Service is extremely slow...least bothered with customers requirements and their pain. One executive informed that service will be done by today...but another one informed that it shall take 10 days atleast. My Air Conditioner needs a part to be replaced under warranty but they say they don't have it and need to port it from Chennai and that shall take 10 days. India is working fast these days but their services is just too slow....any parcel take 3-5 days at Max to be delivered but Samsung need 10 days for that. It's seriously pathetic to get service done from Samsung. Within a year, AC's gas got leaked twice and now their services are so poor. Really regretting my purchase from it.

I bought a Samsung TV model UA50AU8000WXXY at JB Hi-fi on 25 July 2021 for my son. The TV was used very little for about a year and everything I have to say worked very well. Since January 2023 the TV has not been used by unplugging the power plug and only today 4 September 2023 I tried to turn it on with both the remote and the standby button and it started flashing a blue light for about 1 second (then black screen) at the same time as flashing the red standby light. I tried a couple of times to turn it off and on again but the same thing always happened. I really feel very sorry and annoyed about what happened because I have almost always preferred to buy Samsung products (3 televisions older than this one that currently work plus 2 mobile phones, headphones and 2 tablets, Samsung watch etc.) and I have never had any kind of problem. I consider myself a careful and conscientious person and have always been very professional when using any technological and electronic product using multiple THOR plugs for any device. When a device is not in use I regularly unplug it from the socket. Having said that I feel deeply saddened to be forced to buy a new product to replace a TV that has been used very little and immediately broke. I am not at all sure that I will buy another Samsung product and I would not recommend this TV in particular.

Bought what I thought was a new non defective Samsung electric range from Lowe's on Sept 11, 23. Seven months later there are streaks in between the oven door glasses. Tried talking to Lowe's and Samsung and no help. Samsung replied that it is "cosmetic" and food spill. If it is food spill, how come the self cleaning feature did not clean it up, or is the self cleaning defective also? I have been complaining about this since July and no help from Lowe's or Samsung. Very frustrating and a waste of time. This is my first and last time buying Samsung or going to Lowe's.

I bought a z fold 4 phone from samsung about a year ago and after about 10 months my phone wifi broke down and I sent it to samsung repair center. After about a week I got the phone back and the wifi was fixed, but when I looked at the phone I saw a lot of scratches on the front display. The display protector had been on the phone since I bought it, and it was still on when I sent it to the Samsung repair center, but when I got it back, there was no screen protector on the phone.I immediately contacted the Samsung service center, and they said they were sorry and would fix it if I sent the phone back to them, so I sent it back to the repair center. A few days later, I got an email from them, and when I checked it, they wanted over $170 to replace the face display on the phone. Obviously, the repair center accidentally scratched a lot of scratches on my phone, and I was angry that they wanted money when I was still under warranty, so I called the service center and asked why they wanted money, and they connected me to the repair center and talked to the repair center supervisor. The supervisor of the repair center said that my phone had many scratches from the beginning, which is ridiculous, and demanded more than $170 to fix it. Despite my repeatedly explaining that my phone had a protective film on it and that there was no protective film when I received it, the samsjng repair center manager kept repeating that there were many scratches on it from the beginning and that he could not fix it. In my opinion, Samsung is a company that thinks that it is enough to sell products. I told my friends about it, and they all cursed Samsung a lot. Don't buy any Samsung products.

My mobile phone was accidentally dropped in a wheelbarrow which was wet and dirty and it corroded the charging point. It was sent to Samsung by the phone retailer where we had bought it and were on contract with. They backed up my entire phone to the Samsung cloud as required. The repair was not done under warranty and took several weeks. When the phone was returned to us, we took it back to the retailer who was going to restore the back up from the Samsung cloud. No data was found, the back up was not there and also my account was deleted. Have spent hours on the phone with Samsung who admit to a 'glitch' but are completely unhelpful in terms of what they can do to find my data, or compensate me for the loss of my entire history of contacts and images which are irresplacable.

