“My post has been reported 4 times so far this year for being ripped open or not arrived, on one occasion royal mail apologised and posted it in a clear bag, but there was no card or money left inside!
They still say they do not believe this is down to royal mail and a automated letter of apology arrives each time Rubbish service!”

“Do I have to give them a star!? I am writing this while waiting on the line for a response from their customer service line - 25 mins so far, but then they are 'very busy'!!! I have a very simple enquiry - 20 second question with an almost 'yes' or 'no' answer. And, no, my question is not answered by their Web site which I keep being asked if I have checked!! Maybe their customer service line is busy because the Web site is so dreadful, and maybe they should double the number of people answering the line - to two! Another 30 mins of my life that I can't get back and still no idea whatsoever of when I might get a response - no '55th in the queue' or expected waiting time '60 minutes'. Appalling customer service!”

“This service is trash, I asked them why my delivery was so late, and they gave me an answer as the things a knew from my delivery. Basically they told me 'we don't know nothing about your parcel'!!! Location, unknown! Arrival time unknown. It's unbelievable. Don't use this service or retail sellers that use it!!”
“I was expecting 2 parcels today, their tracking page says they have been delivered, there is even a photo of `a` door - no door number in the photo so no way to tell which door of the 30 identical doors in the block - and of course no parcels. Tracking page says that they left it at a `safe place` I requested - I never requested a safe place as there is no safe place in our block. Last week a different order was left at the door without anyone ringing the bell even though I was in all day. The 2 parcels should have been signed for, they just don`t care. Our postman must have changed recently, in the past when I wasn`t in, they left a calling card, nowadays they just leave parcels wherever if they feel like. We got mail from other residents nearby and some parcels are dropped off on our hallway, addressed to residents in the opposite block of flats. Horrific service.”
“Said they had tried to deliver when they hadnt. Said they would redeliver they didnt. Raised a complaint but they wouldn't give any feedback as to the problem. Royal Mail then sent parcel back to sender. I use other couriers without these problems. Royal Mail do not understand the concept o f customer service”
“We get our post around 5.30pm upto 6.30pm every day , it is so rediculous. I needed an itemurgenylt and paid for Special Delicery and it came next day around 2.30pm . Its madness and soul destroying .”

“Royal Mail are a joke, twice they have given me a delivery slot and the second one I had to take a day off work as it fell on a Friday, I paid for next day delivery from the retailer, I was given between 09.58 - 13.58 and again it didn’t arrive, tried ringing CS and was on hold for over 40 minutes, it would help if they told you where in the queue u were, completely useless”
“Posted a mobile phone to virgin wrapped up properly with bubble wrap when it got there it was all damaged royal mail refusing to pay compensation because I don't have the packaging. Virgin don't keep the packaging they throw it away when they receive there parcels.i wouldn't send a phone saying it was perfect and arriving damaged they sent me some 1st class stamps as compensation Royal mail are bunch of crooks”
“Royal mail lost my parcel sometime in February. I have been contacting them through emails and phone calls but the response led to nothing. Their chief executive email emailed promising to resolve the case not knowing she is just doing some mind games! Isn't this sad and disgusting! What more do you expect from a postman who steals from customers if that type of behaviour is promoted by their top bosses!

“Depressingly poor service.... yet again. Package delivery not attempted and misleading communication saying on retention rather than just being honest and just saying the parcel missed the van. If the communication had been clear and honest I actually wouldn't have minded so much.”
