I having been using Sean Hannah in Bristol for over a year now. The lovely Corey cuts my hair everytime, she always takes a moment to explain what products she is using and why. I highly recommend her to anyone who wants a fab haircut and a hairdresser who listens to why you want and works with your hair! (I have now made both my mother and sister go to her and they recommend her to everyone too!)

Had a great experience at the Bristol branch. Corey spent a lot of time listening to my rather hazy ideas of what I might want and translated it all into a fab hair style, all the time explaining what she was doing and why. Great wash and massage from Georgia too. All-in-all a really positive experience and one that I plan to repeat in a few weeks time.

A big thank you to Tom, Skye and Lloyd at the Sean Hanna in Putney for a wonderful and thoroughly enjoyable colour session. I have come away with a beautiful new style after completely leaving my hair in the hands of these 3 lovely colourists. I felt seriously fab after my appointment and can't wait to come back….especially after having my hair washed while seated in a massage chair!! Bliss. I certainly 'sassed' my way home afterwards!

Thank you Mia for replying to me and your suggestions. The fact that Tom wasn't aware, says it all really, doesn't it? Anne Whitburn

The staff at Worcester Park are very friendly and helpful, taking an interest in what is required. On three occasions I have taken a picture along which I felt would help with the visualisation for the stylist. The outcome was very different on each occasion. In fact, instead of feeling great, I went to the first 'ladies' and adjusted my style. When reaching home, I washed and re-styled my hair - very disappointing to say the least. To be fair the cut and colour was first class as was the service; the calamity to me - was the final result which was a far cry from the image I took with me. These things happen I am sure, but you have such a good reputation and although returning to your salon after a while away, I was hoping ..............................

I just wanted to say a tremendous thank you to Corey at Sean Hanna Bristol for giving me one of the best hair cuts and salon experiences I've had to date. As a new customer, haivng had a shocking experience at a rival salon, I was desperate for a hair cut. Originally, I was tempted by the salon's offer to "try before you buy", however, whilst still a good offer, it didn't include the actual hair cut I really needed, so I decided to take a risk and book an appointment anyway. I'm so glad that I did! Not only did Corey listen to what I wanted and advise me on what would actually work on my (very difficult thin, fine hair), she ensured that I had the full Sean Hanna experience in the limited lunch time slot I'd given her - I even got the massage chair and much needed head massage, after a morning of stressful meetings. Corey also gave me advice on how to look after my hair, used appropriate products and explained the style she'd given me. I didn't feel pressured to purchase any products as I did at previous salons and I came away feeling relaxed and confident with my new style. People are still commenting on how great my hair looks so I'm happy to say I've been converted to being a Sean Hanna client!

Just had a walk in blow dry at Suttons brunch- what a disappointment! By the time I got home my hair looked like I've done my hair myself. I wasted a £35 for a blow dry and treatment. Save yourself time and money and do it yourself. Sadly I dint get know the " stylists" name otherwise would defiantly mention it.

I booked an appointment for cut and finish with the head stylist in the Cambridge salon. Later I thought I might need to perm my hair as well. When I called again to ask the availability of hair perming, the lady answered the phone was extremely impatient. I am suprised that a salon charging so much money has such poor customer service. The lady's name sounds like 'Jacky', when I checked the Cambridge website it's likely to be the store manager (Jacqui). If it is, then it's even more surprising that a store manager has such impatient attitude towards the customer.

Noel has been cutting and styling my hair for 4 years now and he is amazing! I have very thick hair and it can be quite a challenge but it has never phased him. His enthusiasm and creativity really shine through. I trust him to cut my hair to suit me rather than just what might be easy or 'the usual'. Oh and he is also very patient as I am forever changing my mind about my fringe! Thanks Noel x

I had appointment for hair colour. I have chosen stylstylist according to my budget. At the end they over charged after treatment finished no mention of money. Just expect me to pay whatever they asked. They charged me for blow dry 25pounds which they never mention it wasnt included. what they expect leave salon with wet hair. And applying permanent colour and charge me extra etc. Well sorry you need to make it clear how much you charge. Not expect me to pay whatever you ask. At the end i end up paying as i was late to work to deal with. I am going to take this matter further. Unfairly run business. sorry i am not working to pay you whatever you ask. Really really really disappointed.

I see Corey for a colour at the Bristol hair salon a lot. She's brilliant and making my hair look naturally really brown when it's not. She also cuts it the way I like it - not like some hairdressers that cut off massive chunks when you just want a trim. This is really important to me as I have to be able to put my hair up for work (at a hospital). I highly recommend her. Full marks. Alexandra.

My first time at a sean hanna salon. My appointment was for a try before you buy offer, where i was offered a wash with a sean hanna famous head massage and a blow dry. The staff were wonderful, offering a complimentary drink along with advice on what products i should use on my oily roots and the type of style that would flatter my face shape. It was a wonderful experience.

I am new in the UK and Seanhanna was recommended to me. I had a delightful visit to the salon on Saturday and was very happy with my cut by Adam and my colour by Leilah. I was made very welcome and will definitely be going back in the future. Thank you. Sharon

This is the second review I've left after visiting the Bristol salon, this really is the best salon I've ever been to, the service is second to none. Daisy washed my hair and did the head massage - she was great, very friendly and professional. Adam, as always, was fantastic. If you are reading this because you're contemplating whether to book an appointment - just do it, you won't be disappointed, you'll be blown away I can't rerevommend this place enough.

I had an appointment with a colour technician to do my T section of highlights, which was fine but she has to get advice from a senior technician to discover that a highlight tint wouldn't work and that only bleach would work on breaking up my existing colour. I was fairly happy with the result. Although I was fairly unhappy about paying an additional £10 to have my hair blasted dry, which is not advertised on the website price list. I was happy to pay the extra £10 for a toner to be put through my hair, even thought this extra cost was not mentioned. Most salons include this in the price of their colour. I would have been happy to dry my hair myself. You are competing directly with Toni & Guy who only charge £62 for a T Section with a senior stylist including drying your hair. My final bill was £90 !!!!

I took my partner to the Canary Wharf salon on Saturday. The staff were very friendly, professional and polite. My partner and myself would highly recommend a visit to anyone. The only downside to our visit was the actions of another customer who appeared to be trying to basically get a free cut and blow dry by being rude and obnoxious to the stylist and manager.

I just visited the canary wharf branch and it was the worst hairdressing experience of my life!!! I asked for a basic cut blow dry and as I thought it was just Work in progress she asked me if I liked it. It did look like I was getting out of bed and it looked awful. I did know how to tell her so I asked kindly if maybe we could get her colleague to have a2nd pair of fresh eyes. 10mn after her colleague arrived shouting at me saying I upset her stylist and she did not see what was wrong with my hair (she said while my hair were at the top of my head and she clearly did not cut it in a nice shape). I felt so embarrassed when she raised her voice in front of clients especially as I am 5 months pregnant that I asked to simply leave. They did not made me paid but had to wait for another 10mn for my coat. I had no apologies. I was meeting a friend after who lives nearby she acknowledged my cut was bad. She was not surprised though as she went there once for a colour and she was hugely disappointed. Not sure how the other branches are, but I would not recommend it especially as the manager was really rude and has no sense if client service!
