Samsung is trash, under 2 months and my dumb z flip 6 broke, while under warranty it was denied bc it had the smallest scratch not visible in pictures on the back part, the problem was screen not responding and not charging anymore with wire, also continuously turning off by itself, almost got worked on until the guy saw the small scratch on the back last second and well sorry not under warranty anymore

HORRIBLE APPLIANCES ice machine stopped working after 2 years of use. The cost of refrigerator was $2899

The real review would be less than a star, but unavailable. I will never own another Samsung product. Inferior parts etc Our dishwasher, less than a year old, fried. Trying to get repairs is a nightmare. A ticket was created to "evaluate" the appliance. They're trying to "suggest" some how my electric was the cause. I've called multiple times (each time 1 hour) very difficult to understand the folks on the other line. We also had to throw out our Samsung washing machine after 4 years.

Samsung customer service issues a customer feedback survey ONLY after they've ensured you wer happy with their service. If the conversation goes downhill, they don't ask to respond to a customer feedback survey.

Don't buy samsung Applicances, I bought tv not even 3 years and i can put it to bin because samsung don't care about customers. Better to bought in different companies not in this scamers. Be aware, they just want your money without provide you customer service and any help

Recently I purchased one samsung mobile m15. Its my terrible mistake to purchase that product. And definitely never ever purchased any samsung product in future. And even also right that reviews in samsung service center. Even behaviour of their employees very un human like that. And any one who buying any samsung product please its my humble request to never buying any products of samsung.

Worst company I’ve ever dealt with. Warranty department only lies and delays. I guess they hope you just give up and go away. And the Office Of The President complaint department is also a scam department. Just more lies and promises. Will be sure to tell anyone to never buy their products and will do all I can to destroy their reputation.

One of your worst customer service. Bought the new watch Samsung ultra 7 . I'm having a problem with the watch. It's been 45 days since I bought it and I've called many times and I'm not getting any person who knows how to return or exchange the watch. Will never buy from Samsung. Com liars

Today the Samsung team refused to install the "6.0 cu. ft. Smart Freestanding Gas Range with No-Preheat Air Fry & Convection in Stainless Steel" that I purchased online three days ago. The team said the existing gas connection could not come out of the floor. (The stove was supposed to replace an identical model Samsung stove purchased 12 years earlier. Its installation was fully permitted then by the local municipality.) A few hours later, Samsung wrote an email claiming that they had made three unsuccessful attempts at delivery and they had therefore cancelled the order. Not true! I received the team on the first and only visit. They refused to install. Now, I have to wait for a refund for a stove and installation that I paid for in good faith. Samsung did not act in good faith.

I have 50 inch Samsung LED 50TU8000 . Within 4 years, the screen has gone bad. There are horizontal lines on screen and TV reboots after every 10 minutes. I use hardly 2 hours per week. It needs screen replacement costing Rs 19,000 as per Samsung engineering. This is very common problem with Samsung LED TVs.

I have the fold 5 and have had many problems with the wifi and bluetooth sensor. Samsung did have an authorized repair center do a repair which took months to get done. the device is still having the exact same issue and now they won't repair the device or replace it. I have had every single fold including the flips since they came out and have many other samsung products that I have enjoyed very much but the way they are treating me about this device is enough to make me never want to buy another samsung product again. I probably won't get this review posted because they only want to show positive reviews about this product but i assure you I will be posting this everywhere that i can to attempt to get their attention. it is 100% a beautiful device when it works but if you are the unlucky one that gets a defective device there is absolutly no integrity with getting support and having them stand behind their product. Also they 100% do not care if you have bought 1 or 100 products from them they will still treat you like your problem and patronage means nothing. They are so big that they could not care any less weather you are a happy customer or not. It must be nice to be able to toss around great ideas and products but treat the customers like they are nothing and not care weather they are spending money or not with them...,.

I called and spoke to their sales person and bought two phones and a tablet. They never told me that there's a wifi only tablet and a sim card tablet. When I called to get it replaced forget it. It was my fault and they stuck to the 15 day return policy. I spoke to several different people and supervisor and they will not help me at all. I will never purchase one of their products again. They can help if they cared about their customers but they choose not to. BEWARE if you buy their product and they send something else.

Buyer beware! Be prepared to be on the phone for a long time while you are put on hold and transferred to different departments. Samsung is supposed to be a technology company: however, their customer service and data retention does not reflect it. Also, be aware that if you opt for their Customer Care + extended warranty, it starts the day of purchase, not when your appliance is delivered. In my case, I waited 3 weeks for delivery from Samsung and lost that much warranty time. I was on hold so long I finally gave up...but, of course, that's what they want you to do.

This is a total and utter nightmare. My entire home consists of all samsung products including our phones but I will never purchase another product from them. In 2022 we purchased a refrigerator and about 6 weeks it stopped working. They provided a refund but it can only be used on Samsung.com. I ordered the fridge and the delivery company could not install because my water valve is not in back of the fridge so I am still without a fridge. I called the e-commerce department and the representative hung up while speaking to him. Samsung is the worst company and I will never buy another product from them. This was regrettably the worst decision I have ever made.

Samsung led is not worth to buy as it does not lasts for three years also and it's display goes and charge of new display screen is Rs9600. It's better to buy product from lg Or other company as the durablity of products are better than samsung. There after service is also worse .
