Samsung patch installed on phone & phone wont work. Obvious software problem & customer service said phone out of warranty & must be hardware problem. Worked fine until patch accepted. Will never buy another product.

These guys are the worst of the worst. Recently had issues with dishwasher, television and fridge. I will never buy another product from them. Customer service is non existent!

samsung tv lost samsung plus channels. i tried to reset following online guides. eventually reset whole tv. samsung tv plus eliminated from online apps. called customer support was told there was a 6 hour wait ... really....

Horrible customer service and one phone and a watch burned out on me so I had to buy one that phone got really hot and the screen cracked on me while I was on the phone. No one will help me and they refuse to replace the 2 defective phones and watch. They said they had to check it and I had to pay a deductible even though it was 2 defective phones and a watch. F*** Samsung I've been a loyal consumer since they started sealing phones. Also I can't screen shot a cracked phone screen

We bought all new appliances less than 5 years ago:washer, dryer,oven refrigerator microwave and dishwasher and a TV. Within 6 months, the dishwasher crapped out, I had to buy a new element for the dryer, door in the microwave broke. TV went black. Within the last couple days, my oven stopped working. Replaced the thermostat and lower baking element. Called your customer 'service' and was directed to a site that wants money for solutions. Stick to phones. Your customer service is terrible, and you make a terrible product. I have since shared my experience on social media.

MOST IMPORTANT DONT BUY SAMSUNG MOBILE WASTE WORST PRODUCT IF WE PURCHASE ONE FEW MONTHS WORKS AFTER THAT MOBILE NOT WORKING WE CLAIM WARRANTY THEY COMPANY YOU ARE NOT HANDLE IF WE MET WITH RAIN Accidentally RAIN THE MOBILE HEAT AND BURNT NOT Safety OTHER COMPANY MOBILES ARE WORKING VERY FINE WHILE WE MET RAIN NOT AFFECTED THE MOBILE WORKING THEY ARE CHEATING PUBLIC IF SAMSUNG MOBILE BUY ONLY FEW MONTHS WORKING AFTERWARD WE BUY NEW MOBILE THE COMPANY INTERESTED ONLY SALE WORST COMPANY CUSTOMER SERVICE VERY.WORST PUBLIC DONT BUY SAMSUNG PRODUCT DONT GO TO SAMSUNG PRODUCT WE TRAPPED IN WASTE OF COST WASTE OF PRODUCT CUSTOMER FACE MENTAL AGONY WHILE WE PURCHASE SAMSUNG PRODUCT.

Every time Samsung does a software update without the owner's permission it downloads suspicious apps to the phone with no option for not installing it. Samsung you should be ashamed of yourself for selling out your customers to the highest bidder!!!

My new 23 ultra phone ordered two & ahalf weeks ago. Called custom service today 12/17/23 and over a period of hour I talked to three different representatives and they all gave me tree different explanations of what was going on. Who do i believe? They said I would receive a $50 voucher but It would only be good till mid January with the purchase of a new phone. This was for having to wait for my new phone. RIDICULOUS IF only i would have gotten a straight answer the 1st time. This phone was a Christmas present, now think I will cancel it.

Been with samsung over 16 years! Have my laptop, TV , DVD, and cellphone made by samsung. Had trade in for over 4 different cellphone devices from samsung 6 to s7edge to note 8, to note 10 ultra to s23 ultra. Never had any issues with them until TODAY. Someone claimed that my Note 10 ultra is not eligible for a trade in (spacial after they charged me for that) so I requsted from them to send me my old phone back so I can trade it in with IPhone. They have been trying to charge me extra $500. I requested from them to return my old phone but they ignored my email. Today they sent me text warning me that they will lock my phone, so I gave them a call and spoke to customer service. The customer service is very BAD , I have never felt it like this with samsung. Now it's ti.e to just wait for the old phone to arrive and replace it with IPhone.

