I visited the Cambridge branch yesterday for a cut and blow dry. It was the first time I had ever been to seanhanna as I was unable to get an appointment at my usual hairdressers for a couple of weeks and I wanted to try somewhere nearer. It was a good start to my experience as the person that greeted me was friendly and made me feel welcome. I was seen quickly which was good however I was offered a drink by two separate people, I just asked for a water both times but on both occasions it failed to arrive. Overall I don't feel that my cut was of very good quality it didn't seem to be even. I have left other salons much happier. A disappointing and expensive experience!

Recently visited seanhanna wimbledon, I was very impressed with how welcome I was made to feel by everyone. The atmosphere in the salon was lovely! Will definatley be back thank you for my experiance !

Been going to SH a for a little while now for cut and colour with Ivan and I have not been disappointed. He listens to what amount of to one wants to invest in daily care, studies the way your hair grows, creates a unique cut that fits your face-shape and put the whole package together. I really recommend SH & Ivan, I never feel like I'm getting a cut that came out of a book, sold products I don't need and walking out feeling like I got sold a textbook cut that while technically good, doesn't really fit me. I'm not the most vocal person person so it speaks highly of them that Ivan "gets me" and I get the color and cut I want. Go SH, go Ivan!

I have been coming to Sean Hannah for many years with the same hairdresser that I was very pleased about, but in the last 12 months the experience in your salon has deteriorated. The 1st of my experiences that have made me change hairdressers was last year I had a colour put on my hair by a new colourist, the colour was ok, BUT I don't think its appropriate for your staff to talk about their sexual exploits to customers, it was a relief when I returned 8 weeks to later to discover he had been sacked! Unfortunately I have heard that the hairdresser that I used to see regularly and recommended to family and friends also offended a relative about talking about inappropriate things. May I suggest that this needs to be addressed, that there is certain etiquette with customer relationships. I would like to point out that when the manager of the shop is present that sort of behavior does not happen. So since the experience with the colourist, I have been continually disappointed with the customer experience and therefore I have changed hairdressers, and I understand from my friends and relatives they have also jumped ship! Not being offered beverages, and when offered staff had forgotten to bring the drink! I signed up to the inner circle but I forgot my card and was unable to claim discount as you couldn't access my accont even though it is all done online, a failure there I think , as I am not alone with that issue. So sorry Sean , the experience in your Salon needs to be adddressed as the price of your haircuts/ colour is outrageous .

I recommend Sean Hanna Putney to everyone. Amazing full head highlights and cutting by Lloyd. I have never been so happy with my hair! Everyone is so friendly and the service is great. Thank you!

I've been a loyal and frequent customer for the past 18mths, receiving a full head colour each time. Whilst the crown has generally been the correct colour (after approx 1 week when the purple residue washes out) but have always had a dark band running around the lower section where the colour has not taken correctly. In addition to this for the past THREE appointments I have been telephoned half an hour prior to my time advising my ordered colour hadn't yet arrived! After a short conversation with the colour technician she offered to discuss my grievances with the salon manager and telephone me with a resolution, however one week on i am still waiting! Not at all happy regarding my colour or the way I have been treated.

Complete rubbish service. I just wasted 25 precious minutes in canary wharf as a hairstylist was trying to sell me some expensive shampoo instead of cutting my hair and said my appointment will be 25 mins longer than usual. She was the one who wasted my time and now she said she needs extra money. I walked out with out a hair cut very disappointed.

Corey was fantastic with her consultation for my hair cut, she talked me though all my options however I gave free reign to her and as a result I came away with an easy to manage hair style that really suited me. I have booked for my next appointment and I can’t wait to see what happens next.

I highly recommend Corey at Sean Hanna Bristol, she listened to me and cared about what I was trying to achieve, resulting in a fantastic cut and highlight colours that are better than I could have imagined! Very pleased with the results.

Sean Hannah Sutton is the best salon I have been to , all very friendly, polite, and always makes you fell welcome. the stylist are all friendly and the trainees are great at shampooing hair and the massage is lovely will defiantly recommend the salon.

Have been going to your salon for years and always been so happy with cut and colour from one of your stylists. Today, thoroughly let down. Booked for highlights, which were great but the junior came and ruffled my hair a few times with the dryer and that was that! Why oh why wasn't I given a proper blow dry? If one wasn't going to be offered surely the receptionist would mention this???? I had to go home and completely blow dry my hair myself and then go out again. Not good value at £80. Have been recommending this salon but will not in the future.

I fully recommend Sean Hanna Bristol, I always have such a welcome and rewarding experience there. I especially recommend my stylist Corey, to who I gave a little bit of a colour challenge and she completely exceeded my expectations! Kerri L

Went to the Putney branch today and felt so compelled to write a review as it was by far the best overall experience I've had at a hairdressers. I had a thorough consultation, chatting about my hair type and face shape with the hairdresser really helping me to work out what would work for me. I loved the shampoo experience with the cool massaging chair and excellent suggestions of products. Then time was taken throughout the cutting to check what I wanted and real care to take time. I never once felt rushed and my hair looks awesome! Exactly what I wanted and such an expensive looking cut. Really impressed.

I am very happy with the service I receive at the Sutton Salon. Jack is a true gent and always polite, as well as being a fabulous stylist! The inner circle is a great idea, however I am still waiting for my card and can't seem to contact anyone about it. I applied months ago, but no joy! Helen Davis

Had my haircut in Bristol salon and I wasn't very impressed with the cut. It didn't lie nicely and it's grown out (i.e. looking shapeless) within a few weeks. I was told I would have a text survey sent to me but this never arrived and I hate going back to the store to complain. Am going to find a new place to go...
