I received a delivery of roses and iris from my partner. When I opened the box they looked quite battered really and not that healthy. Needless to say that the buds did not open on the roses and the iris. Had to throw several away after a few days. I was told by Neale after I sent them an email that I was out if the 5 day complaint service! Not a good company to deal with and very disappointed. Kathy Tywyn

Do not order from this company. A complete rip off. Late delivery, flowers lasted only a few days and the size of the bouquet for 63 GBP was embarrassing. AVOID, AVOID, AVOID.

Flowers left on door step, delivery driver never even rang the door bell, only found when my son contacted me to see if they’d arrived. Flowers crushed a in very poor condition, some with heads fallen off. Only lasted 4 days and never looked fresh. They were the Ratatouille display at £29-99 a total rip off. AVOID THIS COMPANY

1. the flowers were left in front of the door at no 6 considering the address was clearly saying no 8 2. the flowers were in very bad state

Ordered a "Freya" bouquet of flowers for a very special family 75th birthday celebration. Flower bouquet arrived in a small cardboard transit box. The flowers were mostly unopened buds with an excess of green foliage / only five roses were open. (The presentation of the bouquet was also poor as it looked like it had just been thrown together). The product obviously did not match the description photograph as shown on the Serenata Flowers website (which was important as they had been bought as a gift for a family 75th birthday celebration which was to take place the next day). Because the bouquet could not be used for its intended purpose a replacement had to be bought at short notice from a local florist. There was also no telephone contact number for the florists who made them up so that I could get a replacement as they were supposed to be given to the recipient the following day. I opened up a complaint on the Serenata website where I stated that the flowers were unsatisfactory and provided a photograph of the bouquet I had received as requested. I said I did not want another bouquet as it would not be delivered in time (and I had since bought my own replacements). I requested them to come and pick the original flowers up and for a refund. I later received a reply from a Customer Delight (?) service operator called “Ana” stating "After reviewing the image, our floral team has confirmed that the bouquet has been made to the correct quality and size as expected. If you are unhappy with the flowers after following the care instructions, please contact us again with an additional photograph, within 5 days of the delivery date, showing the specific issue and we will look into this further." Unfortunately I hadn't got 5 days to wait so I had to go to Tesco and bought £40 worth of flowers and made my own display. However I did as instructed and 5 days later the bouquet was still not fit to be used with many of the flowers still unopened. So again I sent a message to their customer services attaching a photograph of the bouquet which was still, in my opinion, not as described and thus unable to be used. Then followed several emails back and forth with “Skye” and despite more photographs their customer service rep insisted that there was nothing wrong with the bouquet and even at one point insisted that I did a stem count (to my mind wilfully misunderstanding the nature of the problem and deliberately stalling / trying to deflect the complaint). They then stated that they were unwilling to progress the complaint any further and as a consequence of that I have had to initiate a chargeback complaint with my credit card provider for a refund. This used to be a good company but it is not the first time I have had issues with poor service in the last year and now I will never use them again. I would seriously recommend that anyone reading this review look elsewhere.

I ordered autumn flower the picture looked good a nice mixture of red orange and yellow flowers but what was delivered to my friend was dark red flowers with purple thorns. I was very disappointed because it looked like the flowers u get in the supermarket for £5 not the £25 flowers i ordered i contacted them and there response was that the quality looked ok and there was a mixture of flowers. I then sent another email saying i am not talking about the quality im talking about the fact it looks nothing like picture i am very disappointed and will never buy flowers online again as i would have got a lovely big bunch of flowers from asda for half the price ##- Please type your reply above this line -## Your request (211281) has been updated. Shocking service from the customer care and overall organisation. Ordered flowers in advance for my friends birthday. Received message to say they were out for delivery... then weren’t delivered - even though I left a note to say leave on doorstep** Customer care just email standard response they don’t look into your complaint and overall don’t care. Two days later - another failed delivery as driver went to wrong address and the customer care still won’t advise why there was a failed delivery in the first attempt. Please do not order from here - save yourself the hassle that I am going through at the moment. There is no contact number so it’s all over email - I have attached the basic automatic email response that they send despite myself already confirming that there were 4 people in the house to take deliver and that I left a note to “leave on doorstep” My friend will now how old flowers delivered.

Ordered flowers for saturday. Its sunday night an still not here. Asking for a refund but to no joy as of yet cause there saying there looking into it. Absolute joke!!!!

Had a delivery today for my daughter in laws 60th! Absolute disappointment to say the least - flowers wilting and smelling of mildew - the box was better than the flowers! Have complained and am hoping for a full refund!

Flowers arrived with broken stems, hardly any flowers, soaking wet tissue and I could have bought a better bouquet of flowers at Lidl for £5. They offered me a refund and nothing else. The flowers were for a wedding anniversary and caused a lot of upset. Not the first time this happened. Will never order again and I had the feeling that they really don’t care! I asked for a replacement bouquet to be send to my sister but they replied that I had a refund and that’s it!!!!!!

Very very poor. Flowers arrive one week late. Far less superior flowers than we ordered. No response from complaints until resorted to Twitter. Disgusted.... Never again. Will spread the word also

Failed to deliver, I ordered next day delivery as stated on the website, the flowers failed to arrive, I contacted them to ask why and I was told it may be delivered at some stage in approx 2 days! Not good enough

I bought a bouquet for my partners birthday they were not delivered , I was first told they had been delivered and left outside . Then I was told they had been left with a neighbour . Lies and more lies , I complained all day but no reply . 6 hours later my partner received a bunch of flowers which looked £1:99 not what I paid . A con company and a total rip off , do not use these there are other suppliers and you get better treated . Iv been ripped off and robbed 😡😡😡

Under no circumstances use this company. Overpriced product not resembling the photos whatsoever!! Delivered dead or damaged. What a disappointment. These flowers were for a family member whose mother had died, I was embarrassed when they informed me of the state the flowers when delivered. Have complained bitterly but don’t expect to get my money back after reading other reviews.

Awful service, I placed an order Monday 28/10/20 for my partners Birthday on Thursday 01/10/20 and as of Saturday 03/10/20 they still haven't arrived website shows preparing order!. They use the covid excuse for poor service and refuse to cancel the order or refund probably because they are registered off shore in Malta and therefore flout UK consumer laws. They have stated they cannot guarantee delivery on a specified date and say to give 48 hours after the date you request.. Go and support your local florist like I should have done.

Ordered flowers for my sister's birthday to be delivered today. Nearly £50 by the time price of vase added in. The bouquet was NOTHING LIKE the one on the website - a pathetic bunch I might as well have bought from a garage forecourt. Avoid!
