The petals were falling off stems. Realise weather bad and couldn’t deliver on time but they should have been replaced your company stinks not interested and certainly couldn’t care less

ordered flowers for my brother's funeral, they arrived on the day of the funeral after the funeral service finished and not the day before as I was led to believe. What is the point of delivering funeral flowers after the funeral? So the flowers were sent back and the company are refusing to give me a full refund. I have found the whole experience very distressing at a very sad time. Would never recommend serenataflowers.com to anyone.

Absolutely awful experience. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE!! My gift showed up a day late and with dead flowers, forcing me to go back and fourth with customer service for over a week showing them proof of late delivery, proof of dead flowers just for them to say "sorry we show it was delivered on time and the flowers look fine to us". It wasn't even just my word, I had an email from the concierge and photos of the flowers but they did not care, they were not going to refund me anyways. Still trying to get even some of my money back for this terrible experience. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SITE.

Service on the whole was great delivery on time as agreed. Disappointed on the actual quality of the flowers. From what was online to what received I thought the flowers would last longer.

Very poor communication with the service and their couriers - I sent a bunch of flowers to my bereaving friends' school and due to the snowy weather I had to notify serenata that the school was closed. No answer whatsoever until a very mechanical (probably automated) response late in the evening, saying that I cannot make adjustments to my order. I ask where my flowers are but the service has such poor communication with their drivers that they did not know whether they had been delivered. I then find out from my friends that they were left outside in the snow to wither and die, and I spent a lot of money on some sad, ruined flowers. I'm sure the service would have been better if their communication with drivers is more rapid and clear, but I'm sad to say I wasted my money, with no apology from the company despite the three emails outlining the situation.

Firstly I have to admit the adverse weather was a factor on my review. I would not expect anyone to deliver in those conditions however you knew there would be delay and on that note I asked my sister in law to send me photo of said flowers they were nice but some of the petals were falling off not good enough and I couldnt phone anyone to complain the flowers were not up to standard therefore you should be sending my sister in law another bunch of flowers but you won’t I do not think I will be using you again

I live in Australia and ordered flowers for my Aunts 83rd Birthday for 1st March and as far as I know they still have not been delivered. I paid £51.98 for the flowers. There has been zero communication from Serenata flowers until I emailed them - they advise the courier was unable to attempt delivery due to adverse weather conditions. I understand these things happen however I feel it would have been courteous and good customer service to have been advised of this by Serenata Flowers. I’ve yet to have any confirmation of delivery of the flowers or alternatively see a refund into my credit card. Very very disappointed with the lack of care and communication. Would hesitate to use them again.

I ordered flowers from Australia to be sent to family in UK. They were delighted with the potted rose and I was pleased they were delivered on time in a professional manner. The ordering process online was easy, the price very good and the tracking system excellent. I would happily use this service again & highly recommend your service.

Serenata service was abysmal. I ordered flowers to be delivered on 1st March, they were not delivered and I was not told that they had not been delivered. The following day I asked what had happened and was told I had given them the wrong address. The address was entirely correct. When I asked what time they would be delivered on 2nd March I was told that Serenata didn't know because they organise delivery routes to best suit themselves. The flowers were eventually delivered pm 2nd March. I imagine they were not fresh ones. If I had wanted flowers delivered on Friday I would not have ordered them for Thursday. And my daughter spent the day thinking I had not bothered to acknowledge what was, in fact, a very special day for her. I will never use Serenata again.
