We were promised a high standard of professionalism. Scaffolders turned up a day late and placed the scaffolding within centimetres of the conservatory door, essentially blocking a fire escape. They left debris from the work all over the conservatory roof, guttering and patio. Ladders were used to gain access to the garage roof where the guttering was damaged. Safestyle were contacted but refused liability as we had 14 days to report any issues. Scaffolding came down on the 11th October, Safestyle were contacted 23rd October and according to them that’s outside 24 days. Cannot recommend this company in any way shape of form

Absolutely shockingly awful experience DO NOT GO WITH SAFETSTYLE UK. We used them to replaced uPVC windows in our property in north London, I can not begin to explain how stressful it has been. They visited our property June 2023 and sold us on a tight turn around and low price and good product. We signed on the deal and paid deposit. They sent a surveyor out quickly as agreed, after this visit it descended into chaos. We did not receive a clear report from the surveyor and we were unable to understand from anyone at Safestyle what was going on for 3 months. They avoided our calls, emails, letters sent by hand to CEO etc, we even tried to contact personnel at Safestyle via linked desperately begging anyone to help us. Finally someone had the courage to contact us and admitted they had messed up our order and under-priced the job by £4,000!!! which was almost a third on top of the original price we had signed on with them. We could have pulled out at this point and started from scratch with other company, we should have!!!! We managed to negotiate this £4k needed down somewhat and with the promise they would install the windows for us in the next two weeks, we believed it was still the only option we had as the delay to our build at this stage was causing a huge amount of other issues. To start from scratch with a new company, the timelines were difficult to face. The installer eventually came to site after some more delays and was APPAULING, they turned up two hours late complaining about traffic and told our builders before they even got close to the property the scaffolding was not in the correct place and within 10 minutes was back in his car saying he wasn't doing the job, even though we had shown photos of the scaffolding to Safestyle in advance and had our builder call Safestyle directly and discuss with them to make sure everyone was in agreement in advance of the installation visit that the site was ready for installation. We were forced to pay another £2500 to move the scaffolding, after talking to multiple people at Safestyle they told us this was our only option. When the next installer arrived on site it was a different friendly person from the 1st thankfully, BUT he said that if he had been the original person to arrive on site two weeks prior he would not have needed to move the scaffolding, which was heart-breaking as it had delayed us by another two weeks and cost us yet another £2500 as two weeks prior we were told we HAD to move the scaffolding. The financial ruin we are now in thanks to Safestyle has caused us unprecedented stress. Many of the windows were damaged on arrival, so the majority were sent back so we faced yet more delays. We now have the windows installed thankfully (its now mid October so around 4 months late), but they are really not a great product at all and installation wasn't up to scratch, gaps and filler shown, they look unfinished. We will live with this though as at least we have windows. The additional costs we faced, delays and appalling customer service, its been unbelievably stressful, this is an AWFUL company that should be shut down. I will be doing all I can to inform potential customers to save the pain we went through. Reviews/watchdog/panorama I will be reporting where I can. Safestyle - I see you for what you are and you should be ashamed.

I reported that representative Mr. Benet is disturbing me and my family 4-5 times in 6 months and just now just another representative came in (around 6pm) while you promised me that the branch in Flintshire or Denbighshire whatever he's are will be informed and my house is on the list not to be distributed. If I wish to buy a door I will buy it but it want be your company!!!

I had someone come around to give me a quote. They then start giving me a ‘best price for the day’ and if I didn’t commit I couldn’t get it for that price. Pushy tactics, horrible sales people. After this when I said I only wanted one window done they gave me a price of 750 as this is the minimum order only to harass me over the next few days to try and commit. I’m talking over 20 calls in 2 days. PLEASE AVOID!

