Purchased QLED 72” TV. Great picture. TV went out within warranty. Waited a month on service technician. Wrong part. Still waiting another month on correct part. Missed entire college football season. Main reason for purchasing TV to start with. Not fixed yet.

Bought a 1400 refrigerator it stopped worked 16 months after owning it- the repair is 400$ Samsung says the limited warranty on cooling equipment doesn’t cover fans sensors or anything… really. They referred me to a local repair service, and then they canceled the service. Then they tell me the ticket was escalated to a service rep. They then denied the warranty- and I was left literally at point zero. No repair. No warranty… no one having any idea what was going on. It was the worst experience ever. I would not recommend this brand EVER

I wanted to return my TV for a refund and order a new TV. I contacted customer support and they confirmed me that the collection of my first TV and the delivery of the new TV would happen on the same day on 29th of November. During the checkout process, it was mentioned next-day delivery and was not written anything about delays. So on the 29th of November, they came, they collected my first TV nad they didn't deliver my new TV. When I contacted customer service again, I was informed that the delay was due to the weight of the TV, allegedly 135 kilos, and that I would now have to wait until the 25th of December to receive it. This is absurd, as a TV cannot possibly weigh 135 kilos (shouldn't weigh more than 20 kilos); I ordered a TV, not a car! When I said that it is not possible for a TV to have 135 kilos weight the agent pretended that I was not responding and ended the conversation. So now I have to be without a TV for at least a month and made fun from the customer service. My advice? DON'T EVEN THINK OF BUYING FROM SAMSUNG! Even if you want to buy a Samsung TV buy it from a trustworthy and reliable retailer like Amazon and avoid Samsung shop!

We have had over 9 Samsungs in the last 8-10 years. We purchased a 75” NEO-QLED less than a year ago. The sound system is not working. We have worked with their online and telephone support techs for over a month now. Nothing worked. They said they weee sending a repair crew from a local store. We told them we wired out if the state u to December 4. Of course they schedule it for November. Once we finally are able to reach scheduling they reschedule to Friday December 4. Friday is December 1. Once again we try to reach them. The service shop does not ever answer the phone nor do they return calls. Samsung said this is the only service center. We have a non working television and it’s under warranty. The BBB had filed numerous complaints against Cone appliance their rating is F. We will Never deal with Samsung again. The issues is still not resolved.

Very poor after sales service in Jalgaon, Maharashtra. Engineers appointed by Samsung are not able to repair Microwave. Company should appoint technical persons and should start giving after sales service in Jalgaon. ------ Prem Lahori 8956111160

Terrible terrible. I returned a device two weeks ago to Best Buy for over 1200 dollars still not refunded since they can't confirm that Best Buy has processed the return. On top of that, they charged me an additional 650 dollars for a trade in that they are not entitled too since I returned the original device two weeks ago. No resolution, no accountability and still no money

I have had two Samsung refrigerators go bad within 5 days of each other. I have been calling Samsung weekly for almost 3 months without any resolution. Each call is as though I have never called before. If you decide to buy a Samsung product, you will get what you deserve, if you already own one…… good luck getting any resolution or service! Samsung ticket# 4173793473 has been open since September. Absolutely the worst company/ customer service I have ever experienced for such a costly appliance.

Was on hold for over a hour. Never helped just hung up on. Was under manufacture warranty but told I couldn't get my phone fixed or replaced after taking it to a Samsung store that was a manufacturing problem that I needed a new phone. I called in like advised an was hung up on by rep hazel i.d 2296438678.

I have wasted 60 minutes trying to get simple information on service. My Galaxy Tab 8a was bought 19 months ago. It is dead. I tried "service " on the web site. None of the links to find a service center worked. The "live chat "was unresponsive. I called "service" twice. The first time there was so much echo on the line that communication was impossible. The second time the agent texted me a link that did not work. She was hard to understand but tried to be helpful. She did text me information on the repair center. A tablet should last more that 19 months of careful usage.

We have bought fridge a year ago, we have made 2 years service contract,but now after 1 year we are facing noise issue very much, complaint also been registered 10days before but no proper response & also they asking charges for service. Very Worst Service, no proper response, very irritative!!! Its useless for contacting Service for any Samsung Product

Useless customer care. It’s like a punishment for choosing their product. No channel of communication is good: WhatsApp chat is simply useless. They aren’t able send a OTP . No one picks up the customer care phone if you call for the second time . Everyday I would receive a message in WhatsApp stating “we have received a request for cancellation of your service request “. This is the only communication I get from them. Simply annoying!

Ordered a monitor through their website, they did not give me a date that it would be delivered so I was unable to be there. They did not email or attempt to contact me when it wasn't able to be dropped off to me. I waited for 2 weeks before contacting support to where I had to reexplain the situation numerous times and they said they'd reschedule a delivery and reach out with a date. It's been 2 days and I have not got any update or email on the matter. I would recommend going through bestbuy or any other 3rd party site for their products since they do not value their customers nor delivery.

Case id 4382756108, the issue was occurred when the Samsung engineer(which they are not) repaired the fridge and it stopped working after three months. Know they are asking me to pay the charges for gas. Stating that it is only have three month warranty 1) My only concern is that if the fault occurred due to improper installation by the last engineer why i have to pay. 2) Even you got something repair from the local vendor they assure you that product will work more than that and if something happened they will repair. 3) What is difference in Samsung engineer(as they called themselves otherwise they are trainee which learn on customer products) and local engineer(they are more qualified

One of my friend bought a new Samsung s20plus mobile in 2020 and she got a new update this month and after updating that got a pink line due to some software error so that she went to this service centre and she shown that my mobile was over 3 years warranty but she got new update in this month itself. And she was not having any physical damage and even they have also checked that and after they said to Remove the protection glass bring the mobile while removing the glass got some Little even they service centre manager know that then after he asking to pay 18k for the Removel of pink line and also Samsung costomer service centre people not responding properly and im very dissatisfied of buying the mobile and she didn't get any help from them. And also the problem is from their side it is because of software update she got that pink line. My mobile cost is 80k.and for sure I'm filing the consumer case on this. And she need a justice for this.

I have Samsung Z3 fold, still under warranty. Now I have some issues with main fold screen! Has black line in the middle! The material in the middle started cracking Service Center didn't fix because on the frame of my screen has same dents. This dent didn't affect my screen. Samsung don't fix my phone until the COV make decision . I have wait another 21 days when they making decisions. It's horrible service!!
