Itni ghatiya service Aaj Tak jindagi mein kabhi nahin dekhi main aapko bus nivedan karta hun ki aap Samsung products nhi buy kro. Samsung bekar hai ki kuchh kahana nahin main 2 hafton se complaint kar raha hun lekin koi action nahin liya cal cal karna cal aaega cal karna bus yahi bole ja rahi hai

I purchased a Z Fold 5 from AT&T. After MONTHS of working with AT&T with problems concerning this phone i am finally told that it isn't the service. It is the device itself that is defective. I contact Samsung. They REFUSE to replace the ph9ne that is still under warranty. Instead they want me to drive 2 towns over to a repair center. Why am I going to drive over 50 miles to repair a device that was messed up at time of purchase and is still under warranty? Samsung states that they don't replace devices. They repair them. I will NEVER purchase another Samsung device. Their website states that they put the Customer first, but they have shown me that is a lie. Please don't waste your money on a company that has proven that they don't care about their customers. The fact that they refuse to replace their defective device proves that they already know that they are selling a bad product.

Don’t buy any Samsung products They are an evil company and worship the devil 😈 Samsungs customer service practices are illegal but no worries they have to answer to god almighty for the evil deeds being committed. Jehovah Jireh, is still on the throne and Samsung will be cast into the lake of fire along with their father the Devil.

I have a Samsung phone, 4 Samsung TV’s, a Samsung oven and Refrigerator! My 3 year old $2,500. Refrigerator has a 10 year warranty. My freezer went, I loser all of my food! I Call Samsung, the warranty is only in the compressor, ok, BUT …. Diagnostics IS NOT COVERED! I have to pay for them to send out a technician! I declined! If I’m going to spend my money… it will be on an LG! NEVER EVER BUYING SAMSUNG ANYTHING AGAIN!

Samsung Westfield Mt Gravatt. Woefully inadequate. I was told you cannot connect an apple email account to the email app on a Galaxy A55. I asked for other notification fixes to be made (as I could not), and after 45 mins was told, that should work, go and test it. Three young kids with no experience in customer service, and not enough in Samsung products. An hour later at JB Hi Fi my email was connected with a totally different experience.

Please do not buy Samsung phones. Their phones are disgusting with higher prices and once the warranty period is lapsed, the functioning of the phone is not guaranteed. Users will start facing some or the other issues. Worst service and cheap quality.

Samsung badly made tvs and they use a terrible company called mint to mint who tell lies and won’t even turn up to repair avoid Samsung,after waiting all day took a day off work, Slovak the one who made up a story my dog a 12 stone Rottweiler jumped on my tv decided he won’t turn up with out even telling me but yet they wanted to charge me £1300 pounds privately,mint 2 mint repair 💩💩💩💩💩hallo Sony

I had bought samsung A33 galaxy and it worked till 1 yr 4.5 months only and motherboard malfunction when I went to the samsung centres bandra west centre denied saying motherboard is gone if you wish to change 15k for replacement and it's better I go to Manish market instead there they repair samsung does not repair it replaces. Then I went to bkc as they were even saying try going bkc there you might get some solution so I went there they checked my phone I paid 177 rs. Of service charge for checking and they told motherboard has short circuited it needs to replace and for a special case like me they will give discount of 20% and cost was 9.5k with discount. I said this is very high instead I will invest more and buy new. So they told me look at some phones we have in the store there but they did not have something in my budget range so they told me to check samsung f55 which was going to launch. I said oki will see till now I was not aware samsung is scamming. I went to a local repair shop it's processor Exynos had gone in motherboard andi Google my issue which was showing some error when it used restart after lots and lots of attempts. In samsung community all A and M series motherboards were failing same issue as mentioned and same dialogue to all customers they were saying to make profits. They had done this in Italy also which was bug in update if you update in a year then your phone is gone if it is Exynos processor very bad performance and durability. In the end after fighting also they didn't do anything saying it's not in warranty whereas all customers were facing same issue as me. Don't buy their products you will regret.

Actually ZERO start, still 1 star as there is no option. One of the worst experience I’m having with double door fridge. Within 2 years this product is repaired more than 15 times for same reason. No cooling due to less gas. Technician comes fills gas and after 2 months same issue. This time I see there is a bulge formation behind the vegetable box and company is saying it’s as per design. Does the company think that we are uneducated. And now after a week no cooling again. I asked company to provide in writing that it’s as per design. No response for this. I’m going to claim this in consumer for sure and want to see this company getting screwed.

