“I ordered a birthday bouquet for my Aunt, the picture on website looked nothing like the picture my aunt sent me as they looked half the size and very sparse. Delivery time and day very precise but not good value for money”

“Ordered what is described as the 'Love Letter', twenty-four red roses for £39.99 and paid an additional £9.99 for premium guaranteed delivery before 1pm. What arrived was six tiny pink roses with some other weed-like foliage all squashed up in flat cardboard envelope. Do not trust this company to deliver what you ordered for a special occasion. Disgusting, despicable service.”

“Terrible customer service - flowers vase arrived broken and delivered in pieces to my young daughter (courier was aware). When raising a complaint to Serenata their customer service was appalling - even when escalated to senior manager. Avoid.”

“Trusting the good reviews I ordered a postbox bouquet two weeks in advance for a Saturday delivery. On the delivery day the status is "in production" instead of out of delivery. I email asking for an update - get a copy&paste response straight from a website that doesn't even address my question. Email again on Sunday - "oh sorry we can deliver it on Monday". An hour later - "oh sorry we'll only have these flowers on Tuesday". If you want your occasion ruined use this wonderful service, who knows, you might maybe actually get what you ordered.”

“Shocking I was lost for words they sent dead bouquet so after many many emails they sent a new one OMG same state this was £40 I wouldn’t give £5 for the state they were”

“This company autofilled the incorrect address, when I tried to change this it was not possible, I contacted them 2 days before delivery and they still would not change the address so the flowers are going to the wrong address which I informed them... I asked to either change the address or give me a full refund, they refused both! absolute cowboys, spend your money with a professional company.. you will waste your money like I did with these jokers..”

“Two of my last 3 orders were not delivered on the due date. Pathetic response completely devoid of any empathy and used terms and conditions on their Website to justify their inefficiencies and uncaring attitude. Appear to employ contractors who are not equipped to carry out simple deliveries. I have given this company enough chances to lift their game but that is the end of it after 6 years of my supporting them. I think their time in the business is limited. AVOID them!!”

“dreadful experience! dreadful arrangement! flowers absolutely nothing like what is advertised and they were not cheap! I have seen better arrangements at the local supermarket. Dismissive in response! I wished i had looked at reviews before using this company. I see another customer had the same issue as myself who also ordered same arrangement.”

“If I could offer a "zero" review I would! The few sparse flowers sent to my friend in her bereavement in no way could justify being called a "bouquet". Here's a picture of "Sweet Serenity" .. Save your money! A con!”

“What a joke!! Next day delivery came after 8pm. They were supposed to be for my wife's birthday. The party finished at 6pm!! The company is not efficient and will let you down. Poor business model. Customer services just threw T&c at me. Not even compensation. My wife was left very disappointed! Avoid like the plague! Very poor outfit and not fit for purpose!”

“I ordered velvet cloud for my mothers birthday. Got an update to say flowers were delivered on the day. However that wasn’t true as my mother checked up till 111.30 pm. Next day the 17 June at 9.00am as she was going out flowers were in the doorstep. The flowers were wilted and looked terrible. It’s not the first time I have sent flowers and the condition is not good. I believe in giving people a second chance but this time was my last. Serenata flowers you need to check the people you send out your orders to and there drivers. Poor service and poor quality of product”

“You can see from the pictures they did NOT deliver what was paid for. To add insult to injury they lied and said their floral team reviewed the photos, in under 2minutes of my initial email and said everything looks perfect with my order. Bad flowers, bad customer service.”

“Absolutely appalled and embarrassed when I got a picture sent to me of a bunch of flowers I had sent as a gift to a friend. They are the most awful bunch of flowers iv ever seen. All I could do was apologise to my friend for sending something that should have been a lovely uplifting gesture. For 35pound they sent a skimpy bunch of what looks like dead weeds. When I emailed they told me the exact amount of flowers wore in the vase and that to check back in a week!!!!! That they should have blossomed by then. SERIOUSLY that's your excuse for sending a bunch of hideous weeds.”

“Received a so called bouquet from serenata for my 60th birthday.dont waste your money,for what was in this so called bouquet I could have gone to the supermarket and bought better for a fraction of the price.spoilt 60th birthday as it made me so angry 35.99 for about ten flowers. Berbers wilted .don't bother thinking you can arrange them to look even half descent because no amount of arranging would make these look good.and yes I do know how to arrange flowers and I'm good atvit”

“I wrote a very unhappy review the other day saying to Avoid this company. I need to apologise for my flowers were late to arrive but I understand these things can happen, I was really unhappy with how the flowers looked, they looked a little bashed and a few looked dead. I was emailing back and forth with the company and they assured me the flowers would bloom, to which they did. I would like to apologise the flowers have bloomed like they told me that they would and they are beautiful. Apologies to all who I was emailing with for my impatience. I hope to order again from you in the future 💐”

“Flowers arrived half dead.. I emailed same day was told to wait 5 days for full bloom then sent photo again I took a pic every day from 1 to 7 and when sent the 2 days after 5 day bloom was told I waited too long pretty much . Its a shame I'd used twice before was OK but not even a token of percentage back or nothing”
