Ridiculous company, I booked an appointment for a quote on a front door and was repeatedly asked if my husband would be in. Day of the appointment I received a curtesy call to ask if the time was still ok and if my husband would be in. Salesman visited and asked again when I said no he appeared uninterested to carry on with the sale 10mins later £1300-£1400 was the verbal quote and he left. Unsure what to do I rang the number the next day and the call centre agreed that visit wasn’t acceptable and booked another appointment asking again if my husband would be in ??? Day of the appointment I received the curtesy call and they asked again if my husband would be in, it was turning into a farce so I cancelled the whole thing and reading above what a lucky escape I had. Note - I spoke to the friend that recommended safestyle and he wasn’t asked once if his wife would be in, also please note his window now leaks.

Nightmare broke a window at the beginning of Feb when they installed them and it's not getting fixed for 3 weeks. And when you call they say we will call you right back with a time and date but they never did. I will never use this joke of a company again. Update number 1. After 3 weeks and lots of phone calls they bring out a frame not the glass. Update number 2. After talking to citizens advice I found out I can now get a refund or get them to put my old stuff back in because they had the opportunity to fix the windows and front door what are making noises when I close them. And the front door you need to wiggle to get it to lock. And after talking to safestyle they want me to wait for 2 more weeks for there response in February with a broken window. This company is beyond ridiculous.

Our anthracite front door split in the summer due to heat. We have had some other building work done and the builder told us he has seen this elsewhere. Safestyle are saying its been scratched or kicked which is wrong and doesn't even make sense. Do not buy these doors or expect decent customer service.

we had new a bay window fitted on the 21 /01/2021 since it was fitted we can hear all the car noise traffic going by we did not have any problems like this when the old windows were fitted.it appears in my opinion that they have fitted a poor sub standard glass or window frame or both.it has been a month now and no one has come to the house to check the problem now they have got our money,it looks like Trading standards is Due a phone call .

Dreadful company from the top down. All the K glass is misty in the sun, read the small print! Had our sash windows replaced, said it was a one day job the fitter nearly had a melt down as it needed 3 days, the plaster finish inside was appalling, holes under the window sills and the plaster so soft we can’t drill into to erect blinds. Complained to the CEO very apologetic then never returned emails and calls for compensation. DO NOT USE.

Do not use them! Their workshop is a disgraceful! Cowboy builders. They have no customer service skills are rude and aggressive towards their customers. A bunch of hooligans! The CEO is absolutely disgusting. This is a profiteering company who will no deliver in quality. I have suffered literally a year at their hands.

New windows and doors fitted 2 days ago. We were given no advice re aftercare. The read doors do not work properly and we have been told this will not be fixed until 11 March at the earliest. Advised it is a firerisk and was argued with by their advisor. Sealant was left on window panes & blinds. We were told by the sales advisor that everything would be left as it was, the fitter then told us that putting our blinds back immediately voided the warranty of the window frames so they couldn't do this. We have been given incorrect information at every turn, dealt with rude people and are now left being unable to properly vacate the property through the rear doors! This is an overpriced company who "pride themselves on quality and service" which is factually untrue. The website states that you can be safe in the knowledge that issues will not remain for very long and when I questioned this I was told that there is a reason this phrase is so broad. Absolute joke, save yourself the money and hassle and go elsewhere. There is a reason they have recently been covered by BBCs Watchdog.

Selling tactics are fantastic ! asking for cash in advance they deserve a PHD or higher, they are experts but after fitting we realized how poor and low quality these windows are, they are made of cheap plastic. I changed 5 windows in my falt and all five are badly fitted, gaps within the frames massive gaps, broken bits of plastic. We have written and phoned a numbe rof times and to date since October 2020 nothing has happened the next step is to report this cowboy setup to trading standards and try to get our money back, BE VERY VERY CAREFUL WITH THESE COWBOYS DO NOT BUY DO NOT ALLOW THEM TO CONVINCE YOU ON BUYING THEIR WINDOWS THESE ARE BAD BAD BAD BAD BAD

My God I wish I had read these reviews before touching this bogus outfit. Employ them at your peril. They are cowboys. My conservatory leaks like a sieve and will probably need to be dismantled and refitted by some other company that knows what it is doing. That does not describe Safestyle. It may be necessary to replace the whole thing then sue Safestyle for the cost and I am certainly prepared to do that.

Agreed on a price ,paid a 2'000.00 deposit told that a surveyor would call 3 days later to measure up ,when he came he showed me the form that the salesman had wrote ,I ordered a black door he put down a grey one ,I asked for bevel glass in the fanlights too match the door he had put clear glass he said it would cost a lot more to have the glass I wanted he then left .2 days later they phoned me and said I would have too pay £1,200-50 extra if I wanted to continue with my order I told them that I will pay no extra as the salesman had made all the mistakes ,so I asked them to send my deposit back and I would go elsewhere it is now 15 days and I have still not received my deposit back ,I rang and I was told it could take up to 28days for me to receive my deposit back don't bother with this company they are terrible mr p r harris.

Patio doors still not keeping out draughts and terrible condensation on brass door stop on bottom of door. 3 visits by technician, still the same. Cannot change brass door tread or stop draughts. Angry customer.

If anyone out there has read my first initial review regarding the purchase and f my new front door and side panels in September 2020 please disregard every word I wrote. Recently I contacted Safestyle with problems arising with the glass side panelling moving when I closed the front door. Do not use this company there is no after sales service whatsoever with their customers and they told me they could not do anything with the problem. I was warned about this company wish I had listened to them. However I will proceed with this complaint further via other channels .

My reference number is 1369686 In my experience, this is the worst company there is, and I will go to court with them very soon, as well as I will make sure that it goes on the television, they did me a lot of harm, and I will do whatever it takes. always to make up for all the stress I went through and everything I lost because of them

My windows have not been right from day one ,they came out after I complained no resolution said it’s the way they are ? I called again came out adjusted the windows said it will be ok a month later same problems ,,these windows are old now can’t open them and the road noises unbelievable..but still within the warranty. Had them inspected they been fitted wrong ,all this time and money wasted ,,,can’t get through customer services because covid another excuse not to answer ,,save you money go elsewhere..I have now contacted a consumer show ,will get other involved ,including FENSA

The customer service I’ve received from this organisation is absolutely appalling and the service is equally as disappointing. I can accept delays, but incompetence, a failure to take ownership of mistakes and rude staff is simply unacceptable. I’m currently in a battle to get the right lock installed, the right number of keys delivered and the peep hole installed (my son found it in the letterbox post installation) Give yourself an early Christmas present and invest your money somewhere else.
