The flowers arrived on time to the right location, however, the images which you share on the website and the reality were extremely different which led to total disappointment from my part. I ordered 2 identical bouquets which did look the same but totally didn't meet my expectations of what I was expecting. I raised my complaint and was told that the flowers which were in the bouquet were correct but neglected to comment on the fact that it didn't look like the website - won't use you again, a really disappointing experience.

I ordered the "Aztec Sun" bouquet in the medium to be delivered to my best friend; however, I was not completely satisfied with the outcome. Firstly, the size that was shown on the screen was misleading and would of preferred to have fuller bunch of yellow and orange flowers. Secondly, you did not put any Areca palm leaves as displayed on the website; this was very disappointing as it alleviated the element of surprise and overall welcoming effect that I was going for. I wouldn't however give it any fewer stars as my friend was content; I feel that she was happy from my kind gesture rather than your service. I am sorry to say that I am now in two minds as to whether I would consider ordering anything from you in the future. I sincerely hope that you deliver what is promised in future.

The flowers were left on the door step with no card attached! The card I selected also cost an additional £2.99. The person had to call to find out who the flowers were from. Very disappointed!

The box was crushed, one rose was dead and for the amount I paid I expected a lot more flowers than that. As for the card with what I'd told you to write, it was that flimsy and thin it wouldn't even stand up on its own. So many thanks for the disappointment!

Had a messaged to say refused by address, when they weren’t. Then had no direct reply on email as there’s no telephone number. Flowers arrived a date late and there was no apology or correspondence, just an email to say had been delivered.

Delivery was scheduled for 3rd Feb and still the flowers have not arrived. When tracking order it is frustrating that it gives you such little detail and you cannot ring the customer service team directly.

Paid for the largest assortment of flowers and the smallest version was sent , paid for a vase so the flowers could be arranged and the company never arranged the flowers ... all items i purchased where to cheer up family dealing with the loss of a loved one and i paid for extras for a crappy service .. will never order from here again

Took over nine hours to deliver, in delivery van from 8-40am,to5-40.pm. Birthday nearly over, and I just got a thank you no oh there lovely, frightened to ask, Anything else!!! Most disappointed

The flowers that I had ordered were passed their best – they were going brown, decaying, dying. The feedback portal would not allow me to upload my complaint and photographs. Someone at serenata suggested I use Facebook. It asks would you like us to call you back?. However, it is only possible to communicate in writing. I finally managed to upload my photos and complain to Facebook and my money should be refunded.

Ordered flowers on Sunday to be delivered Monday. Received DPD email to say would be delivered 2.49pm and 3.49pm. By 6pm nothing arrived, emailed customer service to be told they were on there way but they did have till 9pm to deliver them it's in the terms. The terms say usually 8 till 6 but can be up to 9pm at busy periods like Mothers Day. I would be surprised to consider a Monday in January a busy period. When I emailed back to say they were being delivered to a work address and why send me an email with a delivery time of 2.49 - 3.49 and then nothing. The reply was there was a delay but no one had told me. I then asked what would happen to my delivery if no one was there to receive it. I didn't get a reply to this. So all in all I will stick with Interflora next time.

I was so disappointed they were not worth the money and the rose petals were brown on the ends I will not be buying again best to go to you local florist!!

I placed an order for an anniversary date on a Sunday so specifically chose somewhere that offered Sunday delivery. However, the flowers did not arrive on the Sunday and when I contacted them the next day I was told that the bouquet I'd ordered was out of stock. They said an email had been sent but I hadn't received one and I had checked my junk folder etc. They did offer either a full refund or replacement purchase but I guess the main issue was that I shouldn't have been able to buy something that was out of stock - the whole point was that they were delivered on the anniversary date. I also thought the fact that I still went ahead with a replacement order might have prompted an offer of some sort of discount, but no. It's a real shame, as the website, choice of flowers, ordering process, emails etc are really good. But you've just got to get the main availability and delivery bits right.

For the price, really disappointed with the flowers - upgraded to deluxe but for the cost there didn't seem much compared to other florists previously used.

Flowers left on outside as requested but no note was put through the door so my mum didn’t know they were there until I told her. Also, the flowers themselves are already very tired looking

Free Delivery time option is too way long time of waiting 612 pm to 712 pm and i only found out the time of delivery after order confirmation, the delivery time happened as expected but i have to wait before we go out for a meal which is really a bad time! I understand that i need to add extra for specific delivery time option but i just tried my luck because im sure you care for special occasions like anniversaries that i hope the deliveries happened at least early hours of the day not after 6pm, anyway it's my fault yet i did not see the consideration of how you made delivery times still not very happy though your flowers is good, its my first order experience. Anyway Thanks You!

I ordered flowers, white vase, cake, balloon & card. I assumed that the flowers will be inside the vase and the balloon attached to the vase (as this is not my first time order flower delivery in UK). But in reality, each item's were separated, lile the flowers alone and the vase alone and the balloon alone. I felt soo impressed as the gift was like a puzzle, and the reciver have to build the flower by him self. Moreover, the cake was soo small. The actual measurement should be mention in the website in order for the consumer to imagine the size of the gift he his pushing.

The hospital would not accept flowers other than those taken by guests. So not really the florists fault although he should have known this before I placed the order. Janyce Maund

The flowers were ordered for a special birthday. They were delivered as ordered but were very poor quality, going brown. In fact they lasted three days. In the meantime I contacted customer service by Facebook and Twitter ( email facility wasn’t working). This was a Saturday and a replacement delivery was arranged for Monday. I am told that these have arrived and are beautiful but it was very embarrassing to be told on Friday that an arrangement of dying Rosie’s had been delivered. Customer service handled it well but it should never happened and there shouldn’t have been a 48 hour delay.