As a long time customer of Samsung products I would never use them again. A washing machine just over 1 year old, with a 5 year warranty. The plastic fin in drum has come off and the machine is leaking water from underneath. After a call, they have said plastic fin not covered, as has come off because of product I use !! Asked what product thinking after 40 years of washing am I using the wrong washing powder, no the product in question, is washing clothes like jeans with buttons, I thought he was joking, I did explain I turn jeans inside out. So he resorted back to putting the wrong products in. Because of the plastic fin not being covered he said I would have to pay for the whole repair, the leak as well. I suggested I should only pay for the uncovered part, but was told no. When i wanted to reasonably discuss this, he cut me off, then called back then cut me off. So be aware your 5 year warranty is useless. Also do not wash clothes in the washing machine as will be the wrong product. Another corporate company who are not bothered about their customers. So I still have a 1 year old washing machine that floods and cleans the floor when I use it.

We bought all bespoke products for our home, the week before Thanksgiving from Lowe’s… Install the dishwasher 3 days after finally get it in it to Lowe’s and it did not work… Lowe’s said they would warranty it because it had been 48 hrs..lol. Contacted Samsung over in India I guess and still as of today dec 15th still has not been fixed… customer service is terrible..

the box was damaged it looks like something heavy fell on it .I bought this for my parents for Christmas.i did contact you about it and got no solution.So I will be going forward with my story to newspaper

Do not buy anything from Samsung USA store. I bought an over the range microwave from them and they included delivery and installation, it was a lie. The order was not delivered on time as promised, I had to call the delivery company myself and schedule a delivery, even though Samsung was sending me text messages that it is being delivered today. The delivery company brought the microwave, dropped it and did not install it as promised. I called Samsung and for 2 weeks and 5 calls they kept promising me it is going to be installed in next 48 hours but nothing happened. They offered me 150$ credit for the 'inconvenience' and after 3 weeks, I did not receive anything, I called them and the representative told me I don\t qualify for this much refund!!.

The Courier service is lousy Great Product but the integrity and customer concern has the morality of a Bombay rat I was ripped of. Paid $2000 for a Galaxy plus $199 'Customer Care' but there was a 2 year warranty anyway so it was a fraud but my phone collapsed and they have not honoured the Swap nor the warranty nor the Customer Care BECAUSE they dont care a damn...the management are just greedy thieves

Text Samsung to repair my 1 year and a half dishwasher overflowing most of the time a computer is answering and when you talk with an actual human they are useless directing you to TV unlimited inc company that does not answer their phone nor call you to fix the problem Samsung keep connecting me to different human being who each time seems to repeat the same sentence over and over this is the last time I will ever have a Samsung device in my home

Not worth to buy from Samsung. I ordered a Tablet with thier help wasted 2 to 3 hours to make sure I'm getting the right one. But when I received it I couldn't activat it. And no help from whats so ever

Don't buy Samsung products they treat you like a number and there people are trained to just keep saying the same things. I bought a 2000 dollar refrigerator that lasted a week. So I call Samsung for a refund after finding out they are rated at the bottom for reliability I didn’t want an exchange. So I jumped though all these hoops. I wonder how they would feel if I bought in the same manner. I had to buy another refrigerator because their proses is so slow it’s been over a month now apparently this doesn’t matter to them. And they say to hang on to your old one that stinks to high heaven because everything rotted in it. So after a month they say they are going to reimburse and the kicker is they aren’t getting the refrigerator ether. Never again they have policies they say another way of saying you’re a number to us . well I do to it’s called not buying your junk. I haven’t decided what I’m doing with the refrigerator I’m looking for where some of the boards of directors live I don’t care if it’s thousands I’m going to dropping it at their place

I bought a Samsung S23 ultra in the black Friday sale from the Samsung online store. It had £250 off the regular price. It was due to arrive 2 weeks later but the day before it was due, I had an email confirming my cancellation and refund. When I contacted them, the said that they had cancelled the order due to a system error and I would need to reorder however, they wouldn't be able to give me the black Friday discount as It was no longer black Friday. I have contacted them about this serveral times but they will not change their mind. Absolutely revolting behaviour. I will never buy another Samsung product
