I placed an order and received confirmation, only to find out later that it was cancelled and refunded without my consent or any prior notice. The reason given was that the order was "unsafe for shipment" – with no clear explanation. I was never contacted about the issue or given a chance to resolve it. What’s worse, they asked me to reorder via PayPal, but the price had changed and the discount code I originally used no longer worked. When I emailed customer service, I received no further response. This experience was incredibly frustrating. I lost a good deal, wasted time, and got no proper support. Be very careful if you value transparent service and communication.

As a man i obviously clicked on Mens watches and made a selection, paid and waited for watch to arrive. Watch arrived it was a womens that I had apparently selected by mistake. Followed their instructions to send back to swap for mens and even though i notified them when it was in Country as advised and tracking number someone incorrectly refused the delivery and the watch was sent back to me as per instructions. Now they want me to resend it at my cost with a risk of the same thing occuring at my cost. if you visit the website you clearly choose Mens at the top of the first page. Rip Off Byer beware.

Order 10777153 We asked them to cancel the order in well advance and still they created the shipping label. They are unreachable and never responded back. I had to initiate the chargeback. Don't trust these reviews, these are paid ones. Update: Big lies as usual in their response here. There was no 10% discount applied. Their Singapore phone line does not work at all. The shipping label can be cancelled online through system within 5 minutes and here its been days for them do this simple easiest thing. They have responded twice with the same generic template that they have forwarded to concerned department, that's it. They have their customer team located in some southeast asia and you can understand how the customer service will be. If you want to gamble with your money, they are the right people. I'm happy to change my review if the experience can be made right.

Awful customer service and appalling company in general - avoid. It has been 13 days since my items were carelessly thrown in a bush outside my front door and they seem to class this as being delivered!! For the record - leaving the goods on the wet floor, in the rain, outside my house unsigned for is not delivering - despite sending the couriers photo proving where they left it and reporting the item missing on day 1 creation watches have not resolved this problem after 13 days!!!! Simply appalling. They state on their website you will receive responses to emails within 12 hours - this is a lie, my first email went over a week without a reply! In the last 6 days they have been slow and unhelpful, I have had to purchase a Xmas gift elsewhere as they have still not dispatched a replacement which they had plenty of time to do - I am now requesting a refund in full as I no longer wish to deal with them at all. Today’s latest response, after a lengthy ‘investigation’ with the courier, is still trying to claim the item was left in a safe place!!! The wet floor is not a safe place, if it was safe I would have it…… I had used creation in the past and they had been ok but due to this latest experience I never will again - ship items requiring a signature and when your courier act so poorly and things go wrong take responsibility and deal with it quickly, don’t leave your innocent customer without a Xmas gift for their family. advise completely avoiding due to their extremely slow and poor customer service

AVOID CREATION WATCHES - AWFUL SERVICE I bought a watch on the 13th of October 2023. 5 weeks later I still have not received it: Creation Watches is unable to provide any useful information, they just redirect me to the track and trace of Singapore Post, which says the parcel is being held by the customs of the country of destination. I cannot contact the customs directly, the local post service cannot help either unless the sender starts an inquiry. Again, CreationWatches does not seem to care and does not take any action

geachte, ik koos 28 dagen voor levering tijd omdat niet dringend was dat ik ook geen tax moet betalen toch heb ik een mail ontvangen dat ik moet tax bij moet betalen maar ik heb een mail gestuurd dat ze mijn tax moeten terug betalen en nu afwachten. bij amazon was de prijs zelfde met tax en levering 2 dagen dus ik heb voor niets gewacht als ze mijn tax terug betalen zal ik ook vermelden dat je tax teug krijgt als 28 dagen kiest.

