Salesman was very arrogant, made me feel stupid for asking a question about stock and for taking a picture of something I liked. This was today, Sat at 4.40pm. I walked out of the shop, will take my custom elsewhere where a warm welcome awaits.

Stay away from this company. They have the worst custmoer service i have ever experienced. They delivered my sofa to the wrong address and blamed me for not being home. Told me they looked at the tracking and thst the drivers waited for 30 mins then took a photo if the house. This being a completely random house!! After caliing to ask when my sofa would be delivered i was laughed at on the phone told take i would not found out until the day of the next delivery what time it would arrice which could be anytime from 6am in thr morning until the redt of the day. After saying this was unacceptable they told mr to take the dsy off work. What a joke! These people are awful i will never return and i will tell everyone about this experience abd the absolute rudeness the staff have. Not once habe they even apologised for their stupid mistake

Staff at scs are rude and very abrupt sofa did not arrive in 6 weeks still waiting for delivery now do not purchase from these

DO NOT TOUCH THEM. I suggest to anyone buying from SCS to think again. They look good on the outside but if anything goes wrong they don't want to know. I don't know who is putting all the good reviews on Trustpilot but they bear no resemblance to the ones you see on here

had my furniture in November , had to report problem with it from start. bad damaged varnishing on frames.have had to report more problems with furniture. best of it is, still haven't had first problem sorted out. they seem good at sending people out to assess. but never actually do anything

One of the 2 seater arms was scratched in transit which was delivered in December 2017. Polythene was torn and the delivery people said to report it with them taking a picture of the scratch. After many phone calls and SCS saying that they couldn’t pick up the damage in the pictures I sent I suggested they spoke to the delivery guys for their photographs and SCS came back to say they couldn’t trace the delivery guys pictures. They suggested the Homecare technician to come out but as we both work this was difficult to arrange to suit them.To finish it off they sent an email to say they were attending on a Monday which was unsuitable and my wife cancelled the appointment but we both received voicemails to say he was 30 minutes away from the house. We have gave up on this and told SCS to forget the proposed repair and contacted them to say that we won’t be purchasing any more products from the. Stay clear as the the customer services department just don’t seem to care as long as they have the money.

Ordered specifically for Xmas, promised the world in store but contract breached! Poor customer service, verbal abuse (calling me 'uneducated woman', no apology and insisting that I am). Very poor subsequent service from GM. Clearly a scheme to get money and forget consequences. I do not recommend and will never use!

Bought a leather recliner. After 10 months the leather where you rest your head faded. SCS advise this was accidental damage but could not describe a specific accident. They have rejected claims for repair/replacement and point to the leather furniture guide, which says nothing about not touching the chair with your head. Don't touch them with a bargepole. - A recliner that you cannot rest your head on: A guarantee that is meaningless. Trading standards and small claims court here we come.

We have been to scs wrexham today to buy a new sofa an we were thrilled with the price and colour choice we also bought a carpet as it was so easy Andy Andy was very helpful and guided us all the way and lesley sorted all the paper work out I can honestly say I would highly recommend scs so many thanks I look forward to my new furiture arriving

Awful quality would definitely NOT recommend buying anythink from these had my sofa just over a year and all the cushions are nearly flat and I'm not a heavy person u can feel all the springs u can feel the wood you could make there sofas yourself horrible you would not get this from DFS cheap tat

They said they were coming out before Christmas, 2000 at night in the end, then re arranged it for a week later 3 people came out took 7 hours and I have lumps in my carpet the stairs are dangerous, carpet keep coming away and my kitchen has big folds In it still waiting after 1 month for them to get back to me scs is a joke do not trust them

Staff in shop were not pushy and made us welcome. All our questions were answered. Delivery was no fuss and no mess to clear and men were very friendly. We are so pleased with our new furniture and it’s so comfortable! Thankyou to all the staff at Gloucester SCS

I bought what is supposed to be one of their top sofas. From incorrect delivery to numerous faults including a broken frame I believe my 3k would of been better spent with their competition. I have given two stars as when I complained they did send an engineer to check the sofa for the faults to be so called fix. That said a 12 month old sofa should not experience a broken frame, bobbling fabric and seats that needed fibre re-adding. I will look to purchase my next sofa from DFS or Sofology next time

Zero stars scs.... please do not buy anything from this company they are without any doubt the worse.. To summarise my complaints, I purchased carpets for my stairs two people came on different dates to measure up, the second not haveing a clue what the hell he was there for overestimated the measurements obviously to make more money. The carpets were fitted so badly that they started coming away from the stairs on day one and now it's just a complete shambles it's a wonder that someone hasn't hurt themselves. Have made complaints to head office to the store to the finance company and absolutely nothing has been done. now I've asked for a complete refund and I've asked them to come and pick up their carpets as I don't want anything more to do with them and I'm still waiting. no call backs no customer service no clue and this is the short version. please do not buy from these people.

PLEASE EVERYONE DO NOT BUY FROM THESE BAS###DS. There crooks. They sold us a sofa that I would not allow a dog to sit in. We've have on many occasions tried and failed to get the matter resolved. As soon as they've received your money they don't give 2 monkeys. The cushions are not of a consistent good quality. Instead when my 7stone gran sits down in it she can feel the frame on her bum. They sent out an inspector from homecare who refused to sit down on it. Instead he said they've probably gone soft because they have been sat in excessively baring in mind we had the sofa less than a month. Everyone AVOID
