Too many staff hanging around talking and empty shelves. Always a trolley in your way, would seem not to care about customer experience! The quality of food is poor and many items don't last until sell by date. Prices are higher than many other supermarkets. I previously stopped shopping at Sainbury's, but thought I would give them ago again, but I think they are slightly worse these days.

Normally the drivers who deliver my orders are really friendly and cheerful but the one yesterday just looked and sounded as if he wanted to be elsewhere every time I made a comment. I know the weather was horrible but that doesn't excuse bad manners. Normally I'd give much higher marks.

I am disabled & the woman behind the counter stole my nectar card. That was in Sainsburys local. Later I went to Sainsburys Clapham High Street & was accosted outside by a professional begger who made inappropriate advances towards me. I am sick & tired of Sainsburys security.

Joined up to online shopping. Paid for a delivery pass. On several occasions wrong items have been delivered but the worst is how many times we’ve had to throw meat out as it’s clearly gone off. And yet if I buy the meat myself in store it is fine. Something is going wrong in keeping the meat safe from when it’s picked to when it arrives. Today I rang to advise the pork ribs smell sour and repugnant and was offered a refund. Refund process is very poor. They can’t auto refund to your card. They have to pass you to a refunds dept who takes the card details. Just waited 7 min and told the team is busy and will call me back.

Sainsbury were lovely very helpful they informed me all the time as to when the goods were coming, they were very friendly, driver of Yodel marvellous, could not thank them enough they all need promoting in my views. All goods look fabulous could do the cat walk in them. Make me look stunning. I have a house full of Sainsbury and would love them to deliver food to me but I live too far away which is a shame. The shops do not live up to their standard that are near me. They gave my cousin a job when he was out of work. He needed a family to feed and they came to his rescue. They made him a food monitor to test the ingredients that went into their food stuffs. He had been a solicitor but lost his job through no fault of his own. Sainsbury have come to my rescue many times and if at fault they pay me well they gave me a £10.00 voucher when I told them off and another of £30.00 they are always there for me. They put a store in Kintore for me to go to and it is marvellous. I cannot thank them enough.

Your Culcheth store is a joke. One person serving at check out while staff walks about chatting. If I wanted to use the till I would work in the shop I do not expect to serve myself while paid staff do nothing.

Customer services are absolutely shocking and diabolical. A few weeks ago I had shopping delivered and there was chocolate milk shake I ordered that had clearly been purposely opened and left to be leaked all over my shopping, ruining some items; the delivery driver thought it was somewhat amusing. And I did have that item refunded. There should have been more than £1 refunded. Within that shopping, there was also a sandwich which was out of date the following day and they said it was free, but then still charged me for it! I contacted customer services via email and there was zero response. This week, I ordered some chocolate eggs with my shopping and they weren't even present and I phoned the customer services and was given a £4 to make me shop there again. If anything happens again, I'll be making serious complaints and never shopping there again.

I too had a delivery booked on the 28th Feb. 2018 which was cancelled due to the weather. I rebooked for the Friday but that too was cancelled despite the roads being an awful lot better. I drove myself to the store on Friday evening to get some shopping and the roads were clear. I booked another delivery today Thursday 8th March at 7.30 PM and once again my order has been cancelled! There is some snow this morning but it is set to improve as the day progresses. I have seen Morrisons, Tesco and Asda all delivering as normal through this weather. Its a joke!!

I have been to a few Sainsbury's stores and I have noticed that some prices for the same item were different. Is this because of the location? If so, I am very disappointed with Sainsbury's.

ordered my online shopping on monday 26th February for delivery on Wed 28th Feb. This was just before the snow fell. My delivery was cancelled. I accepted this, and re-ordered for Friday 2nd march. The slot and delivery charge they gave me on that, was the most expensive, but one of the earliest. This was cancelled too. I couldn't understand it. Why would the first delivery be cancelled? I explained to Sainsbury that I was elderly and had next to no food in the house, but they treated this with a very cavalier attitude. I also explained that I had seen three other large store vans in the area. "Iceland" was delivering next door," Ocado" I could see from my bedroom window was delivering four doors away, and my daughter told me that "Asda" had delivered that morning in an adjoining road. When I mentioned this to the lady on the other end of the 'phone, she said and I quote "Maybe they have a different system to us" What different system? An order and a delivery are one and the same arn't they! in any online company. I have since left Sainsbury, and have registered with online grocery with one of the other Companies I saw delivering that snowy day.

March 3rd 2018 Considering the weather that we have had this week (snow/ice/high winds) I wasn't sure if we would get our online grocery delivery. We did, it was on time, the driver was very pleasant and helpful and all our order was there with no substitutes. So well done Sainsbury's!

We ordered a delivery for 1st March 2018. The conditions were very challenging and we didn't expect the delivery to come. The driver arrived in good spirits and was very helpful. We feel that Sainsburys went that extra mile and exceeded our expectations with this delivery. We did a home delivery for family in Derbyshire and they were pleased with their delivery too. Unfortunately My Mum is still waiting for her rescheduled order from Asda and she lives less than a mile away from the store. Our Sainsburys delivery came from Kings Lynn to Aylmerton. We can't thank Rocce enough and the Sainsburys team for braving the conditions.

Some product i purchased was in spoiled condition as there was a manufacturing fault. i returned the product and asked the Sainsbury's staff to do something about the rest of the stock as others will also suffer with the bad taste.. they asked me instead to raise a complaint giving a number and if i do that i won;t get my refund in the store and will have to wait for the complaint to be addressed and get a refund voucher. Question is then, why are you there if you can't contact the companies you keep stock of?
