“order several different times, paid in advance, when i got to ship no scooter in room or on ship. tried to call scoot a round, unable to get thru, even purser tried so when i got home, i made contact but they said my complaint too late, so no $00 plus dollars lost to me. i have 4 trips upcoming, might have to get different supplyer if this is the way you treat customers who rent and i also bought scooter from you to.very disappointed in company”
“The rental folks were great! However, MEGACON was far too packed with people to actually use my scooter, people kept cutting me off from my group causing me to get lost and frustrating my party. I was forced to return the scooter almost immediately and walk the venue instead which was very painful for me. Please consider making the aisles wider, the venue larger or SOMETHING to make it more handicap accessible.”
“Scooter never held a charge. Could go to dinner then it died on the way back to the room & needed to be pushed back. Got a wheelchair from ship, & after 3 tries using it left it parked in room. Several people looked at scooter,re connected it to no avail. Once on ship with a dud of machine, stuck with it. Complained afterwards & left note on vehicle so it did not get passed on to another person. WILL NEVER RENt from you again. No refund- no future rental or good comment again.”
“The scooter I received was very uncomfortable. I am tall and there was not adequate leg room. The seat back was low and pressed on my lower back causing discomfort. We requested delivery of the scooter at 9 a.m. The scooter was delivered at 11 a.m. We rented the scooter for 3 days. They picked it up at 3 p.m. on the third day. With the late delivery and early pick up, it was like we were short changed on our rental. We were very disappointed and will not rent again from Scoot Around.”
“From my first call to returning my scooter, the service was excellent!! The staff, equipment and experience was perfect!. I was on my way to the ships port and received a call from scootaround to tell me they were waiting for me. I arrived at the port and I was greeted by a friendly helpfully woman. She walked me thru the process and I scooted on to the ship. Excellent service. I have another cruise coming up and I'm all ready for my next rental.”

It was wonderful getting around the ship. The cabin staff loved backing it into my room for me at the end of the day. I could do it myself, but I let them back it in for me. I look forward to renting one for my next cruise. In fact, I probably wouldn't take another cruise if I hadn't already experienced the convenience of Scooter Around.”
