt they told it would take two weeks maximum I waited for 16 days not delivered yet I checked the statue of track in transite for more than 10 days I called them many times they said they’ve got nothing to help me with and they don’t know where is it and I cannot complain now just after 25 days and if I did so it would take other 14 days to receive my complain. I’m not happy I’ve sent expensive stuff and I don’t know where is them now and no one knows even them. “I ordered a parcel from Ukraine that was posted by special delivery on the 4 August. I tracked it through to its arrival in the UK which was on the 21 August. The parcel has now sat in Langley UK for 8 weeks without moving. The parcel has taken near three months to arrive and when I phoned Royal Mail they said it should be released by customs any day now so I am still awaiting its delivery. The system is not fit for purpose use a reputable carrier and not the useless Royal Mail.”

“Completely ruined my flight schedule.
I ordered a COVID-19 home test kit and had to send it to the lab through Royal Mail. The parcel had the priority sticker on, but it took them 5 days to deliver it. By the time it arrived, it was at least 2 days too late - causing me to potentially miss a flight that I paid over £4000 for.
Thanks a lot Royal Mail. I want my £4000 back.”
