“This is my second watch from Creation. I had requested shipping through registered paot, though DHL was free. They complied and my watch came through without duties! It is in perfect condition, with hangtag. No box, because CW does say that clearly. Packing was very good, and a nice red pouch was supplied.”

“I bought a Citizen watch for 65€. The quality is very poor, I wouldn't have paid more than 10 euros if I saw it before buying. In addition, it was written dow the item that it was sent in the original watch box and I received it in a bag. I contacted the customer service, which answers fast but doesn't want to resend the box or give a partial refund. I am so disappointed with this website and would not recommand it to anyone. J'ai acheté une montre citizen pour 65€ mais vu la qualité, je n'aurais pas pyé plus de 10 euros si je l'avais vue avant d'acheter. Le vendeur dit envoyer la montre dans sa boite, or je l'ai reçue dans une pochette. J'ai contacté le service client qui est réactif mais pas coopératif : ils ne veulent ni renvoyer une boîte, ni rembourser partiellement l'article. Je ne recommande ce site à personne, très déçue (c'était sensé être un cadeau de noël, raté !).”

Please be assured all our watches are 100% authentic, new and we deal only in genuine watches. All countries levy import duties which the customer has to bear. This is clearly mentioned in our Terms and Conditions ( http://www.creationwatches.com/terms.html ), shipping information page ( http://www.creationwatches.com/products/shipping.php ) and also in the FAQ ( http://www.creationwatches.com/faq.html ) on our website. The Original boxes are heavy and SingPost service does not allow sending watches with the heavy boxes. Since package gets heavy because of which there is a possibility of that package getting stolen. We recently faced this kind of issue with lots of shipment and therefore to protect your order we have sent it without box. We do not ship separate box.

“Absolutely terrible customer support and business ethics. My order got stuck during delivery and for almost 3 months (promised delivery time was 2 weeks) they didn't even try to find it until I found out myself that it was damaged and was waiting for seller to contact the mailing service. Which they didn't even when I made a dispute via PayPal and asked them to return me the money since I was not getting the item. But the reply was basically please wait some more. And when I escalated the dispute into a claim at PayPal and it was judged in my favor, CreationWatches.com appealed the decision to deny me the money. As of this writing, judging by the status on the package tracking site, the package is still stuck at somewhere at mail. Don't buy here unless you want to waste your time and money.”

However, even with the import duties please let us assure you that you have saved substantially compared to the retail prices for the same watch." For your next order you can choose Registered Airmail shipping since there is less chance of customs taxes with this shipping method.

“It's the second watch I bought from Creationwatches and both times everything went smoothly. They undrestood like not a lot of other websites, that fast shipping is one of the most important things in the buying experience and apart from the great prices and costumer service, they are performing it at the best. The Seiko SKX007J is a pure classic and couldn't be more happy with it. Already saving money, for new projects with Creationwatches.”

“Absolutely the worst - do not buy from CreationWatches.com! Promised next day domestic delivery (Singapore), and 3 days later, still no watch delivered! Customer service is utterly appalling and absolutely infuriating! This company has no number to call (the numbers listed for Singapore and Hong Kong are fake) and a PO Box in Singapore as its address - makes me wonder if this company is going disappear the next day?! Will never buy from CreationWatches.com again!”
