“Bought a microwave which was Sainsbury make. Had about 6 months use out of it as the other 6 months it was packed away due to a move. Started to use it after the move which was 7 days after the year and it would not work. After explaining that we only had little use from it the reply was out of guaranty so can not help. I would advise anyone to think twice when buying electrical goods from the store as they do not last even with little use and the duty manager at Pontypridd was not interested and had no compassion even though it was so close after the year was over. Goods should last longer than this did. Will stick to Asda and Currys from now on.”
“Delivery times have been very reliable and the delivery drivers most polite and helpful and I will use the service again when unable to visit the store myself.
But, the peak delivery charge of £7.00 is ridiculously high. Also, it is clear that the staff filling the orders do not take time to select the items off the shelves with care, as one would oneself, but grab the first thing without concern for it’s condition. When my order arrived today the red pepper was badly wrinkled and the satsumas more green than orange. I would have selected much more carefully. I have had similar problems with the quality of meat supplied.
This is very nearly an excellent service but being spoilt by what I believe is a lack of staff training.”

“Seems that this company is writing it's own reviews. Come on folks. Tesco is awful in every single way, and the person who actually rated their self service checkouts as excellent really needs to do some serious thinking. Like did they know that the price of paying staff to man checkouts is factored in to every single item you buy.This means that you are paying tesco to serve you on self service. Then of course there is the fact that each self service checkout represents one person out of a job. As someone has said, give discounts for using them, if you must that is.”
“Yesterday we wanted to return an Xbox controller because it had some issues and thought it wasn't up to the same quality as the other Xbox one controllers we have used. Having moved from the USA we were stunned when customer service didn't know how to handle our request and so we had to wait for another person to come and help us. After making us wait again for 10 minutes this person told us that the only option we had was an exchange as we didn't have the second electronics receipt. After asking to then speak to the manager he helped instantly with our request. We were so upset by the service and didn't trust the store at all as we felt the customer service person before was lying about a second receipt as we didn't receive anything. However the manager was very helpful and understanding. My mother bought another controller from there but again did not receive a 'second electronics receipt. we don't really know what to make of this experience. Whether they were lying about a second receipt or if it the customer service is so poor they don't know what they're talking about.”
“I shouldnt give no stars. I really hate how the stupid men talk to me today, for me no more spending my money in racist place hated hated hated, and will tell my husband and my family to not go there, he didnt know how to talk to me. No more going the, i used to do my shopping there. NO MORE”
