Wife traded in phones and paid money towards 2 new s22 ultras for the both of us and have locked our phones and we are unable to use them for anything more than paper wieghts we have done the same thing on the past with trade in and didn't lock our phones so she was able to provide tracking numbers when Samsung say we did not receive the devices which was a pain and the consumption was grueling. But.... Not this time wife has screen shots save only to the phone of tracking number that we sent trade ins that meet the requirements this time and can not access them as they have locked us both out of the devices, we called and was told they are unable to access the tracking number to check if they had received the 2 devices, but that makes no sense because they provided us with the fed ex postage in which the tracking number is also on, I refuse to waste anymore time on the phone with Samsung and they're affiliated people who answer the phone for them as they can't understand me nore I them language barrier or just plan unwilling to help us. I WILL NEVER AGAIN ,OWN, BUY, RECOMMEND, OR EVEN ACCEPT FOR FREE ANOTHER SAMSUNG DEVICE, STICKER, BUSINESS CARD, NOTHING, if it says Samsung I will avoid like it's the plague and recommend others do the same!!!!!!

I ordered a Samsung Galaxy S22 Ultra about a month ago, thinking it would come in time for my wife's birthday. However, it took 60 days for it to arrive after I placed my purchase, and it arrived after we had already relocated to another city. I phoned a Samsung executive to request a change of address, but he stated I needed to speak with the delivery service since he couldn't help me. When I phoned DHL, they indicated it was also not possible for them. Now my phone is missing from my previous place, who has yet to pay me back, and where do I file a complaint about this?

Brought a 55 inch t v a couple of yrs ago at the weekend the screen got a shadow on screen went though all trouble shooting tech told me faulty t v only to be told as warranty was expired I d have call out and repair cost fir a 2 Yr old t v don't think so Samsung will not be buying your electrical product again one very frustrated customer only one star review would be minus if possible

Refrigerator needed repair for the ice maker and water filter when only six months old. Color faded on side of black stainless steel because a calendar was hung there. Refrigerator gets no sunshine on in it yet this happened. Microwave has been fixed once because of error code and #7 popping up and beeping. The fix didn’t work and now they are sorry cause it is out of warranty even though it is doing the same thing they supposedly fixed. Range knobs have broken - cheap plastic and expensive to replace. We are an elderly couple in our 60s and treat our appliances gently. Ever appliance is poorly made and falls apart in a year or sooner. DO NOT BUY SAMSUNG THEY ARE JUNK!!

Ear buds promotion is a scam, as is the boost. Filled in claim form, received response that I hasn't sent the right proof if purchase, despite it being the same invoice they had in example. Sent EVERYTHING I recieved .. no response. Try to contact customer services... oh my god... Every option is designed to kick you out. I recommend sending messages/comments on all social media LinkedIn etc, as it's the only way to get through.

I called customer service because the technician was nearly 2 hours late. They said they just left the site and heading to my location (suspicious). The technician calls me and says he can't make it to my location anymore because and I will need to book anew appointment 6 days from today. I call back customer service and what do you know ..they're off hours and do not have voicemail. How awfully Scheming of them.

Samsung customer service is absolutely shocking had problems with my new phone tried from 9am in the morning till 9.30pm at night to get through both on the phone and the live chat, no email address , in the end after searching the Internet I found an address to send a letter, asking if someone would phone me, to my amazement they did five days later, they asked me to send the phone back and I would get a refund, however as I pointed out I didn't have another phone to transfer my data, and asked if they would send a new phone so I could transfer all my data before I sent this one back, this is what happened when I bought the phone in the first place, but no they would not do that so I am left with a phone that freezes and the sound is appalling , the gave me a £50 voucher for my trouble , looking on the website there us nothing for that price to buy ! Don't buy a phone through Samsung website there customer service is shocking!

Worst customer service. I arranged a return for my TV 6 times, and no one showed up then they said I missed the returns deadline. Then, I wanted to claim my cash back and no one responded I missed the deadline for that too. Honestly the worst service, some guy called Hero from Samsung wasn’t any help at all either. Worst customer service AVOID SAMSUNG! You will be so disappointed purchasing from them disgusting service and company, all the workers are liars.