I have never encountered such a disrespectful company before. I wanted to buy their new TV, but the code they advertised on their website did not work, the service department employees are not telling the truth, even though I sent them photo evidence that they were wrong, they stopped replying at all. The matter was reported to Samsung CEO, who is not even able to respond to the reported complaint. Previously, I did not believe the opinions circulating about Samsung UK, but after the recent situation, I have to agree with the people who say that Samsung UK is a big failure. I will definitely never buy anything from them because it's a waste of my nerves and I won't recommend this company to anyone

Absolutely terrible service from Samsung: I bought a Samsung S23 phone from Lulu Palakkad on May 16th, 2024. Within 6 days, I found the mobile was getting dangerously hot. I've been using Samsung phones for the last 15 years, so I know what to expect. When I returned to Lulu, they insisted I submit it to the Samsung service center in Palakkad. According to them, the mobile can heat up to 45-50 degrees Celsius and will automatically switch off at that point. They claimed this was normal and refused to help further. In front of the technical team, I demonstrated that the mobile was overheating within 15 minutes of use. They used an infrared thermometer, which showed 36 degrees, and dismissed my concerns as normal. For someone with health issues, this is unacceptable. They kept the mobile from May 30th to July 14th (45 days) and then sent me an email claiming the mobile was working fine at 45-50 degrees. There was no support from Samsung sales or service. The service was utterly terrible. I will never recommend Samsung mobiles to anyone. I never expected such poor service from a supposedly world-renowned company.

We have a french door Samsung refrigerator that went worse time after time. First the ice maker starts freezing, then water starts leaking, then shelf cover breaking, then stopped cooling anymore and these problems start happening only within 3 years of owning it! Our Samsung diashwasher in lesst han 3 years stopped working. Our Samsung dryer stopped heating up in less than 3 years. Never again Samsung!

The details of the purchase are as follows: Product/Service Purchased: Samsung Galaxy Book 3 360 Product Model No: NP730QFG-KA3IN IMEI no or Serial no: 65Q49FGW300193 Service Tag no.: NOTE NP730QFGA EXP II7 1355U 133T FHDO B Order Number: 12008960750 Date of Purchase: 23/03/2023 Amount Paid: INR 1,10,990.00 Unfortunately, I am dissatisfied with Samsung Galaxy Book 3 360 I have faced the problem of Samsung recovery and automatic scroll hurdles in my laptop. When I opened and started my Samsung Laptop Book 3 360, Samsung Recovery mode occurred and it got stuck in infinite loop when i tried for the possible option available like factory reset the process get completed but instead of starting the window the Samsung recovery mode started again... I have purchased the laptop, investing a huge amount in this not to face such issues. It's been 1.5 Years of purchase only and for the last 1.3 Years, I am facing these issues. It's quite disappointing from your end that your technical team is not even capable of offer help on time. It’s a shame that from last 1.3 Years, I have been continuously struggling with my laptop, I am on my own trying to resolve the issues. I don't think the Samsung R&D team is able to handle this issue. My work is very important which I am unable to carry with this laptop. I would have never purchased Samsung if I had known about such issues and services. I just wasted my savings after purchasing from your so-called brand. It's disgusting and I had never hoped that Samsung offers such a bad and worst technical support where the competent person doesn't even approach. What are you expecting from my end. you offered me the extended warranty, but you are not capable of resolving the issue. I want the extended warranty no doubt but what's the use of that with a malfunctioning laptop. I have invested my time and saving both I want my issue to be resolved anyhow. I am just fed up with contacting you guys from last 1 Years this is being ridiculous. I am working person I have a job to do, I have bought this laptop for my office work. I am losing my patience. We have had two Samsung refrigerators, two dishwashers and two televisions and a microwave. The appliances were in houses when we purchased them, and four of the five were unadulterated garbage. One repairman told me the dishwasher he fixed would break again and when I asked why, he said because it gets wet. Okay…a dishwasher that breaks because it gets wet. The second dishwasher needs a lower door seal. There are no lower door seals sold. We have to replace the entire tub, at a cost of well over $300 instead of a gasket which should be around $25-40. A refrigerator door flapper spring broke. Samsung told me the entire flapper had to be purchased at over $155. I fixed it myself by buying a spring from a third party; cost less than a dollar. The other fridge went down and when I asked the repairman about Samsung he said not to buy another one. We didn’t; replaced it with a different brand. One tv lost 1/5 of its screen after 13 months. Samsung told me ‘Too bad! Replace the tv.’ We took their advice, and replaced it with a different brand. Have we given Samsung a fair chance? Seems to me, after five appliances and two TVs, we have. My conclusion, if Samsung made a mouse trap, in my opinion they would figure out a way to break it as well.

I am having a Samsung galaxy phone. After the last software update, a bright green line came across the screen . When I contacted the service centre , first they said screen need to be replaced with a charge of Rs.6800 as the warranty is expired. I told them that it was their software UPDATE caused the issue and for that why should I pay . On escalation of the issue they asked me to upload photos of different internal parts to verify there was no physical damage by water or fall. This has done in an authorised Samsung service centre and I paid Rs.177 as inspection charge. The service centre people uploaded the photos and informed me that there was no physical damage. But now also the supervisor desk say that there is no widespread complaint of this particular model (M52) wherein software update can cause this line issue and hence they cannot replace the screen without charge. I feel like I am cheated by these Samsung people. Is there anyway for remedial action. Now it developed second line. I wish I would not have made software update though it supplied by Samsung.

Customer service is horrible. Our ice maker stopped working for the 3rd time and when requested service they claim they have new policies which were never issued to us. When asked to see the new policies they informed us that they couldn’t provide us with their company policy. After more than a week of going back and forth with them we provided information they requested which was a receipt only to be told they need delivery information