AVOID AVOID AVOID I ordered from Creation Watches on 17/07. Today is 14/09, almost 2 months since this order. The item never arrived, my local postal service said it was delivered but it was not. To date, we have exchanged 20 emails, where the customer service department has repeatedly asked for “time to investigate”. On 21/08, they asked for 1 week, which they would refund me if there was no resolution. Guess what? It’s almost a month since then, no resolution. Today I received an email saying “please allow us 1 week and then we will refund you” this is the 4th time they’ve requested time. Worst customer service ever, I’m 2 months on and I’ve got no watch and I’m out of pocket. It’s worth noting I ordered from this company before, so being a repeat customer I’d have thought they’d be more helpful. I would have ordered more (I have a watch problem) but they have lost me as a customer for life. AVOID AVOID AVOID

I ordered a watch 7 days a go. I paid a fee of 84sek for DHL priority shipping 2-4 days. 3 days a go they sent me an email about "ExtendedAreaPre Shipping" 72sek, which I paid immediately. Today a week later I get the same email for "ExtendedAreaPre Shipping"(because I live in a “remote area”, wich isn’t totally true), so 72 sek more??? Why? I have already paid both the DHL fee and "ExtendedAreaPre Shipping" once! So I have paid: - 1037SEK for the watch + DHL Express + import tax duties - an extra 72SEK (January 23rd) for the ExtendedAreaPre Shipping And they are still asking me for an0ther ExtendedAreaPre Shipping fee!!! I should have had the product 2-3 days a go… It says 2-4 days for the DHL shipping. I have asked them to refund all my money but I don't think they will. my conclusion: Either the whole DHL offer is a scam that they are asking people for extra money for. Or it's all a scam and I won't get a watch.

They shipped my purchase to another state. I wrote a number of very clear emails and received the same word for word response that ignored the problem. It's hard not to think this company is not legit. The phone number listed on their website never works and their NYC address is an apartment building.

They make no mention of GST until you click pay now when it's too late so try make you think they have competitive prices which is not true they do not have competitive prices they're actually very expensive beware of GST on creation watches

I received an expensive $975 (discounted to $300) watch and it was not what I expected. The quality is not to par and the return service is not at all within 12hours! I have sent out several emails and contacted them though their website. Note: There is a Duty Fee charge and it takes a very long time to get someone to reply to your concern or return. Just to get the watch it cost me $51 duty fee and an extra $10 for the shipment type I picked before making the order online. As of today I have not received any message to how I can return this watch. It's still it's original box sitting on my kitchen table waiting! A watch that I don't want... I have paid over $60 for shipping and I bet I have to pay an additional fee for the international return. Unless they take it back at the US location.(I'm in Canada) Be careful before buying.. It might not be what your looking for and you will spend over $100 and get nothing after returning the watch that was not to your standards or liking when on your wrist. Online shopping can be easy if the sellers where a bit clear and more concerned about customer service that taking our money for deliveries and duty fees...... then have nothing!! I will wait and see how long "time" and how much money I will loose for dealing with this company for the first time.

Dear Ramak, We understand that you are unhappy about the fact that your shipment was charged import duties by the customs of your country. As explained on our website Import duties (if any) are the responsibility of the buyer. We have no control over this since these taxes are charged by your customs authorities (and typically are the same as Sales tax or VAT that you generally pay for your purchases. Just that we don't charge you for these taxes in advance, but your customs do during delivery). On our website this is clearly mentioned next to the shipping option you choose for your order. (and also on different pages on the websites - terms and conditions, shipping information, FAQ pages). I am very worry about my order. I bought 2 watches on 05/01/2022, the payment have been completed. But at now, the status is still pending, did not have any update. I have contacted them by mail, but nobody reply me. I dont know when I can receive my watch, Now, I feel worry everyday.

I do not recommend to anyone, I think they are just scammers. I bought two watches a week ago and I did not receive my shipment even though I chose express shipping. When they sent me the tracking number, I was surprised that they gave the shipping information only Haha, without depositing the shipment yet with the shipping company Haha, what a joke !!!!

Bank detected fraudulent charge when attempting to purchase from them, wouldn't even let me cancel my order. Stay away and buy from an authorized dealer. Hell even if I did want the watch it would be late by now so there shipping is false too.

TRULY DISAPPOINTED. I ordered two watches August 15th. I chose the DHL Express Priority Shipping (2-4 business days). Once I paid for the two items, they asked for "Additional information" : the last 4 digits of my credit card number and a contact number. Their verification system is very outdated and, honestly, it feels like a SCAM. Then they send me an email saying that they tried to reach me, but that I was unavailable... To this day (august 19th) I have 0 information about the shipping status, I don't even know if my order has been processed by their services or not. The only thing for sure is that I've paid them 264 dollars. I have requested a FULL REFUND and I'm hoping that they will be able to treat my request as soon as possible. They may have lower prices, but honestly I wouldn't recommend this website to my worst enemy.
