“we visited the braehead store to order travel money on the 24th May 2019 we were served by a delightful young lady called Ashley she was very efficient and knowledgeable regards the currency and assisted us in every aspect of our requirements she is a real asset to your store many shoppers are quick at complaining we always think that good service should be recognised please thank her on our behalf”
“It's always a pleasure to go to sainsbury’s local (Andover Road Newbury). I mostly like to go in the evenings as there is usually a lovely lady named Yvonne who just lights up my day. She always has a smile on her face and nothing is too much trouble for her. I recently had a new nectar card delivered and had accumulated a lot of receipts, as there was a big queue behind me I said not to worry and that I would wait another time for a quieter period to put the points on. Yvonne would not hear of this and called the manager to help, to make sure my points went on the card. It's also lovely to hear a staff member say how lovely she is when I asked what her name is, and how they love working with her. She really is a wonderful asset to your team and I really hope she gets recognised for this. People are always quick to complain but never quick to leave positive feedback. Thank you Yvonne and keep doing what you do. (Making people happy) x”

“The personnel at your local Sainsbury’s in Bush Hill Park should be commended on the way they treat their customers. In particular is one lady by the name of Cheryl who goes out of her way to be friendly to customers and is very good when dealing with children.”
“Bought the fresh cream pavloa with fresh fruit on the top . £8 . It was large fed a large family . Delicious . Fresh . I've just eaten what left on Tuesday and still wish I didn't 😜 couldn't leave it . Would totally recommend”
“Reliable, communicative, friendly and non judgemental. Sainsbury's delivery service, (especially it's wonderful drivers) in my opinion are the best of the bunch. I don't mind the odd missing item, and I just don't do the substitutes. Life's too short for angst about a cauliflower...... People just need to confirm things properly on the website and remember shops and phone lines are open if you're desperate for shopping or a row about your fish pie. People complain online because they don't have a genuine cause or the balls for an actual conversation with a human being.”
“Customer service at its best. Had some confusion with a voucher code Connor sorted this out very quickly. First time online order I shall be sticking with Sainsbury's from now on.”
“MY DAY’S SHOP.
You asked me how my visit went ,
just as I left your store.
A message on my mobile screen,
appeared just like before.
So as the glass doors slid apart,
a warmth embraced by face.
I wheeled my empty trolley cart,
sedate and slow my pace.
First off some crimson raspberries,
did catch my roaming eyes.
So plump they were, so tempting,
so I took a box to try.
Next onward through fruit aisle,
trawling almost at a traipse,
I spied the finest of their ilk,
sweet Thompson seedless grapes.
Then further still an Autumn crop,
that’s truly Heaven sent.
The apples that pack such a punch,
Cox Pippins grown in Kent.
Yet further still my eyes were drawn,
soon by the cheese I stood.
And the Vintage Applewood I chose,
as nothing tastes so good.
I then set off to the checkouts,
past the fresh milk and cooked hams.
I just could not fight temptation,
when I spied some sweet plum jam.
And some fruity loaf to spread it on,
my day’s shop was complete..
I payed and left the warmth behind,
as I set foot on the street.
James Bridgewood.”
“I have some mental health and certain disabilities that affects what I can do,but whilst in sainbury's one day I needed assistance and few staff members came to help and was very helpful, as they walked round and pushed my trolley and picked some tins I needed and aided me with some heavier items and even bagged it up at the till for me, so thanks to all staff at sainbury's in farnborough Kent.”
“Hi writing to compliment a member of staff at Sainsbury's Heaton Park. The young man
Khumann (may have incorrectly spelling) was so very helpful.
He found a number of items for me that I could not find. He was so polite pleasant and helpful.
Thank you so much”
“it didn't !
had an episode at Hayes store 10 days ago - all I asked for was a £5 note for some change in my pocket. First customer service lady didn't have any which is fair enough and then second Lady greeted me with 'What For !' I even had another customer offer support suggesting she should try a more apologetic approach and all I said to her was she should maybe be a bit more friendly - 'well that's your opinion' I must have had a handful of times after then being told about store policy that they don't do change. Before I know it I turn round and there's a security guard in my face pulling some kung fu move ! I have of course complained and get told a load of rubbish about its just one of those things and it's just six and half a dozen of the other. What For is in my opinion too blunt not a great reaction to any question from a customer - all it tells me is that Sainsbury's don't really care that much about their customers at all. First one of these I've ever written in my life and I only turned 50 last year !”