I'm actually unsure where to begin but this company is absolutely awful, from the moment someone came over to give us a quote on all windows and doors and trying to trick us into verifying an email which would of had us agree a a contract with them to go ahead with the sale, which we queried as we hadn't agreed to anything at this point, to the salesman telling us he isn't here for a 'quote' his hear for the 'business' we explained we needed a quote first like any normal person would but he was very pushy and began to be very rude in his mannerism, previous to this we asked a couple of questions about the different locks he had shown us to which he said 'read the book' & didn't help any further, once he left both my partner and i were pretty gobsmacked, the next day we were called back by the manager who was also rude when we declined the quoted offer, and hung up, we have since had calls from various people from the company who then also change their attitude when you say No Thank you, we explained to one person the bad experience we had and he also had a bad attitude, there customer service is absolutely shocking, yet they still continue to ring on a weekly basis, and like to hang up on you when u explain your no longer interested This company doesn't like being told no, trying to trick us into the sale was also a big red flag along with the rudeness so anyone considering using these please beware.

ver the period of an hour they managed to drop the price by £11,000 and drop it a further £1000 two days later. The advice we were given about replacing a door was incorrect and we were stereotyped very quickly. They will also not leave you alone after you have said no thanks. We also have close friends who have been waiting 12 months for repairs that were needed after installation. Do not let yourself be fooled by the adverts.

I can only reiterate what every bad review says on here. We've been in communication with them for 16 months or should I say non communication. 12000 pounds of hard earned money and nothing bit stress and fitters who cocked up most of the windows!! We are seeking compensation but still waiting on the them to come back with a decent offer! We are actually going to drive up to the Bradford office next week if we haven't heard from them by Friday. This is a 3 hour drive but we're at our wits end and apart from going to a solicitor we don't know what else to do!!

I raised an issue with the door seals on both doors you installed (regrettably) for us. The issue was reported in April 2023 (7 months) and you keep pushing the repair date to another date. I've already wasted 3 days of my holiday waiting like an idiot for an engineer who never showed up! But again, someone was supposed to come tomorrow to sort it out. However, I just received a call that it will be changed again to 3/11? What the hell is this? are you taking the pi**? How long does it take to replace seals in 2 doors???? People stay away from these scammers

One star is generous. Composite door doesn't match the frame colour. Have waited around 6 months and have taken days of work on 4 occasions for a new door to be fitted, but they never turn up and each time they blame it on lack of parts or 'it's the factories fault'. I was also mis-sold the fire escape windows. Complaints procedure doesn't exist, they tell you a complaint is logged, but you never hear anything about it. And if you ask to speak to a department, they say they can't put you through but they'll call back, and you never hear back from them. I bought from Safestyle because I was led to believe I wouldn't have to deal with these issues. Damn I was wrong. I will never buy from this circus of a company again and will always encourage anyone to buy anywhere but here.

5 visits to fix issues from the poor initial installation. No shows, same day cancellations. No apologies. Absolutely wish I’d chosen a different company. Made a formal Complaint and they offer a token £100. Absolute joke. Do not use this company!

They are the worst company when is come to respect customer, I did agree with them to install a patio door and everything was fine until the surveyor had to come and get the measurements and if don’t comply with their fix hours appointments they don’t give a s..habout you , the only do morning’s appointments or when is suitable for then and because I couldn’t take a day of they cancel my order.

Do not use. Our job involved some additional bricking up which was not completed properly and the window installed was broken. Left us with a non-waterproof and unsafe house for over two weeks while sending the wrong tradesperson to complete the job. The team on the end of the phone are always lovely and helpful but just no joined up thinking and no way of not paying unless we didn't want the work to be completed. Devastated

Cowboys I requested a free quote online. The guy that showed up was such a cowboy, my partner and I couldn't believe our ears. He refused to give a quote because "we don't give out quotes". When I told him that this is why I asked him to come round, he said "we'd never give anything in writing, I can tell you a window would maybe be £2000". I asked if I could have a quote on the whole house, he refused and said "I've given you a rough estimate on a window, you can work it out yourself". Shocking. I said I wanted sash windows, he spent 15min telling me why I shouldn't, and what a bad idea that was and how poor quality sash windows are. I almost thought I was in some kind of secret camera show, but clearly not, as he left and Safestyle called me a week later asking if I wanted to make an order. When I explained on the phone what had happened during the "quotation" the guy simply said to me "I'll leave that with you shall I" Haha. I can only imagine by the reviews on this site, they have outsourced these fake reviews. I’ve since reached out to their customer service to try and provide more details twice, but they’ve ignored both emails. Horrid company.