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE EVER EXPERIENCED!! July 28, I ordered a washer and dryer online. On August 4, the delivery team arrived with a damaged dryer (the door of the dryer was completely shattered). They never unloaded the item, just took it back. The driver filed a claim and told me that Samsung would call me regarding the replacement. I never received that call, but 3 days later, I received an email: "We delivered your shipment today. We hope you are enjoying your new appliances!" ??? It was then that I contacted customer service for the first time. The rep told me he would put in a replacement order (it seems reasonable I expected this to have been done 3 days ago!) The email confirmation stated: "Your replacement request was accepted and will be delivered on Aug 26. We'll pick up the original appliance at that time". August 26??? That's 1 month after I placed the initial order! (And there are no appliances to pick up, dryer was never delivered) Had I known that delivery could take 1 month, I would have bought my appliances at the nearby Home Depot! I contacted customer service again and was assured that a "High Priority" has been assigned to the replacement order and that someone would contact me within 24 hours to arrange an earlier delivery. Again, no one contacted me, nor did I get any further updates regarding my delivery, I was completely in the dark. I contacted customer service several times in the following days, but that too only yielded many promises but no results. In addition, the delivery also left much to be desired According to their website, standard delivery includes: Delivery of unit to Consumers' home and room of choice, unboxing, inspection of unit and debris removal. But when the replacement dryer was finally delivered on August 26, none of the actions promised were fulfilled, they just unloaded the dryer and put it in our garage I will never again purchase a Samsung appliance nor would I recommend their products to anyone else!

I phoned them on August 31st 2023. They are not accepting the order. The representatives were great, but the company policies are not good. Samsung, sorry to say, is to me, a prime example of POOR product engineering. We purchased a Samsung French door refrigerator. If you use the icemaker in the door, it is very low on quantity. If you use the upper pull-out freezer bin only half is visible. The worst however is the work it takes to simply remove the glass shelf above the crisper bins for cleaning. Someone was either drunk or really ticked off that day. The worst part is, that someone high up approved it.

Attn: Please heed this warning. Do NOT buy any Samsung refrigerators. There have been known defects for years with both the ice maker and the flesh food section not staying cool and keeping food at safe temperatures. Samsung is WELL aware of this, there is a class action lawsuit as well as groups of over 100,000 people demanding a recall. People are getting sick, medicines are going bad, breast milk is spoiling and people like myself have spent hundreds in repairs only to have to problems happen again within a few days. Samsung refuses to do anything about it. Their canned response is, it's out of warranty, sorry. Again, do NOT buy their refrigerator. Save yourself a ton of money and the chance of getting food poisoning. This is all Google-able information. Do your research.

Declined to honor warranty Given our family business [back home] is appliance repair, I’ve done dozens of warranty claims in my life. My washer stopped working over two weeks ago, it was firing a 3C2 Motor code. Contacted Samsung because the motor is the only part still within warranty. Over the next week, they created multiple tickets and sent them to their local service company. That company refused to schedule a repair because Samsung was telling them the motor was not available…. Ultimately, after about 8 hours of calls, Samsung offered me $50 off the current sale price of a unit. Which I consider not acceptable when I’m actually in warranty. “Either fix it or give me a reasonable (half the price of a new?) replacement value… seems reasonable to me”. Last Thursday I called again and escalated to a manager, she understood my disagreement with the offer but said they would need to send a repairman out to pass the “exchange threshold”. So, they contacted a new servicing company. He came out, was quick, said he’d send his notes and I should contact Samsung in a few days for an exchange. I called today… THEY NOT ONLY REFUSED TO IMPROVE THE EXCHANGE OFFER, THEY TOOK THE OFFER AWAY!!! I asked to speak to a manager and the manager didn’t come on the call, so I had to get angry with the service rep and finally got a manager. This service manager claimed the exchange only was allowed if the product was under manufacturer's warranty. Apparently having a warranted motor and not having the part available does not apply?!?! I requested to talk to the next level manager and was declined. I requested to talk to the exchange department and was declined. I pointed out that I had the messages from Samsung with my previous offer and the service manager said “well that must have been an error”. Dozens of warranty claims (99% as the service provider) and this was top five worst experiences I have ever had. I can’t get the 15 hours back I spent on the phone with Samsung and their inept servicing company but I can proceed and never buy a Samsung Appliance again as well as advise all of my friends and family that ask for recommendations to avoid them as well.

I ordered a washing machine in March, I was advised 'Your goods are on the way!' it was in stock ready for quick delivery on the web store. When I paid for it I checked delivery time and it wouldn't be delivered for over two months! I asked for refund as I couldn't wait that long for to wash my clothes. They said that the refund was being processed, so I waited, and waited, and waited. Two months went by (and over 20 phone calls) to their so called customer service. They said that it was escalated multiple times to the back end of returns and finance (what a joke). So here I am still waiting for my money to be refunded 6 months later for an item that I didn't ever receive. I have had over 30 conversations with their so called customer service over the phone and they don't care about my refund and it was apparently cancelled for no reason (I'd say they refunded themselves in the back end). I have had to wait on the phone for over an hour multiple times for Samsung to tell me nothing of any value or any help regarding this issue or my refund. DO NOT BUY FROM SAMSUNG! Their customer service and refund process is by far the worst in Australia. They are liars, scammers and don't care about their customers.
