I have used Serenta before without issue but this time whilst I found the ordering and delivery very good, the flower arrangement was not as described on the website. The flowers were described as "Pure Love Gift Bag" but were delivered in cellophane and no bag! When I contacted their customer service they informed me that the "details" said they would be in cellophane. I told them this was misrepresentation and that I would be taking this further, they then offered a 25% money back. Won't be using them again.

The flowers are reasonable but not worth the price you pay. Also, the flowers were just left on the doorstep, where the delivery info said that it was signed for by the person. Very disappointed and will not be ordering again from there!

There are serious bugs on the website - if you have previously ordered flowers for another family member, the website keep defaulting back to them at the ordering stage no matter how many times you try to change it to another name and address. After about 5 failed attempts, I gave up and went elsewhere.

Given a slot on Valentine's Day up to early afternoon- after ordering I checked on the day and message indicated that it could be. Up to 9 PM in one part of the site and up to 10 PM. I'm not entirely sure when they arrived but my partner was not there but it was likely to be around 9 PM at night as I checked the tracker. Why not simply say that they won't come till 9 PM when you actually order the flowers. Or say that less you pay a fee you won't get the delivery until it is too late.

I've ordered here before and been more than satisfied however after confirming the occasion was for a birthday they have been delivered 20:18pm. Whilst I may overlook that I had co formation on the track my order that the flowers had already been delivered after checking it at 18:00 after still no deliver. After contacting them they confirmed they hadn't been delivered despite the track my order update. I'm glad my mum can enjoy them for the 4 hours that's left of her birthday

Flowers did not look anything like the picture on the website. We saw them the next day and were extremely disappointed with both the quality and amount of flowers. Would not use your company again.

Box was all wet the card inside was wet and flowers looked dead was not happey has thay was a gift for someone

My brother who lives in Australia sent some flowers with chocolates and a balloon for my birthday, they came from this company. I have received loads of flowers thru the post so know how to look after them. The flowers were very fragrant but they didn't look spectacular just ok. The lily never did open and the others didn't last long. I contacted their customer services to give them the chance to rectify it. They asked for photos which I sent from my iPhone. After 2 weeks and no reply I asked why they hadn't been in touch and apparently they can't access photos from emails sent from an iPhone. They didn't even contact me to resend them. I can't be bothered with it anymore but in a nutshell the flowers were poor and customer services even poorer.

My son sent me some flowers after I had an operation. When they arrived the roses were brown and starting to wrinkle. I wrote to serenta flowers straight away, haven't heard from them so decided I only had one option but to write a review. Flowers were poor and I had to throw them after 4 days.

Firstly, I'm here because there seems to be no way of complaining to a Serenata if your complaint doesn't fall within the options they give you if you want to send an email, and I made a complaint on FB which was removed and ignored. I've used this company many times and mostly been happy, although there have been some small issues. On this occasion however I tried to order flowers for my aunt's 70th birthday which fell on Bank Holiday Monday, and understandably the company did not give an option for delivery on this day, so I chose delivery for the previous day and worded my message accordingly. The day of the delivery came and I received an email advising me that delivery couldn't take place and that the flowers would be delivered tomorrow instead. As this was my aunt's birthday I was still happy; however the flowers were not delivered until the day after her birthday, which was unacceptable and made my message wrong and meaningless. For this I was given a paltry 15% discount, but what really angers me is the difficulty I've had in complaining. So bye bye Serenata.

The flowers were OK in terms of quality but there just weren't many of them. The bouquet was mainly 'filler' - greenery for lack of a better term and not much in the way of actual flowers. I even paid extra for the "deluxe" version - I'd hate to think what the standard one looks like. I wouldn't recommend them and wouldn't use them again.

Flowers ordered for a birthday. Delivered on time, but with substitutions and missing flowers. Not the end of the world, but contacting customer services, they were totally dismissive and unhelpful. Really poor service. I think a better bet is to contact a local florist and deal direct with a small local business.

My son usually sends me flowers on mother's day and my birthdays from this company. So far I have not been impressed , the flowers were not up to the standard .there were more foliage than flowers and the greeting card seems to be the same as last year. A bunch of flowers from the local supermarket looks more beautiful and is better appreciated at any time. Sorry but that's how I feel.

I submitted an order for same day delivery but nothing arrived. Initially they refused to accept that they received my order despite showing screen shots as evidence. it was not helped by receiving a reply from a different person every time I contacted them. A whole week had gone by and still no offer to refund or resolve the order. In the end it was me that gave up and they stopped contacting me. A shame, as I had used them before with no issues. Customer service seems to struggle when it goes wrong.

Very nice bouquet of flowers BUT delivered I suspect by 'Yodel' who could not be bothered to ring the bell, just dumped the box on the doorstep! Maybe customers should be aware of a supplier who uses an unreliable carrier.

The flowers were delivered to the wrong address. I advised Serenata what had happened but I haven't had a reply from them. No acknowledgement, no apology so I am unlikely to use them again, despite being pleased with them in the past. Customer service seems to count for nothing and they would do well to recognise that they are not the only company supplying flowers