Samsung dryer broke after 7 months - under warranty - they dont make the repalcemtn parts - I asked for refund. Spoke to now 4 customer reps and they DO NOT uderstand basic English. Never buy samsung again.

They are SCAMMERS , I bought a new phone from them , they took the money from my bank account and they sent me a broken phone , after sending them the broken phone they wrote to me an email saying they didn't have a phone for me .These are not serious people , they are SCAMMERS!!!!

I purchased a washing machine from Samsung, online, on 26th March. The order was delivered on 9th April. However, the washing machine was significantly damaged and looked as though it had been dropped. It was cracked and the whole top actually lifted off, making it unsafe to use. We therefore didn't install it; it was sent back. Since then, I have been unable to obtain tracking details/ confirmation of dispatch of a new machine despite multiple requests for this information. I keep being told that it will take "7-10 working days" for the new machine to arrive, and "you'll receive an email". I haven't received any emails following any of the occasions that I've been told that I would receive one, and we are still without a washing machine. I finally requested a refund (today) and I am now told once again that this will take "7-10 working days". I've called Samsung at least 9 times and I've had several online 'chat sessions' with them to try and gain clarity around the situation, with no further clarity offered. Samsung have provided insincere apologies, which on each occasion have sounded very robotic from the telephone customer service representatives involved. In one of the telephone calls, I was offered £5 as an apology. I've never known such poor customer service. Each time I have attempted to make contact with Samsung, I have been passed from person-to-person waiting for a significant amount of time on hold to speak to someone and then passed from department-to-department. The agents I've communicated with have given the impression that they couldn't care less. Additionally, I tried to make an internal complaint by requesting that their complaints process be followed but I wasn't transferred to anyone who could process/ address my complaint. Instead, I was transferred through to the service repair department and greeting by a perplexed telephone customer service agent. I informed several agents that I would complaining to Trading Standards and they seemed to oblivious to this organisation and the implications of this. If I could rate Samsung's customer service with less than one star, I would!

Not sure why we are buying Samsung products. Worst customer service I have ever seen. There are much better products and who provides better services in the world. The worst customer service one called Farah or Farah, the manager souhad, amine etc…. Trying to resolve an issue with my washing machine. All those manager are taking my complain very personal….. no professionalism at all. Our whirlpool lasted for 10 years at least without any problem, this Samsung washing machine is the worst 8kg eco bubble. Her is my number if anyone want to have any feedback about the customer service and about the appliance itself. 0551556878

samsung service department claimed there was no problem with a phone I sent in for jumping screen and supposedly a by screen digitizer, they returned the phone with an altered IMEI number which I believe is against FCC regs. do not buy samsung phones , they lie and don't back their product.

Not sure why we are buying Samsung products. Worst customer service I have ever seen. There are much better products and who provides better services in the world. This should be banned in the UK as doesn't comply with UK consumer law. Trying to resolve an issue with my washing machine for months, goi9ng around the circles and I have all the evidence if anyone wishes to know.

Bad appliances, worst warranty. I will not buy Samsung appliances again They send the worst incompetent technician to check on a new microwave that is making a horrible noise when i turn it on. He has no clue about repairs. Nothing done to fix or replace my brand new microwave . Never again to buy Samsung appliances 👎

If I could give them a “0” I would. After calling the 800 number, I was sent to a chat service to assist me with my equipment; a fairly new Samsung Curve 70” smart television, by the way. Anyway, I was at unable to access the apps and after spending at least an hour back and forth “troubleshooting” the issue, it never got resolved. And they stopped communicating with me altogether! I will never invest in another Samsung product!

The service is really really bad. There is so many things wrong with this company, right? Cs bad. They answer with the same typing and then ignore the customer. Delivery really bad. Delay everywhere, need to complain everywhere everytime, wasting time. Bought samsung care for 1 year, but can not activate. Maybe next time just go with another phone, this is based on my experience.

Bought a new phone in February. Galaxy z fold 3 5g. There was a defect in the fold of the screen, and the pixels started to slowly die. No one could repair it because Samsung said that the repair had to be done by their technicians so sent the phone in and they said that they would repair it and send it back in 3-5 business days. After 5 days they said that it would be 5-7 business days. Now it's been 14 days and still no phone and the same lie that someone is going to call me in 24-48 hours a day that hasn't happened. Will follow up if we ever get it back.
