“The service I received was awful. I ordered next day delivery flowers (and was guaranteed the next day service). After 3 days the flowers still hadn't been delivered, I was sent a notification saying the flowers were "out for delivery" and received no further update. Upon contacting Serenata again, i was told there had been an issue and the flowers hadn't been delivered. After FIVE days, I requested some form of compensation to be told "we can only resend or refund". I requested a refund (still to be processed) and ordered from a local florist who delivered the day I order. Avoid Serenata at all cost, stick to local florists!”

“Worst customer service imaginable. Flowers arrived half dead for valentines, box crushed and soaking wet. Looked nothing like the pictures when purchased and paid nearly £50. Seen better for £10 in petrol station. Would strongly advise to avoid at all costs.”

“My husband ordered flowers for Valentines, parcel arrive with flowers packed upside-down, the vase was broken and to be fair of very poor quality. No glass was found in the box and can only assume that vase was broken when packed for delivery. Shocking service, never to use them again.”

“Living in Australia, I ordered online and then cancelled within 5-10 minutes. They give you 40 minted to cancel. The order went through and I was charged. They said their customer support works from 8am till 10pm, my order came through at 1.48am.Their excuse is that the production department works different hours. I've asked for a refund, which they refuse.”

“I ordered two orders for loved ones in wellingborough one arrived on time but the other not yet, the tracking said d There were 91in line for delivery, then 13 in line it’s now 3am and still saying 13 th to be delivered, already a day late , what is the problem? Please contact me,,,I can not seem to speak with anyone, and I needed the flowers delivered on a special date, very disappointed,,,”

“Ordered Velvet Cloud for my daughter. She was going through a bad patch and I wanted something that was uplifting and would give her a happy boost! Chose these as many bouquets contain lilies which give her severe migraines. I paid extra £5 for courier delivery, as it was near Christmas and I wanted them to arrive quickly. The flowers were dismal. Yes they arrived on time, but her initial pleasure on receiving flowers was immediately damped on opening the box. A number of dead or bruised blooms amid a pathetic bunch of flowers that looked nothing like the picture I chose. Admittedly, these are supposedly sent in bud, but that does not excuse the quality of flowers sent. After a few days I contacted Seranata and received no reply. It was near Christmas and I was busy myself, so didn't contact again for further few days, when at last I did receive a reply. Eventually, they agreed to send more flowers, but it was like getting blood out of a stone, and they grudgingly said they would send more as ' this is the season of goodwill!!!!' I chose another bouquet and we waited in hope. Seranata did NOT send the flowers I had requested, but sent the same sort as previously sent out. Not dead, but the flowers were plonked in a box, completely unprotected, and sliding all over the box again, so it is no wonder they arrived bashed and bruised. I definitely will never buy from Seranata again, and I definitely do NOT recommend them. Very disappointed!”

“They would not change the door number when we emailed them. Saved up and bought a bunch of flowers and a box of chocolate and it is going to someone else. No help at all from them. Where is the Christmas spirit and trying to help.”

“My disappointment with this company is massive. I used them various times without issues and one time when issue occurred (friends found flowers two days after delivery thrown over the fence and soaked) I thought it won't be any problem to resolve this matter. How wrong I was. The company responded they want photo evidence. Hard to do as friends didn't expect the flowers so didn't think of taking photo of them. They are also grieving so I cannot ask them to take a pic, they have other priorities. After I received second response from the company with EXACTLY the same template words, I gave up and will never use them again. They lost a loyal customer”

“Very disappointed with the 60 pound bouquet I ordered for a retirement was more like a 40 pound bunch of flower's roses had wilted parts on the leaves all 16 staff who put towards it all said the same so we can't all be wrong never order from them again or recommend. Them”

“Placed an order on a Thursday. Friday morning received an email stating my order has been cancelled and I should have my refund within 3 business days. It is now 3 weeks later and I’ve yet to receive a refund. Emails with Customer Service Manager Margaret Reys has been the same message over and over again for 3 weeks now, that she’s handling the issue personally but it has been three times the amount of time the refund is to process as stated on the website and nothing has been done about my refund. !!!DO NOT SHOP WITH THIS COMPANY!!! -2 stars out of 5.”

“Flowers arrived this morning from my son in San Francisco a birthday present for me. So disappointed with these flowers as 3of them were not even fit to be put into water. My son uses your company all the time but I will be advising him to no longer use your company I cannot justify him paying for a product that I feel that one is being ripped off. More than disappointed but going by reading the reviews I definitely see that I'm not on my own. ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTED.”

I placed an order with Serenata Flowers, providing them with the correct delivery address for a university campus. The process seemed straightforward, and I had high hopes of brightening someone's day with a beautiful bouquet. Unfortunately, this experience has been anything but pleasant. First and foremost, Serenata Flowers failed miserably at their primary task – delivering the flowers to the correct location. Instead, they carelessly delivered my package to the wrong place, which resulted in significant inconvenience and embarrassment. It's baffling how such a simple task could go so terribly wrong. When I contacted Serenata Flowers to report the issue, I expected a swift and efficient resolution. However, I was met with nothing but frustration. Their customer service team claimed that I hadn't provided sufficient information, despite the fact that I had clearly provided the correct address and all necessary details during the order process. “I would never recommend this company to anyone, I ordered flower for next day delivery my after three days I contacted them. I did get a refund. Eight days later the flowers were left at the door. I am very angry, I was asking for a bouquet to be sent to her as apology, My daughter is thermally ill. Guess they don’t have a button on the call centre. Do Not order from them.”

“Time Wasted They have my money and no order is coming and now I cannot afford to get the flowers in time. A lot of my time was wasted. I spent time going round in circles just to place an order. Ultimately, I have now had to cancel that order (based on non-factual information) and if I want the delivery they want me to pay again whilst still having my money. I made a complaint and this was the resolution: Dear Arran, Thank you for your reply. I am writing to sincerely apologize that I did not explain myself well. I believe some bouquets are able to be selected the timed delivery option while some are not. To make up for the poor communication on my part, I have attached a selection of bouquets below that do have the timed delivery option available. I hope you will consider these as a suitable replacement to express your thoughtful wishes. Again, please accept my apologies for the lack of explanation earlier.
