“Have been ordering items from runway for a while now but am very disappointed with the Super slow service am getting this time around, i ordered items on the 1st of April, the status says awaiting stock to arrive at local warehouse i understand we were under lockdown but , runway started dispatching essential items from the 1st of May but I still have not gotten my winter clothes what's worse is that their status does not even change. I also bought a bag after buying winter essentials the status has been saying items ready to be shipped since Monday its now Thursday. Am not really happy with their service.”

“I’ve been ordering clothes through runway for more than a year, and have always been happy with the service. However I’ve now for the first time had to a return an item, what an effort!!!!! They have made x4 different appointments to collect the shoes and then just never show up. Therefore I have to assume that even though they claim you can return the item, this is actually not a possibility.... and yes I agree you get a lot of discount, however it is not worth the risk if you don’t have the option to exchange or return the clothes.”