I Had windows and door fitted in March, have nothing bur problem since, with faults promises from the management, to having to contact the police also damage to my property. I have made over 45 calls with no reply, sorry think you replied once with in the 72 hour that you say. having to take lots of days from work with the promise that it will be fixed, But the engineer saying they know nothing about my completes one of your engineers breaking a plain of glass and not informing me. People just walking in to my house with children with them also partners, not one of them showing me any ID and when you do they storm out of my house being very rude, as i shouldn't be talking to them . I have my tyres blown on my car from nails and all rubble left on my property, of which i tell every engineer that comes out not one of them clean it up, As you can tell i am completely fed up with the whole company. been told i will get a compensation form nothing as yet, fill very intimidated when i call. Not worth the 1 star can't leave a review if I don't give it. Cancelled yesterday's appointment at the last minute with NO ATTEMPT OF AN APOLOGY & rearranged for today. A NO SHOW !! Phoned main number, they didn't won't to know. Save your money and time and go to a reputable company. Look like we dogged the bullet as it appears to be common behaviour not uo bother turning up or contacting customers.

The aftersales is shocking! If i could leave minus 5 stars i would. The fitters cracked a unit upon getting the order fitted and now a month into the situation i have heard every excuse in the book for getting the unit replaced,like the window did not arrive from the factory,the window has been sent at the wrong depot,the fitter's van broke down,the fitter ran into some trouble and so on. Once they get hold of your money there is 0 hope for them to be interested. Horribble,just horribble

SafeStyle fitted the sliding doors requested, within the agreed timeframe. This is where the good news ends unfortunately. We were unhappy about a number of things: 1. They were more expensive than anyone else who quoted (but could get it installed slightly quicker than competitors). We expected a better service in exchange for this but were disappointed. 2. The salesman used aggressive sales tactics (discounts if you sign up immediately). Don’t fall for those by the way - they will honour it for longer if you press them. 3. Ours is a Juliet balcony door but they didn’t offer/ask whether we want a handle on the outside (which prevents it from fully opening), despite the salesman telling us it would open fully. 4. When I asked them to remediate that, it took weeks to get a response, even after I made a formal complaint (which still hasn’t been acknowledged). 5. The salesman had no interest in helping us get it resolved either. Not his department so not his problem. 6. Ultimately we were told that they are simply unable to remove the external handle. Other companies can clearly do it but it’s beyond the wit of SafeStyle despite claiming to be a market leader. 7. Oh and if we change it ourselves we will of course void our warranty. If I could give less than 1 star, I would.

After leaving Safestyle a very positive review on the 7th of September 2022 I have had nothing but problems and stress ever since. I have had to call Safestyle out 7 times. The door wouldn't lock 3 times. The moulding fell of the door. The composite material has come away from the edges. The sash needed replacing due to a 5-7 mm gap which let all the heating out all through the winter months and caused a massive draft. Everyone's fuel costs are high enough without losing all the heat from a poor installation and a defective product. I thought the loss of heating was sorted in March, but there is still a substantial draught coming through the door. The fitter damaged the door whist replacing the sash. I have been waiting since March the 7th for the new door to be fitted. He even went away with my large tin of WD40. Another fitter arrived today to fix the lock minus the new door. Apparently someone forgot to order the door. I just could not believe it. It's not his fault and he was very friendly. So yet again I have been given another appointment for the 18th of July. Ten months after the door was originally fitted. How can a company who promises the best experience cause me so much stress. I have had to constantly chase the customer service team. One person in particular never to replied to my emails, so after 16 days and numerous emails I called Safestyle yet again. That very same person answered the phone and told me any emails sent to him were send to his junk box. Wouldn't common sense tell you, if you are not receiving emails, there is obviously a problem. I have called again today and asked to speak to a manager but was told there were no managers available to speak to me. Truly shocking. I have been promised a call back today but I won't hold my breath. I have now raised a compliant with Safestyle via their Website. Once again I have no confidence in Safestyle. Lets see if I get a response within the 72 hours they promise. If you won't piece of mind, pay a little more and go elsewhere. Omg where do I start again. I have just taken a call from Safestyle to say the door that was due to fitted on July 18th has not arrived from the suppliers. The CSR let slip it had to be reordered yet again ,this is the third time now. They gave me an appointment date for the 30th of August 2023 nearly a year after the door was originally fitted. Safestyle you are truly shocking. Sorry many lies have been told. How can they be allowed to get away with this. I also never received the phone call I promised from a manager.
