“I now always go directly to Send a Bunch when I want to send flowers to anyone. The website is very easy to navigate, the choice of bouquets is excellent, the cost is very good value and they have always delivered on the date requested. My family and friends receiving the flowers have always been delighted SO WHY WOULD I GO ANYWHERE ELSE? Thank you for such excellent service.”

“I searched five flower delivery sites looking for a suitable arrangement to send to my daughter who had just had a little boy. Sendabunch was the best of all with a lovely arrangement with a little blue teddy enclosed.”

“Ordered flowers online, then realized I had put in wrong house number, called customer services, spoke to very helpful young woman, advised me to call next morning gave me another number to call, spoke to another very helpful young man this time ,called me back in 15mins to confirm all was sorted. Cannot recommend enough the company abd 1st class service, Thank you”

“After the delivery of my order (white freesias) to the recipients I rang Send a Bunch to give them my comments which indicated to them how very pleased I was. The order was sent to my daughter and son-in-law for their wedding anniversary. They arrived a day early which didn't matter in the least, they were in bud in perfect condition and on the actual day of their anniversary my daughter rang to say that the buds had opened to perfection and looked like the colour of clotted cream; just what we wanted. Hence we were all delighted. I have ordered from Send a Bunch on many previous occasions and only once was dissatisfied. Needless to say my complaint was very soon rectified. I have nothing but praise for the company; the service is good and financially very reasonable and fairly obviously I have always been very pleased with 'the goods'.”

“I have always been very satisfied with the service of Sendabunch. Just one quick comment however. Nearly every time I order flowers for someone for a birthday they arrive 2 or 3 days before the actual date of the birthday. Whilst I of course prefer the flowers to arrive early rather than late, it would be nicer for the person if they could arrive on the day of the birthday. Perhaps you can put a field on your website where people can specify that they don't want the flowers to arrive before a certain date. Many thanks”

“As always my past order from Sendabunch was bang on time, the choice in the catalogue is excellent and the ordering process went well as usual but sadly, and very surprisingly, the quality of the flowers wasn't up to the usual standards. I have been ordering flowers from Sendabunch for many years now and this is only the second time that we haven't been more than happy with the flowers we have received. It's a shame because I feel I let my wife down because of this.”

“Sent 2 bunches of flowers to mums for Mother's Day but both were well past their best on arrival. Most died within 2 days. I saw them myself. A great shame since I have used Sendabunch many times but probably won't do so again.”
