“Hello All, There is absolutely no issue with the product it is genuine but the only issue is if you are buying from INDIA your costing will go up there is 26.5 % customs duty so keep that in mind and also DHL charges Rs 500/- for clearing the shipment.So take into consideration these cost to understand your final cost.”

“I am delighted with my lovely new watch bought from Creation Watches. It arrived in perfect condition and in an amazing 60 hours over a weekend- ordered Friday night and arrived Monday morning. “I ordered a watch from Creation watches, which arrived nice and fast. When I opened the outer packaging I noticed that it was not in a Seiko box. When I ordered the watch I did select to receive one and I thought I'd payed for one, later I found out that I hadn't. Something somewhere had gone wrong. I have found the service to be very poor. I've said I'd be happy to pay for a Seiko box, so I can't see the problem. The response I keep getting is that I've not paid for one.”

Sorry for inconvenience but you can check order confirmation email that you received, you have not place order for Seiko box while placing order.
